Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. I had an idea for angled steps and even though it's a bit complicated he took on the project and built some really cool stairs that make my deck unique. Because of…read morethe bad winter this year, i had a ice dam that formed which caused one of my gutters to bend and almost start coming down. I tried to call Fernando a few times, emailed, left voicemails and finally he picked up and said we can come by on a Friday and fix it for you and i was fine if there was a fee associated with. Friday came along and they were a no show, i called Saturday, Sunday, Monday and no one has been picking up. Eventually i had to find someone else to fix it. You would think you would help out existing customers but i guess not. I will not be recommending them anymore due to the poor communication. Fernando and team was awesome. They came early, checked in and discussed what was going to be done. I was also able to addon the leaf gaurds at the moment. Santiago was the complete opposite. He was extremely responsive from the start, showed up on time for the estimate, communicated consistently by text, and made the entire process easy. We needed to add two copper downspouts because the previous owners had likely removed them. We had been dealing with overflowing gutters in the back of the house even after having the gutters cleaned. Because we have a clay tile roof, the gutters couldn't be realigned, so adding back the downspouts was the best solution. Santiago and his team arrived early, did an excellent job installing the two new copper downspouts, and thoroughly tested everything for leaks. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure everything worked and there would be no overflow. We couldn't be happier with the work. The craftsmanship was excellent, but what really stood out was the communication and responsiveness.
