Mar 2021 Update: Originally i gave this company a good review but now i am disappointed. Because of the bad winter this year, i had a ice dam that formed which caused one of my gutters to bend and almost start coming down. I tried to call Fernando a few times, emailed, left voicemails and finally he picked up and said we can come by on a Friday and fix it for you and i was fine if there was a fee associated with. Friday came along and they were a no show, i called Saturday, Sunday, Monday and no one has been picking up. Eventually i had to find someone else to fix it. You would think you would help out existing customers but i guess not. I will not be recommending them anymore due to the poor communication. Fernando and team was awesome. They came early, checked in and discussed what was going to be done. I was also able to addon the leaf gaurds at the moment. Once the work was done the team cleaned up, did a walk through and everything was great. I highly recommend them, very professional. read more

I gave this company a five star review last month. Unfortunately that was premature. Although I'm more than willing to recommend those who do a good job, there's also follow through when a job is found to be less than it was supposed to be. The roof work that was done was not buttoned up properly, and not married/sealed to the remaining roof. As a result, I have had leaks along the joinery line in 5 stores, causing ceiling damage and more. It seems difficult to get the situation attended to, and I've heard a lot of excuses. After paying the up charge for the extra roofing work, (which I deemed fair, although it was an unexpected expense) and even chipping in to pay for the dumpster (which was included in the original contract), now when the roof is leaking I'm hearing excuses. I've gone from enthusiastic to disappointed. When you replace part of a roof, it's essential to button it up so it's sound. My tenants are understandably upset, and so am I. read more

Great company. Answered all my questions, put everything I asked for in the contract. They needed access to my neighbors property to remove and install my gutters, but they cleaned up everyday so my neighbors wouldn't complain. Great value for the price. Barry Tucker was the sales person for Fernando. Barry showed us one product for our gutter covers and Fernando installed (very poorly) a completely different product. Now after being told for months that the product wasn't available from the factory, Barry has told me we have gutter covers and he won't replace them or give us our money back. Both of these idiots are scam artists. Beware! read more

Fernado is very prompt in providing a quote for installing a gutter guard and ice melt system. Once I accepted the contract, he proactively called and set up the installation. After installation I found an overflow issue and I send a text message and Fernado fixed the issue. We needed more than a cleaning. There were some repairs to be made. I was off site but they sent me pictures of the damage and an estimate of cost. Fernando is great! Came when he said he would....always on time. Took the time to explain his product and WHY he uses this system vs some of the others on the market. His price was significantly better than all the others that offered similar products. He is a one-man show, so the project took a little longer than it might with a larger operation. His warranty/guarantee was as good, if not better than the others. He even came back after a week of bad storms to adjust a problematic section of gutters, covers and downspots. He's the real deal.
