From our initial meeting, to obtaining the permit, delivery of supplies and replacing the roof itself, absolutely everything went smoothly. The entire job was masterly facilitated by Larry Russell, an experienced roofer who is now the project manager. The roofing team consisted of 6 to 7 experienced roofers who have developed a steady rhythm after working together for years. Amazingly, the work was done on our large roof, back porch and the garage over a three day period! This included removal of the old shingles, installation of 6 feet of ice and water shield on the roof edges and valleys and installation of the new shingles. Working more neatly than any other roofing company I have seen, the roofers bag the old shingles on the roof, then carry the bags to their truck, hauling away the garbage at the end of the day. Workers regularly walked around the house to pick up loose roofing materials. At the end of the workday, a large magnet was used to scan for and remove errant nails. They kept a regular schedule, arriving and leaving at prearranged times. Everyone was polite and respectful. I have full confidence in recommending Becker Roofing for any roofing-related jobs you may have. They run a tight ship resulting in an expertly installed roof in a brief period of time.

This Is Who You Want To Do Your Roof- Billings Roofing Company…read more Billings Roofing was recommended to us by a trusted family friend. We've had bad experiences with roofers in the past, so we were very cautious. Mr. Billings inspected our roof and wrote up a proposal. We changed a few minor details and agreed on the price. We then waited for 3 consecutive days of good weather. Deposit wasn't required until the day the job was started. This was huge to us because we'd lost a deposit to a roofer in the past. His guys were there bright and early tearing off our huge double flat roof. They also had our addition and garage to tear off and install all new roofs on. They filled 2 big dumpsters and one medium size one. His guys secured the area so no one got hurt from flying debris. I think the thing that meant the most to us is Mr. Billings sent pics of the work in progress from start to finish. He also gave us an extra downspout at no charge. So we highly recommend this Billings Roofing Company. We are more than satisfied with their work. Mrs. Pamela Washington and Family

I've found with electricians, roofers, etc that they take forever to respond or never follow up. Sam seemed to quote and charge a reasonable price. They came to fix our roof and they got it done quickly. I asked them to come back though because they missed a spot that I had asked to get fixed for initially. They eventually fixed that too without charging extra which I appreciated. Overall, they did a nice job getting the job done. My one piece of feedback that id like them to apply is to be a little more organized and communicate more clearly with their customers. It was kind of a waiting game knowing what day and time they were coming. No one greeted us the day they came for the repair or gave a run down of the work they did before leaving. I feel like if they checked in with us that could've avoided the second trip they had to make to fix the part that they missed.

Or better yet, YouTube it and you'll see any guy with a hammer and pry bar an do it for PENNIES. We will need a new roof soon but this is the LAST STOP I will make. I usually never do business with door-to-door people but Sam, the owner of Last Stop Roofing was driving by and saw that we were missing 3 shingles and offered a free estimate. Our house was only 8 years old but you'd think it was ancient given his take on the "damage" to the roof. "I can't believe you're not getting water in your home" he said with urgency. He gave me a quote of $450 for materials and labor and led me to believe the damage was going to take quite a bit of work to fix. I gave him the down payment for materials and needless to say, we should have gotten another quote because when he did finally show up ALONE two weeks later, he worked for around 25 minutes and then politely asked for the rest of his $450. When I asked him if they charge $1,000/hr he explained that I don't understand he had insurance to think of and he's saving me thousands in the long run. One year later...A roofer was here and said Last Stop didn't even use the materials they said they were getting. Just a hammer, nails and some glue. He charged $125.00 to replace the same 3 shingles. *
