Final straw was the lewd suggestion for "what else can I offer" towards the (labor fee for the other window installation) -via text after they left; I feel bullied & frazzled & have never received such a poor quality of service COMBINED with sexual obscenity; I've been researching & haven't found any proper business registration for them; they're riding around in (black work van with dark tints) what they call their "company vehicle" without logo nor proper ID for any commercial business; I wish there was a man with me when I first met them because I'm sure things would've gone MUCH DIFFERENTLY and I wouldn't have been gouged on price; at minimum, I'd have a receipt!!!
