A thief broke into my car by smashing the passenger side window and I needed it fixed in a hurry. Safelite would have done it, but they wanted upwards of $400 on the original quote. They came down as the conversation went on, but still couldn't get below $300. They gave us a story about special disposal requirements for the glass, etc, etc. I used Yelp to find Admiral Auto Glass. I called them and was shocked at the price they could offer. It saved me over $200 and the job was done that day. They vacuumed all the glass out of the door (from inside the door), and they were friendly. I don't understand how a company such as Safelite, which deals in volume, can be beat by a local company, but I'm glad there are still people and businesses like this in the world.

After a big object hit my window over the weekend, I immediately found Genesis through an online search. I sent my insurance info to them over the weekend, and when I called them on Monday morning, they were able to fit me in that same day. The initial windshield they ordered had a scratch on it, and they were honest and sent that one back for a new one. When I asked if they could still fit me in that day, they went above and beyond to get the new windshield delivered back to them that same day. They also reached out to my insurance to get my molding replaced. Both the windshield and molding were installed perfectly with no issues. I really appreciate their sense of customer service and professionalism. If I have any auto glass issues in the future, I will definitely be coming here.

After being stood up, the day before, by nationwide corporate giant, Safelite...w/out any communication, apologies or follow up...(I don't even think they noticed, or cared, that they didn't show)... this, by itself, was already amazing! Both of these guys displayed such kind, respectful & professional attitudes. My situation was not a very straight forward one, but in this company from my initial contact w/ Oscar & Jennifer, on thru to these great guys, everyone worked & communicated specifically personally w/ me regarding my older vehicle's issues. They were extremely helpful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS! I will be calling them in future for further work to be done. Thanks guys!!!

But, we had work to do and places to be, so we scheduled Friendly Auto Glass to meet us at one of our job sites. Also, it's worth noting that they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else we looked, and were the only ones who could fix it before the end of the day without us having to take it to a shop somewhere! I was done an hour later, and it would have been sooner if I didn't have broken glass on every surface of my interior. They were easy to talk to on the phone and extremely friendly once I arrived. They got nearly all of the broken glass cleaned up, which was really nice. The location was a bit wonky with my GPS. It's tucked behind a building in the back of the complex, so make sure to take a look at where it is on Google Maps before you head out. Apple Maps stops you in the middle of the road, nowhere near the garage. Highly recommended.

I don't blame the installers from not noticing, but it was glaringly obvious from inside the car. I'll give them one star for coming back to look at it and replacing it within a week or two. The second windshield was fine, but the rubber strip at the top was partially ripped off while going through the car wash two weeks after installation causing a leak on that side. However, I was told by a different company that the leak was from not enough urethane used during installation, essentially improper installation. The strip coming off a little shouldn't have mattered. I paid for the installation on site, but they said that I had to go to their location for warranty work. This is for a minivan and I have 4 kids to drop off and pick up daily, so logistically this wasn't ideal. Reza, the manager, offered to have them come back and fix it, but after weeks and weeks of calls and broken promises, no one has come back and I have given up on them. Now, I have to call another company to come and reinstall it. I usually 4 star a company even when things go wrong as long as they make it right, but this company has wasted so much of my time.
