But, we had work to do and places to be, so we scheduled Friendly Auto Glass to meet us at one of our job sites. They showed up, were so nice (and friendly), they did the work quickly, and even told us how much they liked OUR company!! Also, it's worth noting that they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than anywhere else we looked, and were the only ones who could fix it before the end of the day without us having to take it to a shop somewhere! BuilderChicks absolutely recommends Friendly Auto Glass! Thanks for making a terrible day better!

I didn't get a chance to call anyone until dinner time since I was at a conference. I called and Manny answered on a Saturday evening. He got my information, informed me about inventory and said he would follow up. I told him I'd be traveling the next day, but he told me to still call if I hadn't heard from him. I called on my layover that Sunday morning and Manny answered and said he was getting an updated from the warehouse that had my glass and would text me with the timeframe for the repair that following Monday. The tech made it to my place that following Monday morning during the one hour timeframe that Manny provided, replaced the glass, cleaned the broken glass and was done in about 40-50 minutes. I've never had to get this done before so I can't compare, but I was super impressed by the affordability, speed, availability, and Manny's general helpful attitude! This is the level of customer service I expect and I hope I don't have to use them again, but would in a heartbeat.

Now I can understand why after my recent experience pulling my father's car out of a parking space and having the rear bumper collide with a low profile metal railing. The bumper became loose and I immediately called Glenndale Auto on a Friday at noon. They let me bring the car in, secured the bumper back and removed some paint from a prior incidence with the side wall to the garage door while I waited! They said it was complimentary so we could continue to drive the car until the bumper could be scheduled for replacement. Extremely honest and went above and beyond to help a loyal customer. Exceptional customer service.

Overall, John was professional and did a great job with my tints. I would definitely recommend him :)

I don't blame the installers from not noticing, but it was glaringly obvious from inside the car. I'll give them one star for coming back to look at it and replacing it within a week or two. The second windshield was fine, but the rubber strip at the top was partially ripped off while going through the car wash two weeks after installation causing a leak on that side. However, I was told by a different company that the leak was from not enough urethane used during installation, essentially improper installation. The strip coming off a little shouldn't have mattered. I paid for the installation on site, but they said that I had to go to their location for warranty work. This is for a minivan and I have 4 kids to drop off and pick up daily, so logistically this wasn't ideal. Reza, the manager, offered to have them come back and fix it, but after weeks and weeks of calls and broken promises, no one has come back and I have given up on them. Now, I have to call another company to come and reinstall it. I usually 4 star a company even when things go wrong as long as they make it right, but this company has wasted so much of my time.
