Royal Glass was not only the most affordable price out of the 4 quotes we got but the guys doing the installation really knew their stuff. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we are extremely happy with the results. When they left after instillation, they begged us to call back if we have any problems with the shower enclosure at any point in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality work and at an unbeatable price. The only negative comment that I can make about Royal Glass is about their time management. On more than one occasion they were late to appointments. I only say this because I hope they take this criticism and work on it because I truly want them to be successful. I was able to overlook this because of the outstanding work and affordability of Royal Glass.

I have worked with several glass companies in the past, and this one has been awesome!! An old school vibe with pride and heart of a family owned business. If you read my reviews, family owned and service are appreciated and important to me. Absolutely, would call this place again. I don't think they make people like this anymore. While my job was small, time was of the essence and they got the job done! Super grateful.

What I appreciate most is the time that Jeff, Trip and the rest of the folks who worked with us took to review the colors and finishings and styles of hardware they had available. I had some very specific design challenges (too much gold in the bathrooms) and they walked me through how I might minimize the impact of introducing yet another set of hardware (the glass hinges). Also when I went to their office in Manassas to see the hardware, the person who greeted me offered me a snack for the ride home since he know I had driven a long way. It's kind gestures and patience like this that make all of the difference in terms customer experience and satisfaction. Oh by the way - the pricing AND quality were the best of out 3 companies that I considered and they had hardware colors that the other companies did not have. :) They also delivered on time and earlier than expected which for us was a win!

They were upfront that they might not be the cheapest option, but their pricing was not exorbitant, and the quality and professionalism made the difference for me. After having a frustrating experience last summer with someone who charged a little less, I really appreciated working with a company that was straightforward, reliable, and easy to deal with. The whole experience was professional, straightforward, and refreshingly drama-free. They answered my questions, handled scheduling and follow-up well, and made payment easy. There was some delay in getting the window in, but that was partly due to my schedule and partly due to theirs, and I did not view that as a problem. In the end, it was worth paying a little more for a company that was reliable, professional, and easy to work with. I would absolutely use them again.
