Brunch burger
Adrienne S.

Went here for brunch after driving by this place all the time. We ordered the brunch burger & the bacon , egg and cheese stuffed waffle. They were both very good. For my drinks I tried the Bloody Mary and the coffee cocktail. They also have bottomless mimosas (heck yes). I did think some of the food prices were a bit high but everything was worth it. It has a pretty cool atmosphere too. I loved the artwork on the walls. Definitely check this place out.

Always a great stop for some beer and food. Small place with great beer. We got the special wings and they were delicious. I think we've been here 4 or 5 times and it has been consistently good each time.

Great beer, great food, great service, great patio. Can't go wrong! Looking forward to coming back and trying more stuff!

Hit this on the WNY Beer Trail and we really enjoyed it. Great service. Good beer and mixed drinks. Great BLT and Giant Soft Pretzels!! They have a parking lot and there is also street parking. Decent size bar and table seating also.

Pretzel with mustard and watery beer cheese

We visited here on a Saturday afternoon and got prime seats at the bar. We ordered a couple of tasty beers to quench our thirst while we looked over the menu. We decided to share a large pretzel with beer cheese dip, which was watery and flavor free. The mustard was very good, though. Our server/bartender, Andy, was friendly and answered all our questions. We decided to splurge and ordered a battered and fried brownie, served with ice cream. It was amazing. Definitely order this.

Great experience with a flight of drafts and some pub grub. Attentive staff and eclectic environment.

Second time here to try the fish fry. Forgot to put in pictures. Very good fish fry that came with fries potato salad and Cole slaw. The fish was fried well and the malt vinegar went well with both the French fries and Haddock. The potato salad was great and the Coleslaw was delicious fresh tasting with red cabbage crisp. Both beers were good the sticky icky was refreshing and the north pole dark was as well. Service was good and clientele friendly. Nice clean place.

The beer here is really good! And John Taffer from Bar Rescue would give this place a thumbs up. Why? Beer is served at the proper temp with just the right head (cause the glasses are beer clean of course). The server was super attentive and answered all of my many questions. Wings are excellent but a medium heat is my definition of Hot. The bar offers nice flights of beer and they brew all of the beer themselves so it's local. During my visit we sat outside on the patio which was pleasant even though the cars on Elmwood that stop at the light are REALLY close. Close enough to hear easily hear conversations happening in the cars! I'll be back

Not your basic brunch place; a bit dingy and divey, but overall a good experience. The menu is versatile for food and for drinks - there's the sweet and the savory brunch menu, as well as the lunch menu. The food was good - nothing outstanding, but I enjoyed it. The service was a bit slow (was there over two hours), but was friendly. What impressed me most were the large mimosas (they offer bottomless, but one to two mimosas is plenty). The prices were also super inexpensive for drinks and food. I recommend if you're looking for a more low key, under the radar type brunch place.

Mac & Cheese

I have patronized Pressure Drop quite a few times and each time (as they are growing) everything gets better and better. Great beer selection. Staff is very attentive and friendly but the food....is to die for. The Cheese skirt burger was my absolute favorite. It's also the biggest cheese skirt I've seen. The wings (which I believe are fairly new on the menu) are cooked just right with some nice subtle flavors happening. The short rib taco is so tender and delishouse. The Mac & cheese is filling and like no other I've had. The bar area is good sized and then past that, there is a small dining type area and sits right outside the kitchen area.Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've been here now a few times, and everything is always spot on every time. Definitely a hidden gem in Buffalo. Go there if you can!!!

Well, they were on the list of Yelp Buffalo's top places to eat in 2025, so of course we had to give them a try. The space itself is really beautiful. Nestled alongside a river with a cabinesque vibe. Stone exterior, with wood floors, exposed brick, and large fermentation tanks on the interior. It's really quite cozy. As for food, our table shared one of their tasty dips - the elote one to be exact. Elote is delicious on its own, but in dip form with pickled red onions, fire! I could eat an entire bucket of this stuff. When it came to my main course I ordered what I call the basic girl dinner, a caesar salad and fries... but here I went with the tater tots because I was told they are heavenly. My salad was a good portion size and exactly what you want when you order a caesar. As for the tots, the amount you get is insane and they were in fact, fried to a crispy perfection. They definitely hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and I can see why Yelpers in Buffalo rate this spot so high. If I lived nearby I would definitely be a frequent flyer.

Note: if you like sours try the Cherry Cobbler sour it is over the top tasty! Also had the Cran Orange Ale which I could have drink a second one of easily too. Now on to the food... I am from Texas, and am a bit picky over BBQ, especially Brisket. Y'all there's nothing worse than a dry piece of smoked brisket... just sayin'. Anyway, I ordered a couple apps and the two meat plate with Chicken & Brisket, Beans, Slaw & the Mac Salad. Y'all, the brisket was moist tender and nicely marbled. I ate half of it before even opening the sauces! Same to be said for the Chicken, it was tender, with the perfect little hint of smoke, legit delicious! I highly recommend this spot when visiting the area... I will definitely be back my next time through.

I paired that with a tasty pile of sweet potato waffle fries and a side of honey for dipping them in. The fries were a perfect blend of crispy outside and soft inside, just a touch of salt, and the honey is genius (it's an extra $1 and well worth it). Several other beers on the menu look tempting too, and they make their own pizza dough! Another plus: the owners are friendly awesome people. I am very likely to return. The inside seating area is larger than it looks like from the outside, with plenty of seating at the bar and at tables, plus an outdoor patio. Restrooms are clearly marked and easy to access. There are several large TVs showing various sports games - no closed captions though. Music is nice, there was an upbeat jazz background while I was there. It's on the louder side but not too loud to have conversations. If you don't get lucky with a parking spot out front, there is a decent sized free parking lot just down the street and around a corner. This is another win for the beer passport!

The bartender was friendly and checked on us a few times, even though he was swamped by those at the bar. We didn't opt for any food from the kitchen, but were glad to see there's the option to chow down while drinking. An added perk was that finding parking on a weeknight was super easy. We were able to practically park in front of it. I would definitely return. Cool little spot!

Our waitress was wonderful. I was debating between a couple items on the menu and opted for a salad. I ordered the Beet & Burrata salad ... um lol well if you would call it that. Two of us ordered this and we both were surprised when it came out to say the least. Basically a couple pieces of lettuce on top of chopped beets under a spicy-ish hollandaise type dressing over burrata. Or I'm assuming the dressing was what was a tad spicy. However I couldn't figure it out lol. There were a couple tiny smoked peach pieces on the side...just too smoky for my taste. Would have preferred just a fresh grilled peach. Also added a side of chicken to toss on my "salad" thinking it had a whole bed of lettuce, however could have avoided ordering that had I seen a picture of this salad beforehand - so I threw that in for you all in case you're on the fence of what to order. It was good if you like beets, but not really filling since the portion was pretty small. Loved the presentation though, gotta give them that. I also had the Oz-molitan... cosmo with blood orange ...delicious! If you like fruity drinks get it!! I tried my friends' fresh cut regular fries, the truffle fries, and also some of the pepperoni flatbread (I forget exactly what it was called, apologies) but all of those were to die for! I almost wished I had ordered those myself haha. Oh well, next time! Not a huge fan of coming downtown (only downside for me but the hubby dropped me off lol) but I would definitely come back again!

The inside was super cute. It is on main street with the train track so there is basically no parking in the vicinity so it's a cold walk during winter. We ordered Kugel Latke for an appetizer. It was fine, it tasted like uncrisp tater tots. If there was a sauce of sorts to dip it in, it would have been better besides just potato. For mains we shared two half pizzas the Fig& Pig and the Pepperoni + Honey. They were both fine, they were half sized but still didn't seem like a lot. The person I was with thought it was too much fig, but I had no problem so that is preference. Though the pork belly was mainly fat. The people with us weren't fans of their food either. They also added Truffle fries and were told it would be extra which they agreed to, but it was an additional $9 not jut 2 or 3. For the service, we assumed it was all due to the massive party but it wasn't that great. We were right in front of the bartender and our water was refilled once the entire time we were there. We also didn't get silverware and when we asked for napkins we got a single paper one. We were also at the end of the bar which is where the severs would stand or get the food which was directly next to us which was a bit annoying due to the proximity, they were as close as sitting next to us at a table. No one checked on us either thoughtout our time. Overall, the food was fine, nothing amazing. I'm assuming they get a lot of Shea's traffic which is fine if you want a drink with a snack. I would not come here for an actual meal as it is a limited menu and you don't get a lot. The service wasn't great, but we're going with it was due to the large party. None of us will be returning. It was super cute with the lights though.

Seeing as I'm a Yelp-er, they wanted me to find a spot I hadn't been to yet, even though I had eaten dinner already on my own. I had The Ridge West Seneca saved in my "Places to Try" collection so I said let's go. Overall, I cannot wait to go back and grab a meal here and try the food for myself! We arrive just before 8pm on a Saturday night to a large gravel parking lot that was pretty busy, but we still found a spot pretty easily. We walked in and the hostess was able to seat the two of us at a booth right away! Inside it was very spacious with plenty of TVs going, a bar on one side, music playing overhead. Indoor noise was elevated (it's a restaurant that has a bar, it's going to not be quiet haha) but the two of us could carry on a conversation fairly normally. Our waitress came over immediately to let us know she'd be a few minutes as there were a few other tables she was handling. Fine by us as that allowed my buddy ample time to look over the menu and figure out what he wanted. I saw the St. Patrick's Day-themed cocktail specials menu so I knew what I was ordering. Our waitress though - Absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly friendly, had great personality, and was really accommodating in splitting the check (I took care of all our drinks, my friend took care of his dinner). Our waitress did a great job checking in on us at the perfect time, we never felt pressured, rushed. I didn't order any food but my friend ordered their Steakhouse Strip off the "Large Plates" section of the menu, and boy oh boy, did that look amazing! The 12-ounce strip was cooked to a picture-perfect medium-rare with plenty of tobacco onions on top and around the plate, and served over a generous bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus, served with a small cup of their A1 aioli. After seeing that, I certainly want to come back and order food. My friend really enjoyed their meal, the plate was clean! As for me, I ordered two St. Patrick's Day -themed cocktails: "Sham Rocked Shake" and "Irish Good Bye". The "Sham Rocked Shake" was vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, cream, and chocolate syrup and curls - This was creamy, delicious, not overly minty. The "Irish Good Bye" was Three Chord bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice with a lime wedge - There was so much flavor in this cocktail, the lemon juice added a pleasant fruity 'punch'. Looking at the prices for these cocktails, I felt they were in-line with most other places and they were made well so no complaints from me. The Ridge West Seneca really surprised me! I've driven past it a few times and wondered how good it was. From our friendly waitress and service, the delicious cocktails, to the fantastic-looking food, I am impressed. I'm looking forward to coming back soon for another night of drinks and to try some food!
