The name of this company says it all! Premier Locksmith is first in service, quality, knowledge and customer service. As principal of a respected school in the city, I have used the services of Premier Locksmith for the past three years. They are my go to locksmith because of their quick turnaround, their knowledge and their curteous behavior. I truly appreciate their service. When I needed to get new locks installed as a result of increased security measures (after the Newton Massacare), or when locks on the outer perimneter of the school had to be changed on an emergency basis, Elliot Tamoney, the owner, was out in no time to make it happen. On one occasion, Elliot noticed that he was able to by-pass one of the security locks installed by another company. He informed me of this and indicated that any person off the street could do the same. He immediately went about replacing the lock for me ( at no charge, since he values children's safety) and then worked with me in getting money back from the original security company. He truly went over and above the call of duty. I ALWAYS recommend him to my fellow principals when we are talking about school security. Today, (I am on vacation today) Premier Locksmith came and repalced the lockbox on our mailbox. The key had broken in the lock yesterday, and was jammed. I emailed some photographs of the lock and the key to the comapny at SFkeyman@gmail.com. A few hours later, I received an email back from Mr. Tamoney stating that he had come by the school and changed out the lock. He told me where he had hidden the new keys. My question to you the reader of this review is: Where would you get such service? I have to start by saying that I am a single woman in her 50's and am so grateful to Elliott from Premier Locksmith. After searching the net, and making a few phone calls to other locksmiths, I found that Elliott was the most professional and I"ll just say it, honest over the phone. I told him that my tenant had moved out of my house and that I needed to have all the locks changed because I was moving in. What I liked was that he gave me choices when it came to scheduling my appointment and said he would give me a free estimate. When he arrived, he was in uniform and looked very professional. When he looked at the locks I had, he gave me three options in hardware which ranged in price from cheap to expensive. He explained each option to me, even though he had no idea whether or not I was going to hire him. I did not feel like he was trying to rip me off. I was out running errands with a car full of perishables when my key no longer would start my car. I thought I was going to need to have my cared towed to my mechanic but when I called him he said he couldn't help me for at least a week. I relate this background info to communicate how frantic I was about my predicament. My mechanic suggested I call a locksmith and because as luck would have it I recently used a locksmith's services and they were excellent. So I called them. They were not able to do the job but said the best person in town to help me was Elliot of Premier Locksmith. Boy, were they right. Elliot was great. His demeanor was very calming and he efficiently walked me through the various things I could do to see if I could get the key to work. With Elliot's guidance I was successful. It turned out to be an easy fix but he did not make me feel like an idiot. He explained how the problem most likely happened and what I should do to avoid this problem in the future. I cannot praise this company enough. I was totally panicked when I realized that I did not have keys to open my store. Matt from Premier came in literally 20 mins of my phone call and spent over an hour trying to open our front doors. We have deadbolts that go into the floor but instead of drilling out the locks and charging me more after the fact he was open and honest about the extra charges for the work that would need to be done and I had to decline him finishing the job. Although he was unsuccessful in opening our front doors, he was able to open a side door to the building so that our shipment could be delivered and he even gave me a partial refund since the original job was unable to be completed. I am home all comfy in my pjs right now after a long night of being locked out of my car and it's all thanks to Matt! My dumbass accidentally closed my trunk with my keys still in it and my husband decided a long time ago that it would be a good idea to lock the trunk lever in the car to prevent easy access to the trunk in case my car got broken into. Well, safe to say, the lock works. AAA could do nothing but open the car door as they weren't equipped to pick locks and recommended to call a locksmith. Thaaankss, AAA. Found Matt on Yelp and he was at my car within 15 minutes. He was very professional and seemed like a really nice guy, but most importantly, this guy knew his stuff. I used Premier again and again they didn't disappoint:) These guys were referred to me by Ford when I had taken in my Ford to the dealership for ignition troubles. Apparently, unannounced to me prior to purchase, Ford focuses have ignition problems:( So I called them up to see if they could fix my problem. Elliott had heard of this problem before and said he had worked on them before many times. He gave me two price options: the more expensive option was for them to come to me, while the cheaper option (by $100 bucks) was for me to bring my car to him. We needed a locksmith pronto because one of my tenants in my apartment was robbed of his wallet and keys. Elliot is a true professional. He is a great communicator and overall a wonderful, positive human to interact with. I had a camper shell on my truck which was missing keys. Since I didn't have an original to get a key cut, I needed a locksmith to actually look at the lock and have a new key made. wow! i called Fanny B.at 8am to replace 4 of my locks and he was able to fit me in the same morning. when he arrived, he quickly breezed through my lock change - throwing in 4 new keys at no charge. very affordable - lock, and saved me a trip to the hardware store to get new keys made. usually when someone is has to change their locks it is a somewhat stressful situation, and Fanny B.really helps with his friendly attitude and stellar service. highly recommended! read more

Elliot was great, installed a new lock for us, re-keyed an old one. Ran a little late but called, very rare these days, and was very polite, clean and helpful while charging a fair price.
