Matt from Premier locks made getting a new key for my car SUCH an easy process - thank you!!

This was a second time I used Premier over the past few months and they were great both times. The first time several months ago I lost a key to my old Saab, which I thought would be a real pain to copy; I called and Eliot told me to meet him at this current job site and he made two copies on the spot in minutes. Two days ago I called Premier at 5:30 PM with a non-working deadbolt on our garage door. Matt was here by 7PM, fixed the deadbolt within 15 minutes so that it works better than it has ever worked before (we've had issues with this lock sticking for a long time and now it is the easiest lock in our house to open). He also oiled some other locks as well for no additional charge. These guys are total professionals. read more

Lucas is absolutely amazing!! I called him right when he was getting done with his day, parking his car and going home and everything! I think he heard the desperation in my voice and agreed to come and help me out! Luckily he was in the neighborhood and was to my rescue in less than 10 minutes! I can't say enough great things about these guys. I lost my master key for my Corolla and was left with only the valet key. They were able to create 2 new master keys for me from that one valet key which I didn't even think was possible. They also didn't charge me for the second one which was really nice of them. Can't get any better than Elliott and Premier. He's fast, friendly and delivers above and beyond. I had wanted to get a deadbolt installed on an interior (old) door....he was able to make a very cool skeleton key for the existing lock instead. So, no unsightly deadbolt. My key got stuck in my front door and I was locked out with my 18 month old son. I called Premier and they said someone would come in 30 minutes. They said they will call when 10 min away so if I wanted to go to lunch with my son it was fine. John called me when he was 10 minutes away, I was able to feed my son and get back to meet him. The key to my car was stuck in the ignition and wouldn't budge at all. I took the car to a shop and they wanted to charge me $625 to replace the ignition. So I had Elliot at Premier Locksmith take a look at my car. He was able to get the key out within the minute. He said the key I was using was just old and there was no reason to replace the ignition. Talk about great service!! I recently opened my own salon in the mission and of course being in an older building, my bathroom had no lock. so i called a few locksmiths in the area and boy was i disappointed with their service. Not only were they going to charge and arm and a leg. (I guess they heard a female on the phone and figured they can raise their price!) They gave me a huge time frame on when they would be able to come by. Finally came across Premier Locksmith and talked to Elliot and told him my story and he was here within the hour. I was in the middle of doing someones hair. he came in. put a lock on the door. cleaned up his mess and was out within 10 min. My client didn't even realize he was there. best part had to be the way cheaper prices than the other guys. I will be calling Elliot in the future for any locksmith needs i have! These guys are great. I had both a gate and a door with a broken lock that needed immediate repair. They were professional, kind, arrived within 20 minutes of my call and not only fixed my doors but left them even more secure/reinforced than before with sturdier hardware. Locked out of my car and two guys came from AAA and they used all their tools and neither of them could get in the car. Then I was referred to Premier Locksmith Elliott Tamoney, because I heard he was the best in the City and he proved it to me this morning. He was very prompt with his timing. Lost the keys to my girlfriends car at thorton beach(she wanted to kill me) and I was worried about a huge hassle of paying and waiting for a replacement to be made, all needlessly thanks to elliot and his great service! He was fast, accommodating and best of all cheap. He was Constantly offering us sodas and keeping us updating with how far he was progressing and how long it was going to take, a short time after dealing with a very worn and aged ignition(20 years old) Elliot had us back on the road again. What surprised me most was i tried offering him a meager tip to compensate for how hard and quickly he worked, but he refused even calling my bluff of dropping it on the ground. I dread getting things fixed since people don't show up on time and/or don't do a great job but the complete opposite happened with Premier Locksmith. When I called, a very polite and professional person answered the phone (Elliott). I had a small job (broken doorknob and lock) and although it was a Friday afternoon, he said he would be there after his next job. He called within the hour to let me know he was on his way. Premier Locksmith did a great job changing all my door handles to levers. Their latest work, however, was educational as well as expertly done. To strengthen a deadbolt, Elliott put in a heavier plate, secured by screws that went all the way into studs. There's no "kicking in" this door! Strengthening the security and explaining the rationale make this locksmith number one. read more

These guys are awesome. My lock broke last Friday night and I was locked out with my young son. Matt came over asap and got us in. He then walked me through the different options for replacing the lock. He was friendly and very efficient and I never felt any pressure to choose one option over another.
