I had Precision screen service my patio sliders back in 2023' and they did an outstanding job (Tyler) So when I needed the locks replaced on my 2-sliding glass doors I called Tyler only to "get an Estimate" not only did he respond very quickly he responded with what I felt was a good estimate and could send his brother Kyle to do the job "That" afternoon. Was a little irked at first because Kyle was about an hour late (he did keep calling to update me as to when he would arrive) Once Kyle arrived, he wasted no time getting to work and doing the repair job, keep in mind it was approx. 100 degrees out but that did not deter him one bit. To sum it up Kyle spend about 1 1/2 hours replacing my locks, removed and "Cleaned" both sliders, slider screens and vacuumed out the tracks at no extra cost (all I expected was the locks to be replaced) PRECISION SCREEN is now my go to for any repairs to the patio doors, they are very professional, knowledgeable and very price competitive, will recommend them to anyone needing service or repair on their sliding patio systems. read more

The best company service I've had- I ordered a screen door and happened to ask Tyler re my old sliding stuck glass door.
