Joey and his crew were fantastic! They repaired 2 sliders that were so tough to slide to smooth 1 finger needed ease! We are super happy with how clean and respectful they were to our house and their workspace. Highly recommend SDS for any of your sliding door needs. read more

It pains me to write this review, but we have to. We had Joey and his assistant replace a sliding door mechanism for us in April 2023 and they did a first-rate job. We also put a down payment on a sliding screen door. Literally the next day we found out that they had experienced some dramatic and unavoidable circumstances so we waited. It's now October and even though we have not paid the balance on the invoice for the sliding door, we've heard nothing. I did contact them once, called the number they told me to call (Door Pros) and heard nothing. Now the mailbox is full on the number listed. Honestly, if we need to write this off, we're happy to do that' I'll take the review down if necessary or revise it. They do great work but how does one get hold of them? read more

People tend to be vocal when they are angry or upset and I think it should be the other way around. So I'm taking the time to leave a great review for this company. I have an 8 foot sliding door that goes out to my backyard that we use everyday. It's been rather difficult to use for sometime now. We got a couple estimates to replace the door and we were seriously considering replacing it until we had SDS come out and tell us the door was in very decent condition and that they could put a new screen door with a new channel on it and replace the single wheel rollers with heavy duty double wheel rollers and dramatically improve the function of the door. And of course it was at a fraction of the cost of a new door. We decided to hire them to take care of the door and they did just that. The door now slides beautifully like a new sliding door and the newly installed screen door is attractive as well as fully functional unlike the old screen door that just didn't work anymore. I highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and the crew they sent out were professional and polite and respectful. read more

Joey was out next day and fixed a problem door that Door Pros had charged me to fix six months ago. No charge. He's going to come back and do full wheel and caster rebuild four more doors next week. Professional, honest and way better than any other vendor. I'm in PGA West. Also, his mom is the one who takes calls and she is great. Promised to get right back to me when I called and she did. read more

The whole Doors Pro team was amazing from the first call to installation. Beyond professional. I knew exactly what my options were for my door, when it was going to arrive and when it would be installed (down to the minute). Richie was fantastic in particular. Would come back to Doors Pro without reservation. Thank you!! read more

I knocked one of my sliders off the track and I called SDS. I spoke with the owner Joey Cesare and he came out to my place and popped the door back onto the track at no charge. He made a suggestion regarding an upgrade and evaluated that the doors still are in good working order. I am still in shock at this level of responsiveness and without question I will always call and recommend SDS. Thank you Joey, your efforts are greatly appreciated. read more

Joey was very professional, arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. He fixed my two 10 foot sliders with ease and did a great clean up. He used Fleetwood parts on my Fleetwood doors and showed me how to care for them yearly. My doors roll so easily now! He was reasonably priced and took time and care on my project. He also wore a mask the whole time. He had a lot of referrals for screen work and window washers as well. read more

Joey and his team were great. They responded quickly to my requests, made a quote on the spot, and ended up doing the work under budget. We had a 4-panel sliding glass door (new build construction) that was almost impossible to open. Joey was able to make the doors slide effortlessly and the difference is amazing. He really knows his stuff and definitely a great experience. read more

I spoke with Joey last week regarding my condos door not working properly, he came out the very next day and replaced the parts that were broken. Dealing with Joey was very easy. He was prompt and on time. His entire work area was clean, he made sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving.. he then called a few days later check and see how the door was. I would recommend SDS to anyone looking for top quality work. read more

After using three other service providers we were referred to Joey at SDS. He and his team came to our home to evaluate the numerous and larger patio sliding doors we have. The last company we used charged us to fix the doors, they never worked well after the repairs and when I called to express my frustration they said the only thing left to do was to replace all my doors, which would have costs 75 times more than what I paid to SDS. Joey worked until all doors were operating as good as new. It has been about 3 months since the repair and all doors are perfect. 5 stars is not enough, this is for sure the best service provider we have come across for sliding doors and screens. read more

SDS was the first contractor to respond to my online request. I immediately made an appt with them for a few days later because they also included an estimate, which most of the others who called or texted DID NOT. I spent the next few hours turning down the others you called to keep my commitment with SDS. A rep arrived on schedule a few days later but said he would need to schedule another day to do the actual work! I was NOT HAPPY. I explained that i had left more than sufficient detail in my request and confirmed via the original text that I expected the work to be done at that time. ANd I had turned down numerous other offers, including same day service because of my commitment,. They IMMEDIATELY called another available contractor to come out and make the repair. They arrived within 30 min and had the job done in about the same amount of time. Door has been working awesome ever since - literally one finger operation. In summary, they made a good first impression with the original text including estimate; they scheduled to come out within a reasonable time; they arrived on time; they made a mistake not sending someone to do the actual repair, BUT they acknowledged the unfairness and immediately made amends. The job was done promptly and efficiently by a sub contractor. 3 stars is for admitting error and 'doing the right thing' -- and including estimate up front. Sub-contractor would get a 5 star rating. read more

Doors work like new now! Joey knows his stuff and he solved my problems. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, professional & very friendly service. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.

Highly recommend! I called Joey earlier today and asked if he provided service on sliding glass doors. He arrived within 2 hours and had 4 doors completed within an hour! Super friendly, exceptional customer service and reasonably priced. I am really happy with the super glide my doors have now! read more

Fantastic, small business who does the near impossible, it seems like. Getting these very heavy, sometimes temperamental sliding doors back in shape to the point that they glide like new on the track like they did probably when they were new. Thank you Joey, Crew and Mom!!! read more

When I called SDS to request service they responded promptly. Robert of SDS came out to service our old sliding glass patio door, which is old and was in bad shape. He did a great job and spent extra time to make sure that the job was done right and the door now works like new. This was done at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company. read more

We have huge sliding doors that are quite old. They became very hard to open and close and two of the screens would move at all. Joey from SDS was great. He removes the doors completely, did necessary repairs and adjustments and they're working great again. Did great work, were friendly and if they were running late we got a text. read more

I am still in shock after a visit today from Joey Cesare ( and Robert). They were at my house barely one hour after I called. They fixed the problem in about 20 minutes and were efficient and extremely pleasant. When I asked for the bill- Joey responded that there was no charge. I tried valiantly to givethem some cash but they absolutely refused to take it. I have been on the phon e ever since they left given g their names to my friends ds in the desert. What a fabulous experience. USE THEM.... read more

I recently purchased an older home in Palm Desert. The sliding glass mirror doors and sliding glass patio door were both in desperate need of repair. In fact, the large sliding mirror doors were off the track and leaning against the wall. This was an accident waiting to happen. Joey and his associate were professional, did excellent work, and in a timely fashion. They gave me the better quote of the two companies I reached out. I'm happy I went with SDS. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. read more

They came out to provide an estimate. Helped me fix my sliding door that wasn't latching free of charge. Ordered the replacement track which was warp, and came back and install. Great company to work with. read more

Exceptional quality, service and follow-up. From all the wind and sand in my interior patio--plus previous owners hosing it down--I had to lean on and push my sliding glass door as hard as I could to open and close it. Joey replaced the rollers, and I can now open and close it with one finger. What a difference! Joey and Robert came on time, and even gave a half-hour courtesy call to confirm. They were both masked and took my temperature, as was unmasked. They were professional, and Joey took the time to explain everything, from why he chose a larger roller to maintenance... how to clean with brushes only, no water, and spray with silicon. He even gave me a professional track brush. In addition, he tested it over and over, and made adjustments, until it was perfect. In fact, I overheard him say, "It's not perfect yet." It so hard to find this kind of service and professionalism. If I could give Joey and SDS more stars, I would. These guys deserve it! read more

Great service and attention to detail! Joey was very through, honest, and professional.  He did an excellent job working on our 7 sliding doors.  I compared him to others in valley and was very competitive.  Highly recommend him! Our sliding doors open effortlessly. He and his assistant were methodical and also educated on the simple things you can do for sliding door maintenance and ensure they have longer life! You don't realize how important and how often sliding doors are but we constantly open and close them in our place as we have about 7. Two didn't open smoothly but after he installed new rollers they all open effortlessly and smoothly. My wife, Mary and I are very glad we went with Joey and his great company. Highly recommend! read more

I just moved into a new place. We were told no one could fix our sliding glass door, to old, can't get rollers anymore. Well so not true Joey from SDS came to the rescue. Not only did he fix the door to work like new. FYI Circa 1970 but he's courteous, cleaned up after, was able to replace my screen. SDS is wonderful. Service from days of old. Joey thank you so much for taking care of me. I would recommend to anyone 10 **********. read more

These guys came out and did a great job making a 40 year old oversized slider work again. They could have over quoted and tried to pressure us into replacing it, but instead they gave us a competitive price to just repair it and keep it operating. I had 2 previous quotes and without them knowing it, they gave me the same price as my two previous quotes. Fast, skilled and even fixed the latch issues without an addition charge, even though they were there to replace the rollers. I'm a DIY'er and had considered trying to replace the rollers myself. 1. What I thought I would do was completely wrong! 2. I would have likely damaged the door after seeing how they did it. 3. I would have taken hours and hours and they did It in less than one. 4. They used droop clothes and cleaned up with a vacuum. When was the last time you had any contractor actually clean up! Great job guys. I'd recommend you to anyone needing sliding door service. read more

We happened to be at our family condo in Palm Springs for a short visit. Called and spoke with a really friendly person who worked to see if we could get same day service to repair our stuck sliding door. She kept in touch with me and relieved when I received a call from the owner Joey, who was on his way. He came personally with another crew member and right to work overhauling our previously poorly repaired door with top quality parts. It now works better than new with a touch of the finger... They were super friendly and happy to be there... We have other work with them lined up for our next trip out. I highly recommend Joey and SDS to fix your screen and sliding doors! read more
