Absolute pleasure! We have three south-facing walls, each with massive 15 foot-tall Fleetwood pocket doors that operate with a motor. Recently, the belt on one of the doors shredded when I closed it! In an absolute panic I called Kenny who explained he could get his crew out to look at the belt and inspect the other two doors. His crew, Casey, Jason, and JT all arrived on time and eager to resolve my situation. I was lucky, they happened to have a belt on their work truck and were able to install it on the door that same day. They went on to inspect my other two doors and showed my husband and I where the belt on a second door was starting to shred as well. I had called them to give an estimate to put a slider back into the track. They would come out for an estimate. Said they were in La Quinta. Got to my place three guys walked in lifted the door back in place with out telling me how much and sent a bill for$100! Said they needed to be paid for the trip from La Quinta. My south facing patio slider door had sand and dirt in the track which eventually broke the wheels and released the ball bearings. I contacted Supreme Window & Door based upon their proximity to my house and the online reviews. After speaking with Kenny, he called me back about an hour later to say that he would have technicians at my house the next day. Casey and JT arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were polite, professional, dressed well, and were careful with my house, the glass, the door and my dog. The wheel housing needed to repair my patio sliding door was in the inventory that they travel with in their truck. In about 45 minutes, the new wheels were installed, the track was cleaned, the patio glass door was reinstalled and they clean the glass. A short time after they left, I was contacted by Angela from the office for the $275 payment with Zelle. I found the cost to be reasonable, especially since the local handyman quoted me $500 two months prior, but hadn't found the opportunity to fit my door repair into his schedule. We have used Supreme on 2 separate homes and zi have to say their representatives and work have been stellar! Both times we had old sliding glass doors, with varying sizes and major issues. The doors didn't slide, the rollers were old, the frame was bent, something that certainly could not be corrected easily. When the team arrived, they were prepared, polite, answered questions and made sure that the work was satisfactory to our standards before leaving. When they left our property on both occasions, they cleaned up, and aside from leaving us with wonderfully functioning sliding glass doors, you would never have known they were there. Contacted Supreme windows early summer to have all of my windows and doors replaced. Kenny came out and measured everything and got me a reasonable quote within a day or two. He explained that due to manufacturing delays and supply issues my windows would not be available until September most likely. There is a good reason this company consistently has 5-star reviews; they are fantastic to work with! I had to replace a large kitchen window. Kenny came out and gave me a fair price for a replacement and the window was installed the next day. He even tried to save me money by researching warranty options, but my warranty had expired a few years earlier. The crew that installed the window was professional and worked hard to minimize the install time. It can sometimes be difficult to find good vendors in the Coachella Valley, but not if you use the team at Supreme Window and Door. WOW!! This company exceeded my exceptions!! My front door was broken, and I called them out to get an estimate to replace the glass. They were quick and very helpful. Even with a misunderstanding that was 100% my error, and then changing my mind! Kenny was very helpful, and patient. We needed to fix a broken window that measured a little over 2x4 feet. After getting the run-around from another local JT glass company (including a quote for $927!), I called Kenny. So based on all the 5 star reviews, I decided to try this place. I called on 1/10 for an estimate around noon. On Monday 1/13 I hadn't heard a word so I called back about the same time and left a message. About 30 mins goes by I get a return call, and a gentleman came out and I showed him what I needed and he said he'd call or send an estimate by email. Friday 1/17 rolls around and he's not called or emailed, so I call again around 4:30 P.M. and asked that he call me or email an estimate. Nope. No return call, no email, no estimate. Our sliding glass door didn't roll and we had to pick it up and pull and or push to use it...definitely was a upper body workout! I wanted to leave a review of Kenny and Company because they did such a great job replacing a front window on our home, and working to find reflective glass replacement for our front door. The original door had 4 decorative glass sections. We wanted to be able to see our front door area and hoped we could find a glass replacement that projected a more contemporary look to our home. Kenny worked for months trying to locate a solution for us. He did it, his team completed the removal and install of the bronze reflective glass and we could not be happier. My house was in escrow and I needed to repair several window channels and balances. I called another company, they came out & said the channels were no longer manufactured. I had a great experience with this Company. We had them install 7 refit windows on our 46 yr old manufactured home. We previously had 5 windows done by a big box Home store (Without getting a competitive quote), and while they did a good job, I swore I was going to get a couple of quotes to finish the job. We reviewed yelp, as well as other places, and had a different big box Home store, as well as Superior Window and Door come and give us quotes. I'm glad I did. Kenny from Superior was about 10% lower, and we researched the Milgard windows he was proposing to put in, and learned that they are of extremely high quality. We were impressed with his service, and chose his company to do the work. Windows were manufactured on time, and Kenny arranged for an installation date that was almost immediate, due to his concern about a coming rain storm. Kyle, Andrew and another gentleman (sorry, I forgot his name) showed up on time and were very efficient installers. They put down cloth to save the floors and catch dirt, etc. and vacuumed after each window was put in. They were very friendly, and answered any questions we had. We had done some prep work, like taking down some blinds, but they took down the rest, and EVEN PUT THEM BACK UP! May not sound like a big deal, but it was to me, saved a huge hassle! In summary, we were extremely happy with Superior, and would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (have told our neighbors)!
