We had our garage doors recently replaced - a single door and double door. I think these were the original garage doors so 20+ years old. Trevor came out and helped us pick the perfect doors to complement our style of house. Wayne and Chris installed the doors and the whole install was seamless. They did a great job and were very respectful of our property. They left everything very clean and hauled off all old equipment. We love the look of the new doors and the ease of installment. Very happy we went with Door Pros. read more

We called Door Pros to help us with a failed installation from another company and they were at our house within one hour of our phone call. We were concerned that the garage door presented a hazard and the very skilled technician (Trevor) that came did not disappoint. He diagnosed what the other company had done and he remedied everything. We had to have everything installed again (springs, bar, garage door opener, etc.). Trevor explained everything to us and was a pleasure to work with. We feel 100% confident in his installation. We have used Door Pros before so we know that they do excellent work and stand behind it. We were worried about our safety and our cars with the other installation. We are relieved that the new installation remedied everything. Just a note of caution. If you call Door Pros make sure that you are calling the real company and not an imposter. Door Pros does such good work that other companies try to impersonate them. If you don't see the Door Pros truck send the tech packing for your own physical and financial safety. One final thought: We all take our garage doors for granted because they usually just work. When they don't call Doors Pro. They do not disappoint. read more

The company was very responsive when I reached out through Yelp, and I appreciated how quickly they got back to me and were willing to help. However, I was disappointed by the sales gimmick. I was told, "If you purchase with me now, I'll give it to you for X price." EEEEWWW... It was unnecessary and unprofessional. I would have much preferred straightforward pricing and a professional recommendation based on the value of the work. I appreciate their responsiveness, but the sales tactic left me with a slimmy impression of the company. read more

After posting my project on Yelp, I was inundated with messages, phone calls, telegrams, AI spam, and various solicitations delivered by the typical foul one might see in Game of Thrones or Harry Potter. Sifting through the superfluous jetsam, owl and raven dung, I reluctantly agreed to have Door Pros send out a technician for a free estimate. "They won't give you estimates over the phone" said the technician. Well, now we know. And knowing is half the battle. No I don't want to pay $1200 for a system that should only cost $600-700. I would have told you that on the phone and not wasted each other's time. And then Chip, the annoying text bot messaged me! No thanks. If Chip can't install a garage door opener or give me an estimate over the phone, it too is about as useful as a deadbolt lock on a glass door. I gave Door Pros a shot because they did adjust my door a few years ago, and for that they get an extra star. read more

Richie was really nice. Came and fixed the problem. Took his time to make sure everything worked.

Dave and Brad installed a new front door for us today. We couldn't be happier with how it looks. About a month ago Alex did a home visit and we ordered the door and within a week, Anthony came out and took the measurements. Yesterday we received a call that it was "in" and today they installed it. All of the team we dealt with were professional, courteous and skilled at their job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. read more

One thing that just irked me. When the business owner Monica responded to my positive review, she spelled my name wrong! That shows a total lack of care and attention to detail. When you have a good customer, you should pay attention to the details and the spelling of the customer's name should be an easy one! read more

Ismael was very professional and the quality of his work was amazing . I would definitely recommend Door Pros

Really good experience. Jacob Salas was able to get the problem with my garage door completed within an hour.

I'm not quick to "wow", but all I can say about Door Pros is in fact "WOW" We have just moved into this home and one of the garage door openers was old and made enough noise to be heard throughout the house. So off to (big box retailer) to buy a new one. I've installed a couple from scratch over the years and done a couple of replacements without too much trouble. But this one... maybe I'm just getting too darn old... up and down the ladder and I was having no luck finding which way the joists ran. Sometimes you just gotta know when to fold 'em. I turned to good old yelp, saw Door Pros and gave them a call. It could not have gone better or faster. Starting with the nice woman that answered the phone, who understood exactly what I was having an issue with. The tech, Jason, who is a great guy, everything was on point. Jason did clean, efficient work. I must have timed it just right, they were out here and completed the job so fast I didn't even have time to tell Jason all my lame dad jokes. Even the pricing was more than fair! If ever I need any work done on any portal again Door Pros will be my first, and likely only cal read more

Jacob was so kind and professional. He definitely gives DoorPros a good review. We had stuff done to the door that made it work great. Then it started stopping erratically and we just didn't think to check sensor alignment... So I called, Jacob came this morning and fixed it quickly. More importantly, when I answered the door, took me a little bit to get there and I mentioned it was because we were moving furniture (me, a 75yo female and my husband, 79yo). Before he left Jacob offered to help move the furniture. So incredibly kind and unnecessary, and fortunately we were finished with that task, but what an above and beyond kind thing to do. Well done! read more

3 hours total from calling to rebuilt garage door support system. Works smoothly. No more groaning

Thank you for your great work and dedication to your craft. James explained everything to me and the job was done with expertise.

The technician that was sent out was fantastic, communicated several times prior to arriving to let me know where he was, and when he would arrive. I thought that he was fair, professional, knowledgeable, very polite, and honest. Richie Leon you're the best! I would highly recommend the company to anyone. My squeaky door only needed rollers, last year I was told I needed a whole new motor. My garage door opens and closes now easily and quietly. read more

Perfect service. I heard one of the springs snap as we closed the garage door and immediately called Door Pros for service. Mike Cecil was out to the house within an hour. He verified the problem and also found we could use an upgrade on the original safety cable. He had both correct replacement parts in his truck and quickly had us up and running again. I always appreciate them looking forward and coming out regularly for maintenance which has made my insulated door last for over 20 years now. Marks staff are spot on quality people and I sure do appreciate them and their quick and efficient responses. Thank you read more

I have been a customer of Door Pros for over 15 years and have trusted them with multiple properties in Desert Hot Springs, so this experience was very disappointing. After their technician inspected my garage door, he recommended and installed a new premium LiftMaster opener. Only after the installation was completed and my credit card was charged did he leave a voicemail informing me that the springs, cables, bearings, and rollers were worn and that the excessive resistance from these components could potentially damage the brand-new motor he had just installed. My issue is not the additional cost. Had these problems been disclosed during the original inspection, I would have approved the complete repair immediately. My concern is the lack of transparency and communication. Significant issues affecting the operation of the system should have been explained before recommending and installing a new opener. After more than a decade of loyal business, I expected a higher level of professionalism and honesty. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the company and question whether customers are being given the full picture before work is performed. If you want the review to have a stronger impact while remaining factual and credible, I would suggest a 1-star review and adding: "What troubled me most was being told afterward that the newly installed motor could be damaged by conditions that should have been identified and disclosed before the installation. That approach does not inspire confidence or trust." read more

Our main garage door broke while our car was trapped inside. It was more than springs. My garage door opener broke as I was trying to leave my house on a Saturday morning. Why do these things happen at the most inconvenient times? I reached out to Door Pros and set up an appointment for Monday morning. I think the service provider that came out was Mike. He showed up at the appointment time and was polite, friendly, and answered all my questions. He removed the old broken opener and replaced it with a new one. It is nice and quiet compared to the old one. He did the job in a quick efficient manner and was on his way. I'm very pleased with this business abd service. Highly RECOMMEND!!!! read more

What a fantastic company. The reviews from everyone else didn't disappoint. Ismael showed up on time. A human answered the phone (!) and within two hours a service tech was at our house to look at why our wired wall mounted door opener switch quit working. I would give 5 stars except I got the whole speech, "we don't sell these openers because they're crap, but we can get you fixed up today with a brand new opener for $2,400....) I explained that everything worked fine except the wall switch and after watching him click it repeatedly he agreed. I showed him an RF wall switch I found and said I will just get this, and he agreed. So, what he did do was excellent: he weighed the door, replaced the springs and roller and the door opens much quicker and quieter now, and the motor doesn't groan under the weight of the door. It was $900 for the (l shopped on line for info) a $36 set of rollers and $200 set of springs, so the 45 minutes of install time (I couldn't believe how fast he did it) was basically $664. I'm paying for a safe operational door. But we did get to talk about football, so there's that.... read more

Already gave door pros an enthusiastic thumbs up...everyone encountered from Ritchie to Ryan to Wayne to chris gave us full attention and walked us through everything...Pros every one of them! From the first visit to installation and beyond door pros made the process nearly effortless...out special requests were met with ease and enthusiasm...Ritchie's first site visit gave us the answers to most of our questions...told us what to expect....the Ryan let us visit the offices so we could see examples of their product...then Wayne (and Chris) made modifications to the garage to better anchor the tracks and Wayne even discovered a hairline crack in one window and when he pointed it out to us, he also told us a replacement was already ordered! The new one was installed within 5 days! There's a reason you see door pros trucks all over the valley...they're just that good! read more

They were prompt and efficient. The work was good. I called them the next time I needed service.

Ismael was our service technician and he guided my wife through the process as well as a recommendations that provided our needs. My experience with Door Pros was top notch and I'm extremely happy and satisfied with my experience with them. I received a text during my appointment time slot to let me know when my tech was on his way. Molina fully explained what the consultation and inspection would entail. He replaced all of my rollers which were the original parts and were breaking, or broken. He adjusted the spring tension and closed a gap that I had at the top of the door which allowed dust and spiders to accumulate. He did all of this in 15 mins. He was professional and thorough. I couldn't me happier. Great job and I highly recommend Door Pros. read more

Trevor arrived in a timely manor! Our garage was stuck up so we appreciated this! Everything he told us, made sense. I believe he gave us a fair price. We will certainly call him again when we need to take the next step on our opener (it is 21 years old so we know we need to replace it...we just couldn't do it all at this time). Jesus fixed my 20 year old sliding glass door tracking, rollers and lock and did a great job. It's almost like a brand new door.

The Door Pro service tech quoted multiple prices and in the final analysis I paid another vendor $1200 total versus door pro quote of $3300. Strongly suggest multiple quotes when repairing or replacing. read more

It was Saturday, almost afternoon, when BANG!--the cars were stuck inside the garage and we had a party at 3 PM. I called Door Pros. The woman who answered the phone was kind and sympathetic, and assured me someone would be out between 12:30 and 1 PM. His name was Trevor. Trevor arrived right on time, introduced himself, and checked out the garage door. Diagnosis: a broken spring. He was able to replace the spring and the motor (my choice to have done) all that same day. Trevor was amazing--knowledgeable, friendly, neat, tidy, and an absolutely delightful person.
