Excellent company, excellent service, honest, prompt and well prepared. I called Elite after having a tenant back into my garage and another company quoted me $4k to replace it due to it being "unrepairable". Granted the door is 20 years old but I was hoping something couild be done. I called Elite and Junior was onsite within 2-3hours. He explained that the door panel was discountinued because of its age but it could still be repaired with a bit of work. Knowing that the repairmen before him suggested a brand new door, Junior could have easily been dishonest and advised the same. I assumed he would need to come back at a later date but he was prepared to email me a quote on the spot and had all of the tools and brackets stocked on his truck to get the repair done right then.
