Excellent company, excellent service, honest, prompt and well prepared. I called Elite after having a tenant back into my garage and another company quoted me $4k to replace it due to it being "unrepairable". Granted the door is 20 years old but I was hoping something couild be done. I called Elite and Junior was onsite within 2-3hours. He explained that the door panel was discountinued because of its age but it could still be repaired with a bit of work. Knowing that the repairmen before him suggested a brand new door, Junior could have easily been dishonest and advised the same. I assumed he would need to come back at a later date but he was prepared to email me a quote on the spot and had all of the tools and brackets stocked on his truck to get the repair done right then. Call these guys! They have integrity and that's how you build a good business. He also reffered me to his step Father that builds custom gates who I will DEFINITELY use knowing Junior's character. Thanks Elite! read more

I would highly recommend Elite Door Solutions. They responded within minutes of my Yelp message and maintained consistent and professional communication as we moved forward. They were able to come out the next day to replace my ancient opener that finally called it quits. Junior was knowledgeable, friendly, and takes pride in his work. He was very transparent about what needed to be done and about his pricing. No hard sell at all, just gave me all the options and let me decide. His pricing was fair and less than the competitors. I got a very nice modern opener that works really well and he also replaced my aged rollers and serviced the springs. We take our garage doors for granted but they are actually pretty complicated and need regular maintenance. Junior knows his stuff! Plus, I really like supporting the "mom & pop" businesses out there over the giant businesses with the big names and TV ads. Elite isn't just the name, it's how they perform! read more

His friendly and courteous demeanor made the entire experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Elite Door Solutions to anyone in need of repair or maintenance services. Highly Skilled Professional Excellent Pricing Friendly Prompt Service I contacted Junior through Yelp and received an immediate response. I was able to schedule a same day appointment where he showed up fully equipped with a new garage door opener. This was most convenient as there was no previous opener on my current garage door. The door opener came with two remotes as well as a phone app enabling me to open and close remotely from any location. The installation went smoothly and was complete within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Junior and Elite Door Solutions for all your garage door needs. read more

Really competent and professional!! The garage opener stopped working (burnt out motor), I called them in the morning and they answered within 2 rings, they were able to fit us in the same day, once at the house, Junior went over different options with us and no pressure selling or pushing you into one option, once we picked our model, he finished the whole process in about an hour!! Strongly recommend this company, I had called a few other prior and some never answered and the one who came by the house was just a really pushy salesman with no real information on the products read more

6 stars if I could! Junior came out for an emergency call in La Quinta Cove when our garage door suddenly broke--and completely saved the day. Within the SAME WEEK, he had a brand-new, gorgeous door installed with a top-of-the-line MyQ opener. Elite Doors is fast, professional, and seriously detail-oriented. They even wiped down the entire door after install and took the time to program the opener in our truck. Who does that anymore?! Hands down one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend! read more

My garage door spring broke. Elite answered my call promptly. Elite came to my house in a couple of hours. Elite gave me a reasonable quote. He checked everything and told me that only the springs needed to be replaced. He did the job super-fast like he absolutely knew what he was doing. We had a good conversation while he worked. Great experience ... no hiccups. I would hire Elite again if I have a problem with my garage door. read more

JR, the owner, did a fantastic job rebuilding my garage door system, including installing a new, high-efficiency motor. He came over, gave me an estimate (with some generous discounts), and we scheduled the work for the following day. He completed everything himself in under three hours, walked me through the operation of the door, and answered all my questions. A true pro! I highly recommend him! read more

Junior from Elite was a life-saver - twice. The first time was on Christmas day. My garage door was stuck, and I was essentially trapped. He came out and had it fixed in a few hours. The second time I could not re-engage the automatic opener mechanism. Within a few minutes of my call he took time out of his day to walk me through it by phone. Amazingly helpful! I recommend him highly! read more

These guys are awesome! They got the service request job done after hours without any hassle, which I really appreciate. Super professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and didn't waste any time. The quality of work was solid, and the price was fair. We worked with Junior, the owner to replace the motor on the golf cart garage door. He did a diagnostic of the door, gave us a fair estimate and scheduled the work for a few days later. He returned on time, was very informative, completed the work in a timely manner and left us with a perfectly working door. Greatly appreciated and recommend. read more
