I learned that fast. He came out the next day and was prompt. Don't hesitate to contact Milton. His prices are extremely fare. Thanks Milton and Shadow Hills Garage Doors. 5 stars are not enough! Milton, the owner of Shadow Hills came out the same day to replace a broken spring on my garage door. I can't say enough good things about this man. First he made suggestions that saved me money and when I mentioned that I was thinking of replacing the entire door because someone had run into it and dented the bottom panel, he said he could put a reinforcing brace to straighten the dent and I could just paint it and have a virtually new looking door! You could have blown me away. When have you ever had the owner of a company actually try to down sell you?! Along with the spring replacement, he lubricated every moving part as well as the screw drive on the opener. That opener has always been very noisy, now it's as quiet as a belt drive opener. This man and his company are worth their weight in gold. Highly recommended! read more

Milton, the owner of Shadow Hills garage doors is phenomenal! I own a property management company and we had a guest who accidentally backed into the garage door. It was very hot outside and the guest had just been confused. I called several companies on Yelp, Milton called me back immediately, he also went out to the house right away and he was able to repair the door and have it close so that the guest was safe and sound. A lot of other companies may have taken advantage of the situation, but Milton is all class! He is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and now he is on my preferred vendor list! He continues to provide us with excellent service and customer care. Thank you, Milton, you are one of a kind! We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with you! read more
