Brad is awesome to work with and is the most reasonably priced. He keeps his word and does excellent work. He even came out after we did something to the programming or the sensors, we weren't sure, we called Brad. He came out that day, fixed it and wouldn't take any money for his time and services. I'm a Real Estate Agent and I recommend him ALL the time. Brad is a great human and THE BEST person to hire if you need a garage door repair or a new garage door. read more

Our garage door wouldn't close. Brad had installed it last year. He came out in under two hours and fixed it at no charge. The sensors apparently just needed to be tweaked a bit. Really appreciated the quick service. read more

The first time I hired Brads Garage Door Service was approx 2014. My garage door opener stopped working out of the blue. I called in a panic. Brad was here same day to replace the garage door opener. Fast forward to 2022. My garage door stopped working. I pulled Brads number from my phone, having had saved it from 2014. In a less panic this time, I called Brad. I explained the situation. He knew exactly what it was. Within two hours he had Joel at the house to make the repair. Just as with Brad, Joel was courteous, professional and like chatting with a buddy. Thank you Brad and Joel. Forever my go-to for garage needs...and should be yours, too. read more

I received Brad's number through a trusted mutual friend. Brad and Joel fit me in that week, were early to the appointment, and finished everything in a very timely manner. He was even able to help troubleshoot a few other gates on my property, also. Brad is very professional and very hard working! I will call him in the future read more

I used BRADS garage door services today, again he was on time did a wonderful job. I would recommend him any time. He deserves 5 Stars for sure. read more

Called Brad this morning. His associate was here within an hour. My door and spring needed to be replaced. They were back within a couple of hours and completed the job in under an hour. Very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Brad. Outstanding service read more

I was originally super pleased due to the fair pricing and fast installation, but when the opener started having problems which may be a manufacturers defect, we discovered that a basic necessary part was not in place due to the installer forgetting it (the stop bolt was not applied) I called them and left a detailed message and they will not return my call. Due to the opener not reserving open and closing instructions and the bolt not being in place to stop the trolley before it slams into the motor, we now have a double problem on our hands, and it seems like Brad no longer wants to help. read more

Brad was Awesome. He showed up on time, accommodated my schedule change, and busted out our job quick. He's a Pro who takes pride in his work. We had a broken spring and he got the job done below the competitions price. There, pretty much, is NO Competition. read more

Wonderful! Our garage door had a complete come-apart at 10pm one night. The next morning (8:30am on a Saturday mind you) I called Brad's Garage Door, and he was at my house within 30 min. Our garage door is now operating at 100%, much better than before. He put it back together, changed the spring, and reinforced the metal. Very reasonable pricing for such speedy service. I would definitely recommend! http://bradsgaragedoors.com/ read more

So how did Brad's Garage Door Service get all those 5 star reviews? He earned them. Let's face it, "customer service" has become somewhat of an oxymoron. Look up the definition of " professional" and you will see Brad's name next to it. Brad had to order two carriage style garage doors for us. He did not ask for a dime up front, made an install appt. and showed up on time, no excuses, and he and his assistant installed two new doors, all new hardware in just three hours. He left the site clean and the doors work perfectly and are just gorgeous! Congratulations Brad, for knowing what INTEGRITY is. read more

Brad has been my garage door guy for both my personal home and rental properties for going on 10 years. He is very professional, shows up on time, extremely knowledgeable, and is reasonable to boot. I just had two rollup doors replaced with flat insulated doors and he was 10% less expensive than the other guys (I had 3 quotes). He promised me a date/time to install, showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner...what more can you ask? Good guy, give him your business you will be happy. read more

My review is negative just because they were recommended to me and I called twice and left messages over a 3 day period and got no call back or any response. And I spoke out my return number clearly. So that is disappointing. I understand a business being busy but a call back to replace an entire garage door would have been nice and proper. read more

Had an issue with 2 cracked garage door panels that caused the door to sag in the middle. I had tried to Frankenstein them just to get the door to operate until I could get someone out to do a proper repair. I've seen Brad's truck driving around the valley for a while and looked him up on Yelp to get an idea of what customers had to say about his service. Great reviews so I contacted him to set up an appointment. Brad showed up a bit earlier than scheduled but that worked for me too. Brad got right to analyzing the problems and solutions and was able to replace the old spring assembly with a new upgraded unit for a reasonable price. He also replaced 2 of the old worn out rollers and added a brace to help keep the door from sagging any further. I'm very satisfied with Brad's service and performance. I'd definitely recommend his company to anyone interested in getting their garage door repaired here in the Coachella Valley read more

My garage door would not open. I called Brad, who answered the phone himself and he was at my doorstep within 3 hrs. Brad reminded me of an old skool repairman. He was very friendly, personable and made me feel like I was his most important customer of the day. I led him to the garage where he immediately went to work replacing a broken spring. He told me what he was going to do and what the cost was going to be, which included a 5 yr warranty. 30 mins later, he was done! Garage door opened beautifully and was quiet for the first time since I've been in the house. He took it upon himself and gave the opener a "Check up" and greased the track and tightened some bolts free of charge. If you are in the market for fast, friendly old skool repairman, I would definitely recommend Brad for any garage door need. read more

My garage was not working properly. I called Brad's and scheduled an appointment between 12 and 2. At 12 they called saying it would be between 2 and 4 for tech to come out. I was told I needed a new garage door opener. So I agreed. About a half hour into the installation the tech said he needed to rewire the sensors and button and would cost $180 then dropped it to $120. After the installation I learned the rewire was adding 6 inches of wire to the existing wire. Absolutely ridiculous $120 for adding 6 inches of wire. I was originally told it would have a panel outside so I could open the garage then after installation was told that was on the one that cost $1100 plus labor. I was also told that I could operate it with my phone. I was given no information on how to set it up on my phone. So this $650 door opener cost me $1118. The tech didn't even chwck the other components of the garage door. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Wow! Amazing service - now days this is rare, and appreciated! Thank you! Called Brad at 8:00 am - he rearranged their schedule, had Joel here by 8:30, had me to work on time! My spring broke last night and I wasted time worrying what I would do - this was the easiest repair I have had the pleasure of in any trade, ever! Many should take a lesson from running their business like Brad. Will not hesitate to recommend them in the future. Even the price was exactly as quoted. Only surprise was how great they are, which again is rare!!! Thank you so very much! Well done in every way!! read more

I called Brad's Garage Door Service and they were very quick to get back to me. They came out the following day and serviced my garage doors and both openers. They greased all the wheels, tracks etc. My ONLY complaint was I thought they were a bit pricey, he was here for about 10 minutes and charged me $80. read more

This was the third time I used Brad's, previously it was to do a repair and then to fix some damage I had caused. Long Story Short - this time I backed up and slammed my door. Brad sent Joel to eyeball it and he gave me a reasonable quote to repair it. I opted to replace the whole thing. They both showed at 7:45 am the next morning and were done by 9 am. Reasonable price and this time I got the insulated model. I note that he did not use any of the old equipment, not even the old garage door tracks attached to the ceiling. Everything except the garage door opener was new. Overall, it was a very positive experience. read more

I submitted a request online on Monday and he actually showed up on Tuesday. I was looking to get an estimate for a garage door repair. He was actually able to repair the garage door on site. He said that the cost would be $120, which is far better than $2,245 that I had from another local company. He even put a sticker of his company right by the garage door opener in the garage. I was able to pay for the repair by using his smart phone. I highly recommend using Brad's Garage Door Service when it comes to garage door repairs. He was professional and is certainly an expert when it comes to garage door repairs. Overall, I was extremely impressed with this company. read more

5 star for Brads Garage door service. I'm also in the service business and a lot of my customers are from yelp. So when I do need repair work I know that's out of my league I turn to Yelp!! We called Brads Garage Door Service and they were able to come out same day and replace springs on our door. The service was top notch and price was very fair. I would recommend this company for garage door repairs all day long. Thanks again for the prompt and professional service read more

Brad came out the same morning I called and was fast and efficient in servicing my "antique" garage door opener. He did a full service (lubricated, straightened and reinforced frames) within a half-hour and the garage door has never opened as quietly as it does now. I will definitely call these guys for another service in a year's time. Readers be sure to service your garage door opener before trouble comes for a visit!!! read more

I called Brad's garage door and service to have my new garage opener installed because my other one was not working when the worker got here 20 minutes late already off to a bad start he told me I didn't have the correct one that they have the correct one and it would be $550 so I said yes he told me it has Wi-Fi and he'll throw in a free keypad after installing he told me he was done I had a question about my hinges he didn't have an answer he said he doesn't know and then I asked him how do I program my phone and Wi-Fi to the opener and he told me he doesn't know he's never done that before and for me to Google it, on his request he called the boss and the boss told me the same thing they never done one of those but he can probably come out in an hour this is the reason for my bad review I would put zero stars if I was able to but how do you go selling a product and you don't even know how to properly finish the installation or get it connected, horrible service would not recommend think twice before you called him. Point of the story is I paid a lot of money for this opener and I can only use half of the opener thanks for nothing Brad. Good luck. And the installer had no regards to my property inside the garage and decided to lay the old opener on top of my antique cameras smh. read more

Incredible! Right there on the Spot. ...great manners and texted me that he would be 5 minutes late. Love This Guy!!!!

I woohoo! As good as it gets! So true. Brad set up an appointment, came on time, gave an estimate, and started working. He worked with precision, did the basic repairs, he was quick and efficient, and when he got done the garage door worked better than it did when it was installed new, 20 years ago. He did final precise adjustments. If I ever needed a new garage door, he will be on the top of my list. I would recommend him to anyone, small or large garage door jobs. Thanks, Brad! read more

Just had Brad come out for what I thought would be the replacement of two garage doors and one opener. However, he was able to fix the doors I had in a way that they both now work better then they had before. He easily could have sold me 2 replacement doors or at a minimum a new opener, but was totally honest and advised an inexpensive fix was all I needed. Brad runs a very competent and honest business. I would not hesitate to use him or recommend him. read more

The night before New Year's eve my garage door came off the rails and would not even close.I called early on New Year's eve and they scheduled a same-day appointment for me for 4:00pm. Martin showed up on time and even though I thought I was in for a big expense, I was pleasantly surprised when he quoted me $75 to get the door back on track and repair the broken line. He was very professional, helpful and fast. I would DEFINITELY recommend this service to anyone. They are honest and won't rip you off; not easy to find these days! read more

Have never used this company before and relied on Yelp only. Bought a new car yesterday and backed up into the closed garage door. The door was bent, rollers were off the tracks and I thought it might be totaled. Called Brad at 5pm and he said would have someone here at 8:30 next morning. Joel was right on time and went to work straightening parts and tweaking them back into their right position. He additionally serviced the entire workings as it's never been done in the 5 years we've lived here. The garage door now works perfectly and the total bill was $80.00. If you ever have a garage door problem, don't even hesitate for a second and trust this report. Great service, quality of work, and price. Thanks Joel and thanks Brad. read more
