Trevor came out and helped us pick the perfect doors to complement our style of house. Wayne and Chris installed the doors and the whole install was seamless. Very happy we went with Door Pros.

We were concerned that the garage door presented a hazard and the very skilled technician (Trevor) that came did not disappoint. He diagnosed what the other company had done and he remedied everything. We had to have everything installed again (springs, bar, garage door opener, etc.). Trevor explained everything to us and was a pleasure to work with. We feel 100% confident in his installation. We have used Door Pros before so we know that they do excellent work and stand behind it. We were worried about our safety and our cars with the other installation. We are relieved that the new installation remedied everything. Just a note of caution. If you call Door Pros make sure that you are calling the real company and not an imposter. Door Pros does such good work that other companies try to impersonate them. If you don't see the Door Pros truck send the tech packing for your own physical and financial safety. One final thought: We all take our garage doors for granted because they usually just work. When they don't call Doors Pro. They do not disappoint.

After posting my project on Yelp, I was inundated with messages, phone calls, telegrams, AI spam, and various solicitations delivered by the typical foul one might see in Game of Thrones or Harry Potter. Sifting through the superfluous jetsam, I noticed something real about Garage Door Express. Actual people. No nonsense. Immediate service. Realistic pricing for what I requested. Instead of wasting your time like some other companies, Garage Door Express gave estimates right away. I had already sent three companies packing their trash even though they claimed to be "garage door pros." No I don't want to pay $1200 for a system that should only cost $500-$700. If you're looking, then you know exactly what I'm referring to. Thank you Garage Door Express for not gouging me! Garage Door Express showed up on time, had two to three workers to make the job efficient and installed my new LiftMaster faster than it took for me to brew a 12 cup pot of coffee. Two year labor warranty is an added bonus in my book!

You should have weather seal that comes close to matching the brown of the trim!! So, you claim you have been in the valley since 1972. Your license is 2015-43 years later. You schedule appointments for 2 hour duration time slots. ie. 10:00 to 12:00 on 4-10-26. Armando arrived at 10:28 which is very good for mexican time!!! He knows how to bid a job to make you money as a valuable employee, $ 1,000.00 is a lot of money for a 81 year old homeowner!! My main issue with you is the 2 hour time slot to estimate the job. The disrespect for my time, ( assuming i have nothing as pressing as my garage doors is very insulting to me). 2 hours scheduling by you is 1/4, 25 % of my day which you assume is your time slot. I don't need a garage door. I was in business in Northern Ca. for 27 years. If I had given clients a 2 hour time slot to bid a job for them, they would have found another contractor!!!!! I would have been out of business in 60 to 90 days depending on ignorance & capitol!!! I would think as long as you have been in business what an insult to the consumer a 2 hour time line is!!!!!!!
