I had an excellent experience with Garage Door Express. I posted my garage door project on Yelp, and within seconds, Alejandro reached out, provided his pricing upfront, which was very reasonable compared to others, and sent a calendar link to schedule an appointment. It took less than five minutes to get everything booked. He arrived first thing Saturday morning, serviced the garage door, and fixed an annoying knocking sound. The entire service took about an hour, and the price was exactly as described with no surprises. Very happy with the service, communication, and overall experience. I look forward to working with Alejandro again on my next service call. Highly recommended! read more

Yelp buddies, I listened to you and was 100% satisfied. I love it when you steer me in the correct direction! After posting my project on Yelp, I was inundated with messages, phone calls, telegrams, AI spam, and various solicitations delivered by the typical foul one might see in Game of Thrones or Harry Potter. Sifting through the superfluous jetsam, I noticed something real about Garage Door Express. Actual people. No nonsense. Immediate service. Realistic pricing for what I requested. Instead of wasting your time like some other companies, Garage Door Express gave estimates right away. I had already sent three companies packing their trash even though they claimed to be "garage door pros." No I don't want to pay $1200 for a system that should only cost $500-$700. If you're looking, then you know exactly what I'm referring to. Thank you Garage Door Express for not gouging me! Garage Door Express showed up on time, had two to three workers to make the job efficient and installed my new LiftMaster faster than it took for me to brew a 12 cup pot of coffee. Two year labor warranty is an added bonus in my book! read more

Our garage door was having issues for the past 3 years but the first quote we received for replacing it was so expensive that we kept putting off. It finally it gave out last week and would not open. I called 4 businesses listed here on Yelp. Alberto of Garage Door Express was the only one who answered his phone. And besides Alberto, only one out of the remaining 3 businesses returned my call! My decision was already made-Alberto had excellent reviews, was professional, friendly and courteous (not to mention willing to come over the very same day to take a look at our door.) He said that he would replace it with a new, higher quality (insulated) door and fix the door to our smaller garage for half the price we were given a few years ago. He even painted the new door to match the old one! Less than a week later we have a beautiful new garage door. Thank you Alberto, for your excellent service. It was a pleasure doing business with you and we highly recommend you to anyone who needs their garage door serviced or replaced. read more

The spring on my garage door broke today. They happened to be working on a job near by and they came over and changed the spring for a very reasonable price. They did not up-sell or try to get me to pay for anything I don't need. My door opens a lot better and smoother than it had before. Most importantly, they were knowledgeable, and I was immediately able to tell that I am working with experienced people. Its a small business, so I got to deal with the owner of the company as opposed to a random servicemen who are trained to up sell. I will call them again if I need anything done on my garage door. read more

This company is great. I sell real estate, and I've used them for my clients and at my own house. They are very responsive and get the job done quickly, and you are getting the knowledgeable technician showing up to do the job. The prices are also very fair, which is important. Nobody wants to spend money on their garage door, but we all need them to work. Unlike another local company, these guys do not give you the run around for a week getting quotes and service orders. Alberto was great with his knowledge of why our heavy garage door had difficulty opening. Ended up replacing 2 springs with 4 springs and went from 12" to 15" rail corner and didn't try and sell us a new opener. Now it is easier to lift manually, less strain on the opener and much quieter. He and Luis installed the changes, did a quick and professional job and left the garage spotless.
