My decision was already made-Alberto had excellent reviews, was professional, friendly and courteous (not to mention willing to come over the very same day to take a look at our door.) He said that he would replace it with a new, higher quality (insulated) door and fix the door to our smaller garage for half the price we were given a few years ago. The spring on my garage door broke today. They happened to be working on a job near by and they came over and changed the spring for a very reasonable price. They did not up-sell or try to get me to pay for anything I don't need. My door opens a lot better and smoother than it had before. Ended up replacing 2 springs with 4 springs and went from 12" to 15" rail corner and didn't try and sell us a new opener.
