Called the first day and was passed to a fine gentleman by the name of Paul. He them gave me an email to send my pictures and project details to this guy who works in that department. So about a week goes by and no response via email or telephone call. So I called again , of course I got the run around and after 35 minutes I was told that the person would call me momentarily. Again another day gone by, NOTHING. So again I called and asked AGAIN for an update, they had no idea what I was talking about and said they would have someone call me ASAP. The "custom tile repair" became necessary only because your installers damaged and broke tiles during the installation process. During the pre-contract consultation, we were explicitly told that no tile work or revisions would be required. Final payment was withheld because the doors were not functioning properly, and your team prevented the manufacturer from completing the warranty work that was required. There will always be issues that arise during a retrofit window and door installation. The true measure of a company's caliber and professionalism is how those issues are handled and resolved. Attempting to shift blame back onto the customer, rather than taking accountability and working toward a solution, reflects poor business practices.

After speaking with Kenny, he called me back about an hour later to say that he would have technicians at my house the next day. Casey and JT arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were polite, professional, dressed well, and were careful with my house, the glass, the door and my dog. The wheel housing needed to repair my patio sliding door was in the inventory that they travel with in their truck. In about 45 minutes, the new wheels were installed, the track was cleaned, the patio glass door was reinstalled and they clean the glass. A short time after they left, I was contacted by Angela from the office for the $275 payment with Zelle. I found the cost to be reasonable, especially since the local handyman quoted me $500 two months prior, but hadn't found the opportunity to fit my door repair into his schedule.
