Juan (the owner) and his crew did a fine job replacing our windows. It was a difficult job and the crew readily adapted to many unexpected situations. They arrived promptly on site each day as expected and cleaned up daily. We were especially pleased with the quality of the interior trim work. Most of the exterior caulking was neat and thorough; however, some was incomplete and surprisingly sloppy. This was corrected on follow-up visits. 95% of the job (replacement of 11 windows/patio doors) was completed within the estimated 5 days, but it wasn't totally done for another 6 weeks which was disappointing. The back and front doors of our recently purchased home were leaking air and dust like crazy, and in the sandy/dusty part of the Coachella valley we live in that's a real problem. Juan came out quickly, told me what he could do, and within 48 hours gave me a quote to replace the door shoe, new weatherstripping, heavy duty doorstop and corner dust pads. Win-Door Guy CHARGED ME $200 FOR 30 SECONDS OF WORK BY ADJUSTING 1 SCREW! What a rip off! I have a bi-fold back patio door that WinDoor promised that they would come in the late afternoon to fix. Didn't show up or contact me. The next day they showed up and said it was going to be $250 because they had to replace the mechanism in the door. I agreed commenting that seemed high but needed my door fixed. He went to his truck and got a screwdriver and adjusted one screw and the door worked perfectly. He said that it was too bad but that was still the charge and that I was paying for his expertise. REALLY?? I complained and they adjusted the rate by $50 down to $200. Juan and his team were excellent! Came in and installed a new door on our existing frame. He made it fit real snug and was able to match the hardware. He had all his tools and was able to finish the project in about 3 hours. We have an large 96" x 36" door, left in-swing and he was able to the make the appropriate cuts for a perfect fit. I was lucky to find out about the Win-door Guy.  My sliding door was a mess. There is nothing more annoying than a door that you literally have to drag open and close, particularly when you are carrying something heavy.  My lock was also broken.  It was so bad, that we were using a broomstick in the rail to "lock" the door at night.  I put off fixing my sliding door for a long time because I thought it was going to be very expensive to replace it. Juan was very honest about being able to repair it and giving me an estimate for a new door if I wanted to replace it in the future. They did a great job in fixing my sliding door. It slides like it's brand new! Now, I'm also looking to use their services when I install double-pane windows since I have older windows that don't keep the house well insulated. I honestly can't say enough about Juan and his team! His work is exceptional he is completely professional, he goes above and beyond to do things the RIGHT way, his pricing is fair and he does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. No contractor likes to FIX another contractors mistakes but Juan did so perfectly with a smile, no cutting corners or blaming the original contractor.
