Juan was super-responsive--very professional to deal with. Gave me a fair and reasonable quote for installing two interior French doors in my house. Very accessible for dealing with questions on selecting the right hardware. Doors came in very fast and were installed within a couple of days. I am impressed at just about how perfect the installation and hanging of these doors was. Thanks!

I contacted Supreme Window & Door based upon their proximity to my house and the online reviews. After speaking with Kenny, he called me back about an hour later to say that he would have technicians at my house the next day. Casey and JT arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were polite, professional, dressed well, and were careful with my house, the glass, the door and my dog. The wheel housing needed to repair my patio sliding door was in the inventory that they travel with in their truck. In about 45 minutes, the new wheels were installed, the track was cleaned, the patio glass door was reinstalled and they clean the glass. A short time after they left, I was contacted by Angela from the office for the $275 payment with Zelle. I found the cost to be reasonable, especially since the local handyman quoted me $500 two months prior, but hadn't found the opportunity to fit my door repair into his schedule. I give Supreme Window & Door, Kenny, Casey, JT, and Angela two thumbs up. Outstanding service! I highly recommend you have your doors and windows serviced by Supreme Window & Door. Kim

See pic of the caulking work. Basically we were told by manager Anthony the caulking is as good as it's going to get. For $20,000.00. Also, it came with an unnatural crack. Very frustrating experience. We were also told all the installers were company employees. On their website - they boast "We never subcontract, every installer is an employee of California Window and Door". Mike, our salesperson also told us this. It is in fact a lie. Our installer was a guy named Joe, and when asked about working for the company, he looked me in the eye and said, "No, honestly I do projects for them periodically , but I'm NOT an employee of the company". CWD is deceptive in advertising. Joe actually works for a firm based in Hemet California, no less. He is a subcontractor. We were offered no price adjustment for the crack in the door we waited over six months for. Over $20k. Now our home has at least 7 windows we'd like to have replaced. Needless to say, we'll be going elsewhere. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In response to Bernard, We dealt with the office staff and Anthony, but it's apparent you're not fully informed with all the details of our experience. This is the first time we've heard of you. CWD, California Window and Door did come back out to attempt to correct the caulking. The picture shown is the AFTER photo. It was much worse before, believe it or not. Again, Anthony indicated that this was as good as it's going to get. We wouldn't want another attempt, we're pretty confident it would do more harm than good. Secondly, these are two big 3 foot by 8 foot doors. These cracks are in only one noticeable area, nowhere else. It is not just a cosmetic characteristic. It is damage, Anthony hinted at a discount, but failed to follow through. He was going to contact the door manufacturer and get back to us, but never did. We were not going to wait for another door. All Anthony wanted was all of our $20,000.00 + Lastly, you defend using your crew, glossing over the fact that you do use Sub contractors, even though California Window and Doors web page says otherwise. Have some integrity and change the language on your website. You do use Subcontractors, but say you don't. Unbelievable. Enough of this.
