They did a great job on my sliders and then I had a very unusual request to have a huge 3/4" very thick glass table cut down by 8" on two sides.... Like I said it is huge. They picked it up and sent off to a fabricator and came back not just right. They sent it back to get polished correctly and still had the top back in time for my Coachella renters. Just above and beyond service. read more

I called Glass Masters for a job I needed done and I could not be more pleased. Anthony came and installed a new shower and mirror for me and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was quality and the prices reasonable so I would definitely use them again. read more

Wow - they are awesome! Bill, Anthony and his crew came on-time to fix a big window issue, clean slider tracks and fix a slider door lock. All work done quickly and professionally, plus windows even cleaned where they worked! Bill assured me by letting me know they will come back if I have any troubles in the next year on the repairs they did. Really great reasonable company and we are feeling so better having great working windows and sliders again. Nice to work with a local company that cares! read more

Glass Masters - Our favorite window fixed by Glass Masters - Windows Installation Near Me - Cathedral City, California

Thanks again and again to Bill and his incredible installers for yet another amazing job. We called last minute and Bill came out right away to measure and shortly after install mirrors in new dressing rooms built in our store. We have used Glass Masters for many years. They installed all new windows and doors in our house six years ago. I wouldn't call anyone else in the desert. Next time you need windows or mirrors, call Bill! Thanks again, Mario and Michael Fashion Fix Women's Clothing read more

I had a terrible experience with Glass Masters window installation at my home. One window was installed incorrectly and they scratched 2 windows during the installation process. Moreover, their affiliate company that did the stucco and painting after the installation job did sloppy and unprofessional work. We had to complete the painting ourselves and clean up after the crew. The owner was rarely on the job site. Beware of this company. read more

This company did the original work two years ago to replace all the windows for the previous owner of our current home. I contacted them 4 weeks ago to come and replace a Thermopane window with a broken seal. Every week since I have contacted them without success. The interesting fact is that the owner has come twice to measure and gave me a verbal quote on cost. He is unreliable and my recommendation is that you find a different company for whatever your new or repair glass needs are. Don't waste your time as I did with this company. read more

I called them to look at some windows at our Idyllwild home that had failed and had condensation between the panes. They came up the hill without any issues, made a recommendation to replace the glass inserts, and got me a quote. They installed yesterday around our very tight schedule and did a great job on a tough, steep section. Very professional and I will use them again. read more

These people that are doing 1 star reviews for Glass Masters don't understand how Construction works. Glass Masters is great! They always do my jobs correctly. They are on time, and get the job done right. The value you get with this company is unmatched. I wish I could give them a 10 star review! Make sure to call Glass Masters! They are honest, and reliable! I recommend them to all my friends and family! read more

Very poor customer service from their receptionist. We had an appointment at 10 am and they never showed up. I called their office to find out what was going on and the answering machine picked up. I do not recommend this company at all. read more

4 Window trims around Casita window 240.00 I wish I could put a negative 5 rating. The answering machine picks up most of the time and Tina never returns calls. If you do catch her, she lies about delivery dates. They kept telling us the trim would be in the next week, but Tina has lied every step of the way. Do not buy from this company and save yourself the headaches! Randy E read more

I have used Glass Master many times and have been pleased each time. They have been friendly and have delivered product on time. I will continue to use them for any projects that come up. read more

They arrived on time for both appointments. The service man looked at the non-working window in my casita, ordered parts and returned a couple of weeks later to fix the window and replace weather stripping on my dining room windows. The cost was reasonable. Service was quick and efficient! Thank you! read more

First of all, if you can get them to just answer the phone. They say they open at 8AM, but They want you to leave message, and god knows when they will call you back. read more

We have used Glass Master for all of our glass needs. I have never had a bad experience with the business or any of the technicians. They provide great customer service and there work speaks for itself. Thanks for the great work guys. I will refer you to anyone who is in the market for glass. read more

!!!BEWARE!!! Glass Masters took a check month's ago for $70,000.00 for windows for a big project, BUT the windows never came. They said the windows were ordered, and even went as far as saying they were on the truck for delivery. Then came the constantly made up excuses why the windows weren't coming, and come to find out, they were lying the entire time. They spent the money they were given for the order, and finally admitted they had never even ordered the windows. This company caused all those involved on this project including owners, contractor, and subs to all be very badly hurt financially, and damaged credible people's reputations with their wrongdoing, procrastination, lies, and own financial hard times. They are and have been capable of doing good work, but at this point, are no longer credible for anything they say, and I warn anyone considering their business to do so in great, great caution. read more

I wish I could put a negative 5 rating. Ordered windows back in November 2013. Tina told my husband that they wouldn't be delivered until sometime in January. First part of January came and my husband called to confirm that the windows were on schedule. He was told yes and that they would be in at the end of January. He scheduled for first week of February for install. To make a LONG story short, it is the end of March and still no windows!!! They kept telling us the windows would be in the next week, but Tina, Darlene and Billy have lied every step of the way. Do not buy from this company and save yourself the headaches! read more

Super Happy with My new Windows and Sliders in our Condo..... Tina was all over it and Kristina had her back. Billy Came out and took a look at our place and gave us our estimate within a couple of days. As a matter of fact they were the only ones out of four estimates that followed up with us. The work was done fast and super professional. Early and on time and the team was really nice and amazingly helpful. And it was hot and still pushed thru. Wow... The Price was amazing and great quality. Thanks so much for a great job and taking care of all the details. You guys are #1 and did a great job, I can't say enough.. I have a referral all ready for you and will have more. Wonderful to work with you guys. read more

The answering machine picks up most of the time and Tina never returns calls. If you do catch her, she lies about delivery dates. My experience was much like Gail D's 3/19/14 review. California Door and Window in Palm Desert is a better option. If you do use Glass Masters, add two to three months to the lead time quoted. A couple of sliding doors should not take 3 months. read more

I have used Glass Master multiple times over the last 20 years and have referred all my friends to them, with nothing but compliments and thanks from my friends. I have never found them to be anything but giving when issues arise as they sometimes... ok, always seem to do.... I have to admit when I stumbled upon their Yelp review from "GAIL" I was very surprised. (I would have asked them about STAN also, but I looked at his reviews and all were 1 star, everything sucks for him, why bother dealing with reality) I take great care in referring people to any business as that business then becomes part of my referral reputation. As I believe there are always two sides to any story and I do refer this business quite regularly, I called them to inquire about their side of the story. My conversation only confirmed my belief and confidence in this business... They were open and clear in their description of events, they were quick to point out that no matter what the cause or real reason for the issue was... it was THEIR issue... went so far as to say even when the client is difficult, changes orders, doesn't communicate their needs clearly or has unreasonable installation time expectations... it still falls on Glass Masters to perform... it is one of the real reasons I value these people and their business principals so much... and last... but not least... maybe even first.. for those of you that have read my other reviews... I have spent the majority of my life dealing with the public in situations like this... and I truly feel that self-centered, unreasonable people who publicly chastise others over events caused.. usually solely by the complainer themselves... cause great anguish for the rest of us reasonable people. Then there is always the fact that the "JAW JACKERS" usually have NO FRIENDS and/or NO OTHER REVIEWS.... who has no friends?...Well, "proof is in the pudding" as grandma use to say.... read more

After being loyal clients of Glass Masters for over 16 years,we bought a new home and need to replace a sliding door where the seal had broken..Bill and his daughter arrived..assessed the problem and I thought that would be it. After almost 3 weeks I called and no one even bothered to give us a quote..I said to the girl ..just come and get it done.I was given a day and a time so I waited at home for them..I got a call saying they couldn't make it that day..so next day was supposed to be at 8AM..they phoned and said they have to change to 1Pm ..I had to redo my day..by 2:30 no one had showed..called the front desk and told Frannie that now they have to come at 3:30 or 4pm as we were going to be out...SHE SIMPLY HUNG UP.They arrived but didn't bring wheels for a closet..so now I've had to wait another 2 days.we've called Frannie (front desk) twice and left messages and she does NOT REPLY..NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GLASS MASTERS. read more
