*Pro Glass is First Class* Have you ever had an unknown inconsiderate hack golfer hit a golfball so badly it broke your sliding glass door? And they didn't leave a note? Well it happens...and if it hasn't happen to you yet, I still recommend Hugo and Pro Glass. My Dad's vacation home was the victim. A realtor contacted him about this expensive bad news. Dad asked me to take care of the repair because he's out of the state right now. Yelp & Hugo to the Rescue: Searched about 20 different companies here on Yelp and compared it to their Google reviews. I narrowed it down to 4...and decided to go with Pro Glass. Glad I did because the entire process was seamless. After my first call to Hugo, he called me back immediately and arranged for his guys to go to the home ASAP for measurements and a quote. Within less than an hour & 1/2, Hugo texted me with a very reasonable and competitive quote. All this without me needing to be at the property. When I made the decision to go with Pro Glass, Hugo informed me that it'll take 3-5 business days for the glass to arrive, and required a 50% deposit, which was Zelle'd to him immediately. (paying cash will save you credit card processing fees = $70 in our case) The glass arrived in 4 days. We arranged to have it installed the next morning, and he'll text me when his guys where on the way to the property, so I can meet them and give them access inside the home. Oscar & Ivan arrived a few minutes before me and were already removing the shattered glass door outside the house -- they cleared & cleaned up every little speck from the ground. Not only are they punctual and professional, they're both super nice hard workers. Such great attitudes too, while doing hard labor in 100+ degrees in this humid summer heat. The glass was installed into the sliding door. Everything is back to normal. Looks & feels like new. They stand behind their work with an extended manufacture warranty for 4 years, and also 3-months guarantee from Hugo for their work performed by Pro Glass. I highly recommend Pro Glass & Mirrors for all of your interior & exterior home needs. They run an extremely tight ship shop. {{{Big~High~5}}} Walk-off Grandslam read more

I highly recommend Hugo and his team at Pro Glass & Mirror! They installed the tub enclosure in our primary bathroom almost four years ago, and we haven't had a single problem with it. We recently had them come back to install another tub enclosure in our guest bathroom, and once again, they did an excellent job. They are always on time, communicate well, do quality work, and their pricing is very reasonable. It's great to find a company you can trust and confidently use again. Thank you, Hugo and team! read more

We installed a new bar in our house. My wife wanted mirrors behind the bar area, so we called Hugo Alvarez at Pro Glass and Mirror. We received a quote, agreed to the price that day, and three days later we had our mirrors installed as promised. They look incredibly beautiful. Service, quality, value. What more can I say? Ask for Hugo; all I can say is great job, guys. Thank you very much. read more

Had a phone consltation scheduled through Yelp last month. I cleared my schedule but never received their call, and never heard back from them. Looks like a great business with glowing reviews, but they may just be a little too busy. I needed to make a timed decision, went with CA Windows instead. read more

We've owned our house 10 days. Discovered our huge vanity mirror was about to fall off the wall! Pro Glass & Mirror came to our rescue about 3 hours later, evaluated the problem and came up with 3 repair scenarios. Fortunately, the first (and very risky) solution worked! Hugo and his team used big suction handles to carefully remove the mirror from the wall to the countertop. It was secured overnight. Next day the crew returned, installed a rail and carefully glued the mirror back in place. At any moment this could have gone sideways, but it didn't ... to everyone's amazement! In a heartbeat we'd call Hugo again read more

Hugo is fantastic. I called him late in the day when my gardeners accidentally shattered the outside pane of my sliding glass door. He was there at my house the next morning to measure, the cost was very fair and reasonable, and the glass was replaced quickly. He's my go-to guy for glass from now on! read more

Were we thrilled with the installation of a gigantic mirror in our guest powder room? YES! Hugo and his crew at Pro Glass & Mirror are Titans of the glass biz. A gorgeous installation, fast and reliable service, and a reasonable price. . . what more could you ask for? Ok, maybe one thing we didn't get. . . a mirror that makes me look ten years younger. But I wouldn't be surprised if Hugo is working on that. read more

While out of town, My window was hit by a very un talented golfer, who decided not to fess up to what he had done. So I called progress in mirror and within an hour I got an estimate and they came the next day. It took them less than an hour to fix our bedroom window. Recommend!! Pro Glass and Door has installed the most beautiful glass doors in three of my bathrooms. Oscar, Marcos, and William were here yesterday. They were professional, polite and did exceptional work. A big thank you to these great guys and to the owner, Hugo, who always comes through for me and makes the process seamless. The photo below doesn't do the shower doors justice because it's a very small room, but believe me, when I say they are stunning! read more

Review way over due... They were professional and did a great job on the shower glass installation. I love the function of the door being able to swing both ways. Hugo also installed 2 super duty hooks on the side panel and double sided towel bar on the door, both of course match my nickel fixture to a tee. Thank you Hugo, heres another 5 stars review added to your collection. read more

Hugo and his team were excellent all the way around from start to finish. Prices were fair and he was very responsive to all my questions. He was even great about me needing to reschedule installation for me being an out of town owner. Pro Glass & Mirror is the real deal! They installed a shower enclosure (for my newly installed custom shower) and 3 new custom mirrors. Hugo Alvarez (owner) was a delight to work with, and so was his team. Everyone was so professional & friendly. The price was fair, and the work was stellar! Work was done quickly, on time, and with attention to detail. Oh and let me mention how clean/neat they are while working. (a real plus) I will definitely be contacting them for my next project. Hugo did a great job installing two glass shower doors in my investment property in Palm Desert. He was quick to call me after my quote submission on yelp - even on a Sunday. I appreciated his recommendations and transparency and very happy with the overall product and installation. Pricing was fair and the final price was what he originally quoted. Hugo was present for the install and cleaned everything up once finished - no mess! I would not hesitate to recommend Pro Glass and Mirror to others. He is also an extremely nice guy. read more

Hugo was very responsive and professional. The old picture window they replaced has completely elevated the room and I can't believe how long it took me to do this. Can't wait to do the other ones in the house and will definitely use pro glass again! Highly recommend! read more

Hugo did a great job for us. We replaced some old accents windows and updated the look with frosted tempered glass. He was easy to communicate with and his response time was much better than several other vendors that we contacted (or more importantly, TRIED to contact but never heard back from). Hugo also was also friendly, and very reasonably priced. read more

Pro Glass & Mirror is a very reliable and trustworthy contractor. I ran into some problems with 2 other companies being able to acquire the glass I needed for my bathroom remodel during the Corona Virus slow down. Hugo was able to order my glass with ease and had it installed all within the timeframe he gave me. We replaced one shower door and installed a glass divider panel and couldn't be happier with the result. This was not the easiest job as our ceiling is not entirely level, yet we wanted to have the glass as flush as possible. Hugo measured precisely and was able to scribe the panel to fit. I have 3 other bathrooms that will need glass in the future, and I will definitely call Pro Glass & Mirror first. Thanks for the great work. read more

I initially reached out to Hugo based on all the positive reviews I read on Yelp. He was very responsive the first time I contacted him. From there it went downhill. We had agreed to doing a phone consultation prior to meeting. I sent him my address via text at his request to a different number we were speaking in. I waited 90 min past the time thinking he may have been tied up with another job. I left him several voicemails and sent several texts and heard nothing. My experience with Hugo and his company are just like many other contractors. Worthless and non communicative. I have two other friends that need glass work done and referred them to Hugo. I have updated them due to his poor communication and suggested they move on. read more
