Their work was impeccable. They started my job (shower enclosure) in a reasonable amount of time and gave me updates on the actual time they would begin. They made efforts to make sure the hardware for the shower match my existing hardware. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! read more

We had a great experience with Rob and Chanel. They replaced the mirror on a sliding closet door quickly and efficiently, while everyone else wanted to replace the set of three closet doors! Just called them again to have them repair a frameless glass shower. They are the only people we will use for glass-related issues. read more

Excellent experience! In today's world, where we are all running our business, text and email communication is essential! The measurement appointment was conducted without my presence, as I am a weekend worker. The quote was affordable, I sent the deposit, scheduled an appointment, and everything was done better than expected! read more

Rob did an excellent job on a little bit of a tricky issue with a new shower dam. He matched the finish very well. He and his office scheduled the visit promptly, and the work was performed on time and for the price quoted. Nice guy. read more

Rob came out to fix our shower door really quickly. We called at 6pm on a Wednesday evening and he was here at 9:30am on Thursday. The shower door was dragging and scraping the ground and may have shattered eventually. Very pleased with their work. Hopefully we never see them again, ha! But if we have any glass issues in the future, we know who we will be calling! read more

We had multiple windows replaced and a new very cool front door. Rob and his wife (who manages the office) were wonderful to work with. They were very courteous and respectful of me and my property. Excellent service, superb quality... all done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

I smashed into my shower door with the lights off like a jumbo jet trying to land at the Catalina Island airport. I crashed. All those stories you hear about guys who get older who have to urinate are true I guess. Well, I left my shower door open and walked right into it. It was a disaster. I used my trusty yelp app and got several quotes from local glass specialists. Thankfully I went with Rob's Custom Glass! They came out the next day to realign my shower door! The were responsive, thoughtful, and extremely professional. They charge a $125 service call, but I thought that was reasonable under the circumstances. My shower door is back to how it was without having to order parts. I'm surprised, because if a 195 pound dude slammed into me at night, naked, I'd think I'd more adjustments than a few tightening of the screws and some alignment, but that's another story. Highly recommended. read more

My wife and I are very impressed with Rob's Custom Glass. Service and communication are top notch. I met Rob, who gave me his business card, and Chanel called within a day to set up an estimate. Rob and his assistant came out, and explained options for new shower doors. We thought the quote was extremely reasonable for custom glass. Chanel promptly set up an appointment to install the shower doors and Rob and his assistant were on time. They did a fantastic job, and we couldn't be happier with Rob's work and Chanel's communication, We appreciate their professionalism. read more

We recently downsized and moved into a condo/patio home. We wanted a tub enclosure for our guest bath and to replace the glass in our front door. I scoured Yelp for reviews and came across Robs Custom Glass. Almost all of the reviews were stellar. After contacting them and interacting with Chanel in the office and Rob for the install, I can see why so many others have been happy with their work. Chanel is so efficient and great with coordinating Rob to assess the work and create appointments. She is also incredibly responsive and even beyond the end of the day. Chanel was also very good at keeping us updated on the front door glass which was custom and required additional time. Rob is just as good. We were out of the country and he kept me posted on the status of the install and was extremely helpful in coordinating the install with our pet sitter given that we were 9 hours ahead. We couldn't be any happier with the work that both Rob and Chanel did for us. We will definitely call them or refer them for glass needs in the future. Rob's Custom Glass is the way many businesses use to run but are harder to find today. Thank you both for making this upgrade to our home so easy. read more

I needed a large shower door re-installed after a rug got stuck under it and used the Yelp request to find companies. Chanel reached out very quickly to schedule an appointment. They accommodated my schedule. Rob called this morning because he was running early and was finished before my original appointment time. He was able to replace the stripped screws from the original install with supplies he keeps on his truck, then fixed the bad job that the original installer left. I was really happy to have it over and done with so quickly. He even checked our other shower door that was installed by the previous company just in case it had the same issues. Great service. read more

Fast response time when it came to every stage of the process, from estimate to final payment. They have the ability to install a seamless glass panel without brackets which is exactly what I was looking for. The installation was smooth & took a little less then an hour or so. There is a lead time of about 5 business days for the glass. So, not bad at all considering they move fast & they schedule your installation in advance. read more

I called a half doz folks from Yelp to get a glass replacement top for our outdoor table. They weren't the least $, but Chanel's prompt and intelligent response make the decision easy, and I used them. Rob came over to laser-measure which was 100% necessary as metal table also was no longer a perfect circle due to tipping over during a windstorm. Not only did Rob bend the table back into shape to fit the glass, but he also bent table legs so we finally have a non-wobbly table! Glass looks great; they came exactly when they said they would; and we were never even there when they did the job. Highly recommend. read more

One evening I went to turn on my alarm and discovered a window was registering as open and I could not set it. Not a good night to watch a slew of horror movies hours before. After getting enough nerve to get out of bed and investigate without the fear of meeting a chainsaw wielding madman, I discovered a bigger nightmare, a broken window bead that jammed up the slider. After countless phone calls the next day, not one of the local vendors I called either responded or wanted to take the job. I was stuck with the realization I may have to buy a whole new window (a horror story in itself) for what amounted to a simple repair. Luckily, my next call was to Rob's Custom Glass. Chanel responded right away after I sent some photos of my window. She indicated that Rob could fix it and would come out that same day! Rob was able to correct the problem extremely fast and efficiently. Instead of paying for a new window, I paid a very reasonable service fee. Save yourself the trouble of calling around for any glass repair or purchase, make sure to call Rob and you will be taken care of like you're the most important customer to them. Well, that's because you will be!!! read more

Excellent to deal with very quick to respond, fair prices and outstanding work. After my ancient shower door came off its hinge I was at a loss as to who to call to fix it, Thinking it would be an easy fix I went on Yelp for referrals. My first said it was so old it couldn't be fixed and proceeded to give me a quote but also tried to upsell me more product. When I called Rob's for a second referral, my intuition told me this was a good company to deal with. I immediately got a strong sense that customer service was their priority. Chanel told me right off after I sent her a picture that it is a pretty old door that I had. She said they may not have the hardware anymore to repair it but she would check with husband Rob. She replied back pretty promptly and said none could be found. I felt so good about them that I went with them. From setting up an appointment down to the install of my beautiful new shower door this family owned business has been fast and efficient. Chanel is amazing with her office management skills and Rob with his assistant are equally skilled in the glass work. Both are great in keeping current communication with their customers all through the process. I love, love, love my new shower door. Just the new door has updated my master bath tremendously! Thank-you Chanel and Rob... looking forward to doing more future projects with you! read more

Called Rob's Custom Glass for a repair of a bathroom vanity mirror where the mastic had failed. The 4' by 5' mirror came loose and the only thing that stopped it from crashing to the floor was an adjacent wall towel rack. Apparently whoever installed the mirror previously used a minimum of mastic. Rob quickly repaired and re-attached the mirror. He went above and beyond my expectations by securely re-attaching the towel rack that was damaged when struck by the mirror and cleaning the mirror to a spotless condition. I highly recommend Rob's Custom Glass. Thanks Rob! read more
