Excellent experience from start to finish! I had gotten several estimates before seeing good reviews on Yelp for Quality Window Solutions, so wanted to get an estimate from them. Daniel came right on time, was polite, patient and extremely helpful in making recommendations, explaining things (after my multiple questions!), and giving me a timely estimate which was better than all the others. First he installed roller shades in the bedroom which ended up looking excellent. He did explain that there would be light gaps which there were, but that is the nature of roller shades. Quality was excellent and no problems with automation which was a huge priority for me. THEN, he installed natural fiber automated shades in my dining room and living room and they are beautiful. Quality Window Solutions recently outfitted the majority of our windows in our vacation rental with new zebra shades, raised our existing vertical blinds so that they no longer drag along the carpet per a previous installer's shoddy work, and they also installed a gorgeous custom blackout shade in our master bedroom. The whole experience from consultation through installation was seamless, and their staff was very communicative. Five stars all around! Of particular note was an issue I stumbled upon today while visiting the property for the weekend. The last family to stay here created an issue causing our verticals to become stuck, unable to tilt open and shut. I called Daniel at Quality to explain the situation, sent him video footage and immediately jumped back on the phone with him. Together, we were able to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue successfully. So helpful and responsive. Daniel & his crew did a great job replacing 2 sets of vertical blinds for us in our master bedroom. Both were wide spans, about 130 inches, one for a sliding glass door and another for a long span of windows. They were out very quickly to measure, the blinds were ready in about 2 weeks (as promised) & installed as soon as received. AND it was the best price of the 3 quotes I got! Couldn't be happier. Except hubby & I decided about a month after the installation to renovate the bedroom, and changed all the window & door sizes. Guess who we're calling for new blinds? :) Recommended Daniel to my mom, who had a big pleated blind done for her south-facing kitchen window. We recently bought a house and needed all new window shades. Looked into a few options at a few places, and decided to go with Quality Window. Due to Covid19 some of the shades took longer to arrive, but they put up some decent temp shades in the meantime that were great. The guys called before they came to let us know they were running early, which we appreciated. Everything looks great and so far the quality does seem very good! We have friends that have similar shades that they paid a little less for, but the quality of ours is much better looking.
