We recently had Vertical Visions install honeycomb shades and drapes in our Palm Desert home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! This is our third project with Vertical Visions over the past 10 years, and they continue to deliver exceptional service and quality workmanship. Molly, Brianne, Brad, and the entire team have been wonderful to work with from start to finish. The installation team was professional, friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home. They paid close attention to every detail, took genuine pride in their work, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. It's a pleasure to work with a company that consistently delivers such a high level of service. We highly recommend Vertical Visions and look forward to working with them again! read more

Molly, Zac, Anthony and Eddie made our experience with Vertical Vision a positive one. Molly was very helpful in showing us our choices in window covering. Zac was very thorough in his consult, Anthony and Eddie did an amazing job in stalling our new window covering. We will definitely recommend them to our friends. We will use them again in the future. Great value. Good product line. Sales staff were very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. The installation team was amazing. They were able to problem-solve several issues with our home and its wiring for motorized blinds. Their proposal was significantly lower than other blind/shade companies, and they have quality products. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

Can't say enough good things about Vertical Visions. Very thorough initial consult, the showroom visit clarified our choices, and the installers were so organized, experienced, and tidy. Will use them again, they delivered as promised. read more

These guys are great. the company that sold and installed our shades are RIP. Molly at Vertical Visions contacted Hunter Douglas and was able to confirm our purchase/date. she was then able to get a replacement part under warranty. Then her brother Brad came out and performed a full inspection of our blinds. He identified a couple of issues we were aware of and will schedule his team to come out for repair. This is a family-owned business serving our area for MANY years. Shout out to Brad & Molly for their great service!! read more

Had a meeting for a window blind on Wednesday the 18th. I was looking for options but was only shown the same blind that I already have! I have not received a quote as if today Friday 2-20 read more

We had our bedroom blind installed in May 2024 and it's worked perfectly ever since. When we arrived at our desert home this past Thursday, however, the blind wouldn't go down. I called the company on Friday to schedule a service visit, but unfortunately, the earliest appointment was the following Wednesday--after we'd already be gone. The representative kindly added me to their cancellation list, and to my surprise, they called that same afternoon and arrived at 2:30! The technician, who thoughtfully removed his shoes without being asked, quickly got to work troubleshooting the issue. It turned out the unit simply needed to be recharged--something that should be done about every six months. I'm sure they told us that originally, but we'd forgotten. This is a family-owned business, and their service is truly impeccable. From responsiveness to professionalism, they went above and beyond and there was no charge!!! WOW!!! read more

Vertical Visions is the best best of the best in the Palm Desert, La Quinta and Rancho Mirage area for all our blinds and shades. I would definitely recommend these guys for blind work. They repaired a very large mechanical blind, and put in a blackout shade and did some minor repairs on other blinds that I have and they were super friendly on time very responsive to messaging and at a competitive price my experience with them was excellent. read more

they are the best! Good prices and very helpful. The installers were always on time or early!! Made it so easy.

We had a lot of issues because of faulty manufacturing issues in the motors of our blinds, yet I'm still giving them 5 stars! It's easy to give five stars when things are perfect, but when things go wrong it is nearly impossible. Molly and her team were responsive, communicative, and super easy to reach. There were never any excuses, just fixes and professionalism. I absolutely recommend them and will to anybody who needs window coverings. If only we could get this type of professionalism everywhere! read more

The team at Vertical Visions is exceptional! From the very first day and meeting with Molly and Brad, they were extremely knowledgeable and professional and clearly experts in this field. They helped walk me through many potential options and were patient and sensitive to my being a bit overwhelmed with the process. I was very grateful for their help through every step of the process. On installation, we had some challenges with how our windows were uneven and they came back and looked at many different solutions and ultimately made it look as high-quality and professional as possible given the constraints of our condo. I was VERY happy and would recommend them 10 times out of 10 for anyone looking to purchase and install window coverings. read more

After wonderful work and service by Vertical Visions in 2022, went back to them in late 2024 for one more Duette Blind. As usual, Molly, Brad and Brianna couldn't have been nicer. Ditto for the install team. Another Vertical Visions high point: AFTER the sale, when one blind needed adjustment, they came out promptly and with good cheer. That's huge, in my view. Needless to say, I would never go anywhere else. You shouldn't, either! Run, don't walk, to this great family-owned business. You will not be disappointed. read more

I recently purchased window coverings from them. I saw their ad on tv and went in to the showroom and was greeted by Molly - she was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house to measure and suggest options. Zack came out and was very professional and helped me find exactly what i wanted. After just a few weeks today Anthony and Mark came to install everything I ordered. It all turned out perfect and I am thrilled with the entire experience of dealing with them. The people that work there are so easy to work with and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. A real treat to do business with them! read more

Vertical Visions installed blinds throughout our house two years ago. Unfortunately, the chains on the non-motorized blinds broke several times, but Vertical Vision always had someone come out and repair them very quickly. They worked with their manufacturer to find out what was causing the chains to break and how to correct it. They then came to our house, took the blinds out, refitted them with new clutches, and reinstalled them. All of the people, from the sales team to each and every technician who came to our house to install or fix the blinds, has been polite, professional, and genuinely caring. They are a locally owned family business and I do not hesitate to recommend them. read more

Just had two bedrooms outfitted with blinds from Vertical Visions, and now I understand all the raving reviews. Being a small(ish) family owned business, their pride in their work and attention to detail is extraordinary. We have used Vertical Visions twice for blinds for our home in Palm Springs. Scheduling for measurements and a price quote were all free of charge and they arrived on time! The wait for finished product was reasonable, a few weeks in our case, installation was professional and they cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The product we purchased is of great quality and the price was very fair. They followed up with a call to see if we needed anything else and told us they would be happy to come out and make any adjustments if needed in the future as the blinds might settle a bit. What more could one ask for? Highly recommended and we will uses Vertical Visions again if we ever need window coverings. read more

We have ordered a series of blinds from Vertical Visions and have been extremely happy with our purchases and all aspects of the company. The last blind we purchased had a louder than normal sound when retracting. The support team at Vertical Visions quickly set up a follow up visit which resulted in the swapping out of a faulty motor. Their response time was fantastic. Molly, Brad and the entire staff have been great to work with and have delivered an exceptional product at a fair price. I highly recommend them!! read more

We wanted to get blinds for specific windows that were motorized so we could set times for them to automatically go up and down. I am one of those "informed" customers who knows what he wants and knows enough to be dangerous......so when Brad came to look at my huge 12' wide front window and all of the others, he saw/heard what I was looking for and BAM! nailed it with some solid recommendations. Easy and no BS. Then after I chose them (not the low bid but close, btw), Molly was pleasant and helpful as could be, and the blinds actually arrived a little earlier than they originally had estimated. Got lucky on that one :-) Molly set the installation appointment, they were on time, clean, COVID-careful, polite, and I LOVE my new blinds. Brad DID nail it with his recommendations! Stop looking. Have these guys hook you up - they know what they're doing, a family/local business (love that) and they are super nice and deliver a really great product. They hit it out of the park and I'd recommend them to anyone anytime and twice on Sundays! Thanks Brad, Molly and crew :-) Chris read more
