It's a great convenience to be able to open them in the morning and close them with the push of a single button to provide a very dark sleeping environment at night. Consistently great service. We outfitted our home with exterior sun roller shades and interior motorized roller shades 9 years ago when Billy B was the owner. Billy merged his business (Desert Window Creations) with Shades West. Billy was/is a consummate professional and always took our calls with any questions and issues (very responsive). One of our exterior roller shades somehow rolled itself off of the roller bar and Tom came out to get it back on the bar and into the cassette.
