Most of the exterior caulking was neat and thorough; however, some was incomplete and surprisingly sloppy. This was corrected on follow-up visits. 95% of the job (replacement of 11 windows/patio doors) was completed within the estimated 5 days, but it wasn't totally done for another 6 weeks which was disappointing.
