Amazing experience! I was coming from Temecula and broke down by the maple exit, towed to Precision Import Auto Repair and experienced the most absolute incredible service. Mike and Yogy listened to my problem with my car and took care of it. They were extremely humble, nice and concerned about my car AND MOST IMPORTANTLY SAVING MONEY. Gave me a great price and proceeded. Days into fixing my car, they called me back explaining what was wrong and other things that would've had me coming back to the shop if I didn't take care of it. Most body mechanics will fix just what you came in for just so you can bring it back and pay more money. NOT THEM. Wasn't trying to scam me or take my money. I Truly see why they been in business for over 20 years. If you have a problem with your vehicle, TRUST ME! Precision Import Auto Repair will take care of you! Thank you so much! Blessings! read more

This is my first time coming to this repair shop. They have excellent guest service . I recommend this shop for your car repair.

I took my car to this place because of the reviews but I definitely regret it. They charged me 800 to repair my front axles and my car continued to shake. When I took it back they told me it was going to be over 600 for new rotors and breaks! I took my car to the dealership and they told me I didn't need new rotors and even they though it was a total rip off to charge over 600 for a break job! The only good thing about this place was their customer service. Never again. read more

I took my Subaru Outback in here over a year ago and they did a bunch of work on it that had already been done charged me 1,400 and sent me home with an unfixed car. So its kind of a long story but my car was doing this thing where it would loose power and all the lights were flashing on the dash so I took it in and they said they needed to go down a checklist to figure out what was going on and the job they ended up doing was a tune up but said they still couldn't figure out the issue. I go home my car is still having the same issues, I had to leave town due to my dad being diagnosed with brain cancer and left my car behind because of the issues and when I came back to get my car I was looking thru my paperwork and realized I had just had the same job done on my car a few months earlier!!! They could see the job was just done but did it anyway and charged me 1,400 dollars! So I call them and express my upset with them and they tell me it was over 5 months ago my car was in there and I explained I had to leave town due to a family emergency, well they didn't give a crap and just made a bunch of excuses. So this is the cherry on the top on the cake...I let it go, more months go by and my car is still having the issue and its getting worse (well...my husband is a mechanic!) We were going thru too much at the time for him to fix my car. We get back home after my dad is doing better and he runs he's scanner tool and it gives him the same code it was giving them which was a sensor on the valve body and well he fixed it and now the car is runs like new and it only cost 40 dollars for the part!!! They knew what was wrong and just wanted to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a simple fix and didn't need to go thru a huge trail and error process. Do not take your car here unless you want to get ripped off!!! 1,400 for a job that was already done that was an extremely easy fix. I am pisssssssed!!! Oh and of course they didn't tell me what code it was giving, I originally found out when I took it to get a smog and the really nice gentlemen told me which lead my husband to look into it. 1,400 for literally nothing... read more

My RV had a dead battery - but worse than that wiring melted when it was charged with the cables hooked up backwards. The repair guys here are great! They not only got it all working, they dealt with my challenges in logistics to get it picked up. Thanks!!! read more

What a great experience we had today with Mike at Precision Import! My son recently purchased a 2014 BMW 435i and was having issues. Dealership quoted over 3K for the repair and would have been wrong with their recommendations. Ended up being a minor repair with bad sparkplugs. Glad to have found a great shop in town! read more

I called this repair shop to inquire about the caliper bolt that broke when I tried to do my brake by myself, they gave me a very honest quote, and most importantly, I don't have a feeling that i am being screwed by auto repair shop. Michael and his crew, i think they are nice and honest. I would come back to this shop for the next repair and I recommend this too. Oliver, Eastvale, Ca read more

Terry helped me out with my Jetta maintenance. Straightforward and honest service is what you would want from any good car shop. Thanks!

I found this place through a friend who recommended taking my Mercedes over here for service. I was so impressed with their service that I wont ever trust my car with anyone else. Yogi and his team are true experts in the field. Yogi called to let me know what fixes were needed and explained, in detail, why it was important to get it fixed. The best part is they use original parts for everything to ensure long term use and safety of the vehicle. I was so impressed that I bought my husband car in for a service the following week! read more

My son had told me to try his auto repair place, he said that Mike was honest, very reasonable so I did, I took my company Truck in and told him the problem. Mike came out looked at the problem gave me a estimate and I was so pleased with the price. And Mike said he would get the truck back today what a relief. Then Mike called and explained a couple more things wrong and said he would fix them if we just paid for the parts. Wow that don't happen anywhere, and still had my truck ready earlier then said. They were so nice and polite there and explained everything I need to know. Thank you Mike and staff read more

After seeing the reviews here on Yelp and being skeptical about 5 star ratings, I decided to check it out myself and needing a quick oil change and fuel filter change on my Audi. I stuck around and witness great communication with their customers and amongst themselves. I mainly worked with Mano and Michael and they were super kind and informative. I sat their and worked and Yogi even offered me their WiFi. My overall initial experience was excellent which explains the high rating. I took my Mercedes there recently and this time Yogi helped me. Same excellent experience and took the time to go over everything, called me before I approved any additional costs b, explained my options were and everything. I at no point ever felt pushed or pressured. I completely trust their judgement and expertise. read more

Friendly, professional & responsive staff. Answered phone quickly and followed up immedietly with an appointment for same day. Precision Imports conducted a presale inspection on a used BMW for me. I'm from the Bay Area & was not able to see or drive car personally. I've owned 6 BMW's in my life & most BMW repairs don't scare me; this time was a little different. Precision had two mechanics drive this car and then conducted their inspection. They walked me through the report & we discussed each item/ finding line-by-line & I decided to walk from the purchase of this car. Thank you Precision for making this a positive and seamless experience and saving me thousands $ in short term repairs. read more

My name is Orlando Noel and I AM leaving this review to let everyone know about my experience with Precision Import. My first experience was a great one, the dad Mano and the son Michael were excellent (great customer service). I had to get a new battery and an alternator for my BMW 335i and was very satisfied. The service was friendly and the pricing was fair. This is my second time back for a different issue and I AM very impressed. Thank you Precision Import Auto Repair. read more

Took my Honda Civic in last week for mechanical problems and the service here was amazing. Michael was on point! He helped me get my car fixed and communicated well with me with all the updates. I was very pleased with the service here . I definitely recommend this spot. 10/10 read more

I had to wait two days to change a battery. He said he couldn't get one from a Mercedes dealer because they would charge $450. I called the dealer and it was only $250 retail. He charged over $450 for additional test and said he found additional problems that would cost me over$1300 more. Of course I declined! I don't trust them. read more

Yesterday my truck broke down around 8pm. Mano and Michael were so helpful and I was able to get towing company for fair price and my truck is up and running by the morning 10am. I'm so grateful that I know that there is a shop that meets all the mechanical needs of my trucks. I strongly recommend this repair shop. read more

I have been bringing my cars to Precision Import for years and Michael has always been someone I can trust fully with them. He and his staff are professional and polite. Michael is a man of integrity and it shows with how transparent he is with what I do or don't need to do with my cars. The dealership would tell me I need a job done and Michael and his crew would assure me that they weren't necessary. They aren't trying to rip anyone off with unneeded work but are honest and have gained my long term business. They have gone the extra mile to make my experience the most convenient as possible by providing me a ride to or from work and Michael makes sure to communicate and ask me before going ahead with any major work on my cars. You won't be disappointed. read more

I called to make an appointment for my wife's MBZ Glk 350 4matic for a scheduled oil change and maintenance and they were able to accommodate me. Mike and Terry were very helpful. They helped replace the ac blower motor on my 750li.

The people here are as honest as they get. This is my second time coming to this establishment. The first time I came here they were very helpful in doing a D.M.V approved brake inspection for a salvaged vehicle. They were very honest and passed the vehicle as I had just installed new brakes on it. Another place located in Rancho was lying to me and saying I needed to redo the entire brake system .They were charging me $2000. This second time the outcome was not as I had hoped but Michael was very nice and honest about the repair that the vehicle needed. It was a substantial amount but I didn't doubt their diagnostic for a second because I know the history of the vehicle. It has been driven hard. He was very informative about my options and in the end I decided not to chase bad money with good money. Somewhere else they would have been more pushy. Here they just give you their honest feedback about your vehicle and let you decide if you want to move forward. read more

A year later and Michael and his team are still providing exceptional auto service. I have consulted with Precision Import for all of my car needs (Audi A4) over the past year--as well as my mother's VW camper van when she was visiting and needed a repair--and each interaction and subsequent services have surpassed expectations. Communication is clear, friendly, professional, and prompt. The service on my car is thorough, high quality, and reasonably priced. If I ever move outside the area I am still committed to using Precision Import; it is worth the travel! read more

Was really happy with the service that I got from Laville and Mike here! My water pump, timing belt, and engine mount failed on me at ~150,000 miles. I called ~25 auto shops around the area, and Mike gave me the best combo of service and price! They were really open and communicative with everything, and it felt like I wasn't being upsold on extra repairs. When I asked clarifying questions about the repair (ex: how the water pump and timing belt functioned; how worn out my parts were), Laville was really patient and answered everything over the phone. Will definitely be comIng here in the future because they're really amazing at what they do. read more

Great shop! Gave me a thorough explanation of my brakes on my BMW X3 2019 first time consumer and it won't be my last

Be very careful here! 1. I called to get a quote to fix my car. They quoted one price and then raised the price by almost double after they took my car apart. Very Inappropriate. 2. They let some filthy dirty auto mechanic " I will name him Dirty JZ " work on my car. He spilled oil all over the engine compartment that ended up coating the bottom of my car and began to drip all over my driveway when I got the car home. 3. The same dirty mechanic left greasy hand prints on the inside! and outside of my car. Unbelievable! When I went back to complain to the owner Mano He said "well you will have to go and tell him yourself ". WHAT! I the customer has to go tell the mechanic that he left my car a mess. Incredible. read more

For my first review, I would like to say, Precision Import Auto Repair was the best recommendation I have ever received. My car was having starting issues, took it the dealer and they wanted to charge almost $1000 for repairs and minor service(s). I opted out and just got an oil change. Called Precision Import Auto... spoke to Michael and he assured me that they can handle the job for a reasonable price. I brought my car in, they fixed the issue, and gave me a great price! I couldn't be any happier. Thanks again. Great service, total professionals, and affordable prices. Highly recommended!!! 2010 Nissan Xterra Service date: 7/13/17 read more

Just an updated review from my original. I've been taking my car here for years and thankfully I don't have to do it often but when the need arises, like it did last week, I don't hesitate bringing my car to them. I had a few warning lights come up on my Audi A6 and then the check engine light. I brought it in Friday morning and they had it done by 5pm the same day. That's cool and all but where they have always, in my opinion, exceeded expectations is their service. Everyone has always been nice and welcoming. Their communication is great and I just received a text a few days later asking me how my car was doing. Who does that??? That's awesome! Good Service is rare, great service is almost unheard of. I will always bring my car here and I'd recommend you do to. read more

Michael and his team are professional, responsive, fair, and do quality work. They service and repair all of our cars.

This is by far the best mechanics that I have taken my cars to get smog tested and oil changes since July of 2015. I have brought my wife's and my car here about 5 times now and every time I am treated like I am valued and don't get the sense that I am getting ripped off. Michael answers questions like a pro and is always happy and upbeat while running around looking extremely busy. What is also nice is that they drop me off at work and pick me up once whatever I am getting done is finished. I will continue to come here with my cars until I can't anymore. read more

Once again Mike proved how an honest, reputable mechanic can alleviate the doubt and stress that comes with surprise mechanical issues with foreign cars. My 19 year-old daughter was a nervous wreck about what she thought was an oil leak in our 2012 Mercedes C230. After she heard from some other mechanic that it would be very costly (sight unseen) and that they couldn't get her in until next week, Mike got the car in in less than an hour and confirmed the fluid was condensation from the AC unit and was perfectly normal. Mike renewed our faith in good people today. Our car will ONLY go to Precision and Mike from now on. Thanks Mike! read more

I've been bringing my vehicles here for around 4 years now and couldn't be more happy. I had a number of issues on my 2006 GMC Sierra right after I bought it used . Michael and his team were always able to diagnose a fix every problem , now 3-4 years later my truck runs like new without issue. I also bring my 2009 Honda Accord here , which has 286k miles on it and has never even had a leak thanks to the great work they do. They never try to over sell me , they give me their honest recommendations and opinions but never nothing more . There are a few things I can do on my own like o2 sensors and oil changes at times but when it comes to anything more there isn't a company I trust more with my vehicles. Thank you Michael , Yogi and the rest of the team for your great work over the years ! read more
