I was on my way home from work yesterday and I ran over a metal object on the 15fwy right before the cajalco exit, which blew two of my tires. Travis was the one that showed up to my call, he inspected my tires and even if we swapped the spare in the other tire wasn't patchable so I had no choice but to tow my car home in lake Elsinore. My car is lowered, very low which I knew loading it on the truck would be a hassle. Luckily he had some tools and helped me remove my bumper to avoid any damage or scuffs on it. He took his time loading it up and securing it to the bed. Once everything was loaded he got me home and helped me push the car into my garage. Over all a good experience with this towing company, usually something goes wrong since my cars so low but Travis handled it right. Would definitely use them in future emergencies.. After a long day of shopping with my three year old energetic boy I figured we go out unload our car and head home for lunch. I put the car in drive and started to leave , As luck would have it I noticed my tire was completely flat. My brother had been telling me to change the tire for a few days he said my tire was getting old, I should've listened. After googling a few locations nearby Corona towing popped up. I called the location to see if they had someone available and was told that I was in luck and there should be a truck to the location within the next 15 minutes. Yikes! Blew out a tire running over a large nail on my way home. I had my new spare at home, so I had to tow this time. It didn't take long for a truck to pick me up after the call. Everything happened pretty quick, the car was up and we spared out to my apartment in a snap. The driver they sent out, James was friendly and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and got everything ready right away. The last few companies I towed with in the last couple years always had slow dudes that seemed new to the job, new to the job or just plain slow, but James had it down like a seasoned pro, he didn't waste his or my time. I was on my way to work today and my tire popped. & of course i gave my boyfriend my spare weeks ago. So anyways I called up corona towing and they showed up sooo quick. Thomas helped me out. Offered to change my tire out w my spare but of course i ddnt have it so he started to hook my car up to his truck. He was really quick and polite. He towed my car to my house which wasnt too far. And i was able to still make it to work on time! They literally saved my day bc if i was late to work one more time i wouldve been jobless lol (my bad). But I definitely recommend corona towing. I'm new to the area and my tire blew out on my car on the way back from an interview. The driver Tommy came a lot faster than the estimated time I was given. He told me he couldn't change the tire on the freeway so he towed me home. I'm still learning my way around so he was a huge help when it came down to getting home safe. James was in and out within 15 mins, nice guy he actually remembered my car from my alternator needing replacing. Lucky my battery was still under warranty.
