Made an appointment, showed them the quote on my cell phone and they matched the price! Going here was better than costco as you can make an appointment at one of their slow times and minimize your wait. Plus their waiting longe is more comfortable as Costco has none. In addition they have several sales people to accommodate customers as Costco has only one and there is always a wait because their counter person is also answering phones. This location always has a line but that is a good sign as it shows high customer volume. Not to worry, get their quote and come back at a more convenient time for all parties and installation. Never going back to Costco for tires.

When I arrived there yesterday (1/10/26), I just knew I was going to have to reschedule my online appointment @ 11:15 a.m. because I had arrived 15 minutes late. The service agent who initially assisted me, couldn't find me in the system and I knew that was going to happen. This same agent ( I can't nor did I inquire as to who he was) my bad and please forgive me, told me that they wouldn't be able to address my service because prior to my arriving, they were being inundated with clients (walk-ins & appointments). He said I would have to wait until 1:30 p.m. No problem. I took a seat. At 12:30, my vehicle had been serviced and Mr. Dominic Huerta was calling my name. Not only was my car serviced, he took the extra mile, as he was rotating my tires, to repair the left front tire because he had found a nail in it that was causing the tire to loose air. He didn't have to do it or tell me anything. Bottom line: America's Tire in NORCO on Hamner never disappoints!!!
