Going here was better than costco as you can make an appointment at one of their slow times and minimize your wait. Plus their waiting longe is more comfortable as Costco has none. In addition they have several sales people to accommodate customers as Costco has only one and there is always a wait because their counter person is also answering phones. This location always has a line but that is a good sign as it shows high customer volume. Not to worry, get their quote and come back at a more convenient time for all parties and installation. Never going back to Costco for tires.

He said I would have to wait until 1:30 p.m. No problem. I took a seat. At 12:30, my vehicle had been serviced and Mr. Dominic Huerta was calling my name. Not only was my car serviced, he took the extra mile, as he was rotating my tires, to repair the left front tire because he had found a nail in it that was causing the tire to loose air. He didn't have to do it or tell me anything. Bottom line: America's Tire in NORCO on Hamner never disappoints!!! For a 6-quart oil change, that's nowhere near the extra $40 I was charged. To be fair, the service itself was still quick and efficient as usual. But using current world events as justification for what feels like excessive up charging doesn't sit right with me. Loyal customers deserve honesty and fair pricing.

Hector, Oscar and everyone at Lalo's are just great. They really helped me out of a jam a few years ago - stayed open late on a Sat on a phone call to help a total stranger with a flat tire who had an emergency need to drive 100 miles away. Been going to them ever since for tires, oil changes and repairs. A mom and pop business who loves the Lord and shows it in how they live. Can't thank them enough for being so awesome!
