Lalo's Tires for the win! Needed new tires for my Cybertruck due to low tread and a screw embedded creating a slow leak. Ordered through the aesla app and waited over a week for them to schedule an appointment. Appointment never arrived. Hadn't used Lalo's before and on a whim pulled in to see if they could plug the leak. Spoke with Hector, he looked at it said no problem and immediately went to work removing the tire. Told him I was still waiting on new tires from Tesla and that each tire was 500 bucks. He checked with the front counter, came back and said he could have the tires next day for 510 each. Lalo's Tires is awesom. After the clowns at Americas Tire screwed me over I decided on a whim to pull into Lalo's on the way home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They took care of me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was a year ago and since then I have brought my sprinter van, Tesla y, both my kids' Mazda 3s, and my wife's Tesla 3 in for service. I have been going to this place for the past 5 years, Everytime I needed a tire or there was a nail in my tire, just a few days ago I decided to get an oil change from them. They ended up putting wrong oil in it, and not only that but also overfilling it because they drained the transmission oil instead, when they started the car a lot of smoke came out and we all know what happens to the car by being overfilled or having the wrong oil. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried asking them what happened and they all just told me different reasons and theories, a lady said they were checking the oil levels, other guy said they went to get the right oil this time because they put the wrong one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My car has an inspection scheduled and I just hope they are willing to cover any damages related to the car, because they also made me leave my car there and took it for a drive without even asking for my permission and they revved it horribly by just holding the gas pedal for like 5 minutes straight. Worse thing, I still had to pay $90 dollars for the oil plus $20 on uber to go pick it up, but a guy who had been waiting too long for his oil change was given a discount but me that they messes up my car couldn't get one because "nothing bad happened" read more

I needed new tires and found a new set of factory Acura 20 inch wheels and tires online at a good price so I picked them up I just needed to swap out my tpms sensors to the new set. I went to a local spot Hugo's tires on 6th and Smith since they are closer to my house and those crooks wanted $120! They scammed us of $140 and never offered receipt. And those tires that I paid $70 each for 2 tires started coming apart after the first week and claimed it wasn't their fault. I drive the car only 2 days a week plus I went out one time. I've used the car a total of 5 times these past 2 weeks and the tires are both flat and falling apart. They even threatened to fight us over it after presenting the problem to them then told us to leave and called the cops. These guys are crooks. read more

Honest Service! I took my car in because it was over heating even though I had put coolant in it. I told them I thought it was the thermostat. They ran a test on my car and inspected it. It turns out it just needed a little bit of time for the fluids to go through the hoses and everything was fine! They could have easily made something up because, I already had said it was over heating and I thought it needed a thermostat but, they said it was working fine! They even checked my tire pressure and filled it with air. Thank you for the great customer service and will definitely recommend! read more
