My complaint about this company is multifold. First, if you purchase countertops from Home Depot, you are actually buying them from Precision as a third party. This means when you have a problem, you aren't dealing with Home Depot at all, but some company you've never heard of. Precision will come out with laser measuring devices to scan your existing cabinets for your new counter tops--very high tech, but as I learned, far from accurate. The process involves ripping off your existing counter tops, following by the measurements, followed by a 3 week waiting period for the cutting and deliver/installation. Try living in your home for three weeks without counters--which means no kitchen sink--for my family of four we were losing our minds counting down the days till we got our kitchen back. Finally, the day came and our new quartz counters were carried into the house--alas, they didn't fit. There was a big overhang on one side. To Precision's credit, they came right back out for a remeasure, then another two week wait...great. Finally our new (new) quartz counters were carried into the house, they were installed and fit great. But the product's quality was inferior. I should mention, these were purchased for a remodel as our home will eventually become a business. At an existing business I have the same brand and style of counters and have been so pleased, I ordered the same thing. Only, the counters from Precision look milky and dull by comparison to my other glistening, highly reflective counter tops, these were very disappointing. Have you ever looked at the non-polished side of quartz cabinets? Well it looked somewhere between that and the face-up side. My complaints were taken and callbacks were promised, but never happened. Finally, today, I call Joel and he tells me that I have to accept the quality--Precision is done hearing from me. Some stones just look better than others, and when they leave the shop, that's "what you get". Isn't that nice to tell a customer who just dropped half a year's worth of mortgage payments on their product? I'll now turn my ire to Home Depot for a resolution. Wish me luck. read more

My husband and I went to Home Depot to have a new countertop installed in our condominium's bathroom. They subcontracted the work to Precision Countertops. The installation of the countertop went smoothly. The nightmare occurred the next day when a "plumber" arrived who was the employee of a man to whom Precision Countertops had subcontracted the installation of the faucet and drain. During the job, the "plumber" had to return to his car five times to get tools/parts that he needed to do his job. I found it unusual for a professional plumber not to have brought everything with him. He then announced that he had finished the job and left. I too was about to leave my condo, to do some errands, but I decided to check the bathroom. I was shocked to see water flowing out and flooding the bathroom floor. I put a big bowl underneath the sink to collect the falling water and big towels on the floor to soak up the puddle. I called Precision Countertops and they said they would send this plumber back. I ran to get help from our building concierge, who explained to me how to shut off the under-counter water valves and called our building maintenance supervisor back in from his home. I called a plumber we trust to come in and redo the work. The original "plumber" who had done the install returned. He tightened the faucet nuts and tested the plumbing. He said he had not tightened the nuts sufficiently, but that all was now well. He left. Our trusted plumber arrived, redid the plumbing, and checked it carefully. Home Depot has told us they will reimburse us for his invoice. The building maintenance supervisor came to check the extent of the damage. He detected that water had accumulated underneath the floor and brought a heater/blower fan to dry out the area. He checked the unit below ours and found the water had not reached it. But imagine if I had not checked the bathroom before going out to run errands. I wish I had read these reviews in Yelp about Precision Countertops before. I thought that Home Depot would subcontract with reputable businesses. I just want consumers to avoid the hellish situation I went through. Precision Countertops sent me an email telling me to forgive the plumber because he is a human being and we all make mistakes. This mistake would have cause thousand of dollars of damage not only to my unit but the units below. read more

I tried my best to NOT have to order a preformed laminate countertop from Home Depot, they contract to Precision Countertops, low and behold, my other options were deadends. Come delivery day, I needed to have the countertop delivered to my personal residence since this is going into a job in an apartment and they not only have nowhere to house it until installation, but nobody to receive it. I was told my delivery would be the second stop and it would be around 9 or 10, but my delivery window was 9-12. I called around 10 to see if I could get a closer ETA as I was waiting for the delivery before going to another jobsite. I was told the installer/driver would call me in a few minutes. I called again at 12:30 since the delivery window had come and gone and I still hadn't received a call that they were even on the way to my house yet, meanwhile, I have lost out on 4 1/2 hours of work. I was told they would check and call me back. I finally received a call back at 1 and was told my countertop wasn't even on the truck!!! Nobody gave me a courtesy call to let me know first thing in the morning, nobody let me know when I first called, or even called again!!! I was out several hundreds of dollars due to their lack of communication. They offer nothing. Then I find they don't include the hardware for the miter, that's an extra add on. Precision Countertops customer service is NON-EXISTANT! Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE is at all possible. If I EVER need another preformed laminate countertop, I will either pass on the job, or upgrade to granite or quartz, Evergreen Granite and cabinets are somewhat affordable and their customer service TOWERS above Precision Countertops. read more

I worked directly with Precision Countertops and could not before impressed with the contractors the sent out! Alex who installed our tile back splash is a true artesian who takes pride in his work and did a great job. When we ran a little short on tile because I asked him to do around the window he drove all the way to Kent to get a few more so he could finish on time. They are bad, very bad. The worst experience in my life. Went to HD for my counters, the simple project turned into a nightmare. Took them 2 weeks to send a template person to measure counters, then another almost 6 weeks to make it and install it. On first install sink cut-out was smaller then requested and in the wrong location, but it could of been fixed and they took it back to the shop to fix it. Second attempt was 1 month later and the sink cut-out was still in the wrong place , but this time was correct size ( the counter could not be fixed anymore). So, they said that they will re-make the whole thing. Third attempt took another month, and guess what, the sink location still was off by 1/2". At his point, I have no choice other then to go to Home Depot and cancel the project, this company costing me my time and money, every time they come out I have to take a day off. There were 4 template appointments and 3 installs, 7 days out of my life and work are wasted. Please do not use Precision Countertops to waste your life, money and effort. read more

Terrible experience, with not a word of apology from the company. I booked and paid for my order on May 24. Precision confirmed the order during an on-site visit to measure the countertop area the same day. A good start, but everything went downhill once they had my money. They next booked what I thought was the install for June 28. I picked that date telling them that everything else in the bathroom would be done by then. Lo and behold, that appointment was not for the installation, but just to measure a "template." I was upset no one told me this. Precision promised twice, in writing, to expect the actual install within 10-12 days after the template. That would have been July 8-10. But Precision then pulled the rug out from under me again by saying they could not install before July 24, 4 weeks after the template appointment. I protested, to no avail. All I heard was that my order was going to their "financial auditor." What a joke; I prepaid in full in May! I asked Home Depot to intervene but they had no more success. This company takes your money up front, then fulfills their end of the deal when they feel like it. I used Precision 4 years ago for a larger project and had no such problems. Maybe they've gotten too big for their britches? Whatever their problem, this will be my last time to use them. Update: When I learned that Home Depot knew that Precision was consistently failing to meet scheduling commitments, I told HD I would be filing a Small Claims case against both companies. Home Depot promptly agreed to refund 100% of the cost of the project. read more

Some tough gaps in communication but they did come thru with final product despite initial crack in countertop.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ever agreed to have work done by Precision Countertops. Like many other reviewers, I had to use Precision because they are THE contractor used by Home Depot. I will never do business with either one again. Precision installed my kitchen countertops including a backsplash behind the stove. They left a large gap between the top of the backsplash and the bottom of my stove hood. The stove hood had not been installed at the time of the countertop installation, but I was never told that 1.) this was a problem; or 2.) that they'd prefer to cut the backsplash and install it after the hood was in place. In fact, the installer let me know this was not an issue at all. Together, we looked up the dimensions of the stove hood in the Loews catalog (could this be the issue? I purchased from Loews?) The installer was very dramatic about measuring, looking at the catalog, and re-measuring before he cut and installed the backsplash. But despite measuring and remeasuring, his calculations were way off! It seemed like a simple fix for them to return and re-do my backsplash so it met the bottom of the stove hood. But, nope, Precision refused to return. They offered to squeeze caulking material into the 3/4 inch gap. When I told them that would look unprofessional and I preferred that they re-cut a portion of the countertop material that they left at the house, they said no, they couldn't use that material. They said Loews should come out and LOWER THE STOVE HOOD. When I told them that the hood fit perfectly in its spot beneath the cabinet and would not be lowered, they went silent. I called Home Depot and they called Precision. Then Precision called me and said, We can re-do it for (a ridiculous amount) or you can have Loews lower the stove hood. Just totally unprofessional. Very pleased. I had my backsplash and countertops installed through this company about a year ago and the quality of work is excellent. I chose a white quartz for the countertops and at first I was disappointed at how easily it attracted stains (like from simply setting down a pan, there would be a slight ring from whatever tiny amount of grease/residue was on the bottom of the pan). I was initially instructed to not use any cleaning agents other than a spray-on stone cleaner and a dry cloth, which did nothing to touch the stains. After visiting my home the technician told me it was actually alright to use the Mr. Clean magic erasers, which work like a charm. I don't know why they couldn't have just told me that over the phone but whatever! They offer one free touch-up to the caulk lines within a year of install and I forgot about that until the last minute... but they did not hesitate to send someone out even though I may have been slightly past the actual date. While the technician (Myles) was here, he was kind enough to take the time to remove and replace a single tile that was driving me crazy due to an irregularity that looked like a dirt smudge. Way above and beyond! Great job, highly recommend. read more

My husband and I decided it was time to replace our 30 year old laminate countertops so we decided to go to Home Depot. We decided on new laminate over the expensive granite or quartz and a new sink/faucet. I had so many communication issues with Home Depot and they (sales people) lacked customer service skills! Now with Precision Countertops I had a different experience. The communication was great and they kept me updated on every step. My installer and plumber were great and did an amazing job! I'm only giving a 1-star because there is no option for a half star! The best thing about this company was the installer, Gogo, who was very friendly and courteous. The tile installers, as it turns out, were very inexperienced and botched my kitchen backsplash! This was their first tile job in 7 years and it showed! I would post photos if I could! If they hadn't made such a mess and left it for me to clean up, I would ask that they redo the entire thing, because they ordered enough tile for 3 jobs! This company is slow to respond, and I mean S-L-O-W! To top it off they used a grout compound that I had to wash 3x after it dried to get it all off the tile! Who leaves that kind of mess?!? Unless you want lots of frustration and expense, please consider another contractor. They are the only contractor available through Home Depot so my hands were tied! read more

From purchase to install day took about 3 weeks. The counters were measured, a quick process, and then fabricated. Communication was great. The installers were on time, friendly and the install looks beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves and followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. Maybe they are just better in Spokane. We did a new kitchen through Ikea, who uses Precision for their counters. Had I known better, I would have used someone else. I'm absolutely disappointed with every part of Precision Countertop's service. Here are the places where they screwed up, messing up our kitchen renovation schedule: 1. The first template appointment: measured the countertop area, but failed to measure the waterfall which was clearly listed on our order sheet and that we'd already paid for. Templater returned to measure the area he failed to get right the first time. Installation delayed due to need to re-template. 2. Countertop edge: we chose one of the four edge styles that was offered. Apparently a data entry person entered some wonky value that isn't even a real edge. There are FOUR choices....how hard is it to get this right? 3. Installation: They came to install the countertop and discovered that they'd measured wrong and need to recut almost every piece of countertop. Our contractor's schedule was based on having the countertop installed so that he could finish the backsplash, install appliances, etc. Not only is a mistake in measurement a fundamental error in the ONE thing they do, but they put us back into the countertop queue, not at the front of the queue, delaying the installation now by another few days. This delay cascaded to the rest of our renovation. The only saving grace of Precision is that we were lucky enough to have a helpful and friendly customer service representative, who made getting through each of these errors as pleasant as possible. I would stay far, far away from this company when there are so many other options for counters in the Seattle area. read more

We just had new quartz counter tops installed, along with new sink, faucet and glass tile back splash in our kitchen. Precision coordinated and scheduled every phase. Their customer service was great, kept us informed and followed up. Their craftsmen were on time, polite, and did great work. They took good care of our property, cleaned up well, and stayed on schedule. We couldn't be happier with our entire experience and would recommend them to anyone considering them. read more

Experienced similar issues with "bait and switch" of a 3cm countertop to a 2cm since they claimed the 3cm was out of stock. This was through Home Depot, and they would not reduce the price even though granite stores charge less for a 2cm slab. Less material should equal less cost, right? In the end we cancelled our order and worked directly with another granite showroom and purchased a 3cm slab for $1k less and a two week installation. Stay away from Home Depot countertops and Precision unless you want to pay more and wait longer. read more

Horrible customer service. We used them only because it's the company Home Depot uses when you order counters from them. Had I known how frustrated I would be and how much time I would have spent managing the process I would have gone somewhere else. I have given this feedback to Home Depot as well. Precision doesn't get back to you when they say they will, they have misinformation that impacts your job and they are rude on the phone. The only redeeming factor is they have good contractors who actually come to do the work. We had excellent installers, plumber and tile worker. They are all independent so I got all their business cards so I can avoid the obstructionist and rude middle person next time. read more

It took awhile but the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

I ordered through Home Depot and as soon as I learned who was doing the installation I looked them up. I immediately regretted my decision based on the reviews. I went forward nonetheless and I am very happy I did. From the date of ordering to the final piece of work being done was under 1 month. The quality of work was great as well. The templates came and took their time measuring and asking me what I wanted to confirm the order. There was a snag where the sink I bought didn't have a template. They were able to measure the sink to get the right fit. A few weeks later, they came and installed the countertops and they look amazing. The sink fits better than any undermount I've seen. The next day the plumber came and he was incredibly helpful. The drain assembly we ordered didn't work, but he was able to provide us one for no charge. (It's RARE to not be upcharged). He not only finished installing the sink and disposal, but offered to check on anything else while he was there. The backsplash came next and we couldn't be happier. The installer was helpful and through a few tricky spots was able to make the kitchen look amazing. The communication via phone was a little difficult, but via email the responses were very prompt. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I am not usually one to leave a review, especially not a negative one, but Precision deserves it. We purchased our countertops back in Oct. through Home Depot and it is now almost Feb. and Precision just finished installing. Here's what happened: In Dec. Precision installed our new kitchen countertops, but they cut the whole for the sink wrong and left two big gaps between the sink and countertop on the front left and right corners. After playing phone tag with both Precision and Home Depot (both telling us we needed to talk to the other person), they finally agreed to replace our countertops. Let's just say they measured once and cut twice, because rather than re-measuring the hole for our sink, they cut the new countertop based on the same measurements as before. So they left us after the second instal with a countertop that yet again, did not fit our sink. They agreed again to replace the countertop. When they came out for the third instal, the sink finally fit without any gaps, but there was a giant scratch on our brand new countertops going all the way around the left side of the sink. It looks like they scratched the countertop with their saw as they cut the whole for the sink. They offered to replace it again but we said no because it should not take a company 4 tries to do their job right. Their craftsmanship is completely unprofessional and they clearly don't know how to do their jobs. They did reimburse us for the one scratched countertop, but this has been a horrible experience overall and I hope this review saves someone from having to deal with this company in the future. read more

They messed up two times, we had some serious issues but they made it right eventually. Third time was the charm...

Communication is awful. First project manager did not return calls when I was trying to schedule an appointment. Then the installers turned up at 2pm on our scheduled day, got down to business and all went well until the kitchen island countertop. We were having a pop-up electric socket and somehow that got measured incorrectly on the countertop so if it was aligned with the hole then the overhang was lopsided. The installers contacted the company and it was decided that the countertop would have to be redone. So now we have to wait till 3 July for the work to be completed (hopefully). We have also had to have the old countertop put back and that is in an awful state with rough edges and gouges because once it was removed we never dreamed we would be using it again. Precision really don't care and they even sent out a survey to us the following day saying that if we did not give a 'completely satisfied' rating they would want to know why. So we told them but nothing they have done would make an improvement to the 'not at all satisfied' rating. We have had no apology for their mistake and they seem to be so disinterested in making this right in a timely manner. The only people who were extremely helpful and knowledgeable were the installers and the plumber and we have nothing but high praise for Adrian, Kevin and Wayne. 6/26/17 Today Gogo and Jason turned up to install the island countertop and drill the hole for the pop-up power pod. All went well and we are very, very pleased with the Countertops. A big shout out to Jeff who told us the 7/3 install date was unacceptable and got it brought forward. He also apologized profusely for their mistake, something our project manager never did. We wish we didn't have the upset but for us Precision certainly redeemed themselves and all the contractors were polite, professional and did their work to our satisfaction. We therefore are changing our review to 4 stars, deducting one for the project managers who gave this company such bad service. read more

Getting a beautiful countertop is a process. Because Precision is so big, supplies to the booming Seattle market, has the giant Home Depot account and is dealing with homeowners, one would expect them to have A+ communication skills... but people are people and sometimes there are slowdowns or mistakes made. Communication is key and it takes A+ communication skills to inform the homeowner and keep people happy. I for one almost fell into the category of being upset, as the communication (customer service) seemed to be less than A+. I also wrote the book on follow up skills, so maybe I am a bit critical... so I took a deep breath and just 'worked with them'... and I am glad that I did. Our marble countertop was certainly worth the wait. It is beautiful. Precision sent a fantastic team to do the measure & install - they were efficient, highest quality, personable, etc. - and they did a wonderful job measuring & installing. Truly, artisans... rubbing out imperfections, etc, etc. As for the 'in shop' fabricators - they too did a wonderful job fabricating our countertops. Every detail was great. I'm a hard sell, and I am sold! If you have patience and can put up with possible delays, I would recommend Precision. The price was good, and the job turned out absolutely stellar. My 2¢ read more

Because Home Depot carried the laminate I wanted, I began the process of ordering new counters for my rental house there--a frustrating experience. The department that handles counter orders seems seriously understaffed; it took several visits and a long wait to place the initial order. In contrast, from the point at which Precision Countertops took over, the process went smoothly--four stars. The five-star rating really reflects the extraordinary craftsmanship and exceptional customer service provided by Max Slisenko, who did both the template measurements and the installation. Max took great care to customize the counter sections so that they fit perfectly into my very imperfect kitchen. The result is beautiful, and the inexpensive laminate counters look luxurious. I couldn't be happier with the result. In order to save a little money, I had removed the sink and faucets myself and planned to reinstall them myself as well. Max took the time to explain, step by step, the best way to install the sink. Thanks to him, it was easy; I will always install sinks his way in the future. Max went way beyond what I would ever expect in the way of service: I had been struggling to get a new range hood into place, and he took the time to do that for me. How many service providers would do that? I was astonished to see all the negative reviews here on Yelp. I can only wonder if Precision Countertops is a franchise and that the negative reviews are about a different branch of the company. read more

My issue with them boiled over when i was told $250 more will be added to what I have already paid for because installation (included in what i paid for) would require another helper because it was a big job. I have a regular sized kitchen ! That made no sense. When i asked them where in the paperwork it said that basic installation was included in the price unless it was a big job, I got no response. By far the worst experience I have ever had buying countertops. This order was for a house I personally own. I'm grateful I didn't have to keep a client happy. I am an independent carpenter. I have remodeled countless kitchens in my career. Today is December 20th, countertops were finally installed. I ordered them on October 15th, about a week before my cabinets arrived. Scheduling the measure happen quick enough. No gripes about that. From day one precision would email, text, phone calls....all saying the same thing. I just started to ignore them. Over the top, I don't need that. Next....a guy is supposed to come and measure my counters. I'm told he should be here at 3pm with a 3-4 hour window. Im just about to sit down for dinner with the family and the guy shows up at 6pm. What really? I knew my sf numbers was low and I'd pay the difference after the measure. The guy wants payment right there and then. Thankfully he couldn't figure out how to make the adjustments on the price or give me 10% discount. Next morning, you bet precision was calling asking for payment. Basically they are trying to screw the Homey, taking payment directly so they don't have to give them a percentage. I didn't pay them. On ward...he proceeds to tell me the office makes him do the paperwork in the field so they don't have to do it. So for hours he's staring at his tablet with complete disregard of his presence. Finally at 8:30 he leaves. I bite my tongue, don't say anything. The guy seems worked to death and still had a 3 hour drive home. Poor dude. The day my counters were slated to go into production I was emailed a waiver to sign acknowledging there would be a visible seam anywhere over 30". What? No, not cool. If I wanted a seam I would have made them myself at a fraction of the cost using Formica. No communication about that prior to that impersonal email. I was told to pick out another color/brand. Ok, whatever, took over a week for me to have a look at other options, I'm busy. Finally I get a call about my install date. 9am with a 3-4 hour window. Great but they better not show at 5am! The morning of my install the phone rings, my countertops were broken in shipping. Alright, shit happens, out of my hands. I figure Im weeks out again. Another call. Nope, sorry they weren't broken just problems with shipping. Can we come tomorrow. Sure. Another call, sorry for the mix up can we come in two days 3pm. Again with 3-4 hour window. I immediately tell her no, that is not going to work. You are not showing up at my house at 7pm to work. She insists that's how they do business. I laughed and told her no, this is my house, I make the rules. They proceed to tell me that's how it is, I raised my voice and called BS and was hung up on. I promptly called the Home Depot and got a full refund. Manager of the Homey calls me to smooth things over. So did the district manager of precision. We agreed on my terms which where make an appointm ent, show up on time, at five o'clock your done and you can come back at 8am to finish. They were an hour late but least they called. I've done other solid surface counters in the past. Any "L" shaped counters always came off the truck in one piece. My corner "L" was two pieces. The installers were great. I was skeptical but seam disappeared. They did a good job. Also, other SS jobs I've done the sink was cut out at the factory and they made a complimentary cutting board. That's a nice touch. The install took a few hours. 1:30 they were done. The guys tell me they have a three hour drive and two more installs to do! What! That's slave labor. As a home owner and a contractor I don't want anyone working on my jobs who work that much. 15hr days! I understand things happen, I understand communication can get lost with so many hands. As our kitchen remodel progressed, we ran into several remodeling challenges unrelated to the countertop which gave us an unexpectedly-longer time frame to look at granite slabs at a number of different companies and locations. The countertop selection was a daunting process with a plethora of options and it represented a substantial investment that would be a focal point of the kitchen. Knowing that the countertop would not easily (or inexpensively) be changed, we tried to consider all options very carefully before committing to our final decision. We worked with a kitchen planner at Home Depot for our kitchen remodel design and cabinet order. Eventually, we also placed our countertop order thru Home Depot (with Precision) while a Home Depot sales incentive was being offered. Although we thought we knew what granite pattern we wanted, we later decided that we liked, even more, the pattern on a slab that wasn't part of the Home Depot options. This led to a price increase and a misunderstanding about it which created a bit of frustration and concern. However, this was ultimately resolved satisfactorily. Both the template and installation processes went smoothly and the crew was great. Although we were quite happy with the newly-installed countertop, a week or so later we noticed a nick along the edge and a few rough spots in various places--primarily on the edges of the countertop but also a few on the backsplash and along a seam. A phone call to Sheila Rost at Precision was all that it took to arrange for a visit from Joél, their repair specialist. Joél was a magician at resolving all of our concerns and even some we hadn't noticed before his visit. He did an incredible job of fine-tuning our granite installation and we are delighted with the smooth edges and surface, including the seams which have practically disappeared after Joél's special touch. We extend our thanks to Precision for our beautiful granite countertop and a "tip of the hat" for their outstanding, post-installation customer service. The only reason we didn't give five stars was because of the misunderstanding about the price adjustment after we changed our slab choice. read more

Terrible customer service. Not at all an organized company. They called me on Monday and promised to instal my countertops on Tuesday then called Tuesday morning and canceled stating the marble was not ready yet and they would need a couple more days. When I told them I was going out of town they acted as if I was the inconvenience. I would NOT reccomened them EVER! I would give then no stars if it was an option. read more

I bought counter tops through home depot from Precision Counter tops. NEVER AGAIN. First it took forever to order and get them installed. But what tops it all is that they have not, and apparently are not going to finish the job so now I have a hole between the back splash and the back of my stove that goes down to the floor. (the stove does not butt up to the wall so there is a 2 inch gap)The measuring person said there would be a piece made of the same counter top material behind the stove. When it didn't arrive with the installer I called their office. Lisa said she would get back to me on it. A week later I was calling again. Talked to another service rep who informed me that I signed off on it so they were not going to do anything about it. I asked to talk to manager. I am still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Horrible experience. The quoting process went fine but when it came back it was extremely high. At almost $100 a square foot I think not. The quoter told us we could go to the local showroom in Kent to look at further samples. After a long drive we getting to Kent we got the you need an appointment but I guess we will talk to you speech. At that time the sales lady was not helpful very rushed and complaining that she had another appointment. So we where left with looking at samples on our own with no real pricing info. With that I can give them 5 stars that they did not and will not get my business. We found another place near by that worked us in same day and at half the price which was more in line of what where expecting on pricing. After reading some of the reviews now we are glad we are not using them and only out the long drive. read more

I worked with Precision Countertops for our kitchen counters and could not be more happy! The counters looked more beautiful than I had hoped. I ordered a quartz countertop and it came exactly as I had ordered it. It is one solid piece with no seam. Each person I worked with was very friendly and professional, including Dan, the person who came to measure, as well as the installers. They communicated clearly with me throughout the project so I knew exactly what to expect. The installers also cleaned thoroughly after the install and the kitchen looked beautiful. I would definitely use them again for my next project and would recommend them to others. read more

Be forewarned: It will take at least a month to have your counters installed. I purchased counters from Home Depot and was forced into using the services of Precision Countertops. I was told it would be 2 weeks before a template could be made and another 2 weeks before the countertops could be installed. Keep in mind that in order to create a template, existing countertops must be completely removed so be prepared to spend an entire month without a working kitchen. I'm really regretting my decision to purchase countertops through Home Depot. read more
