So I came to this salon Saturday the 21st of March. I got a full set while my daughter got a simple mani-pedi. Well, by monday, the 23rd a nail was already lose. I know from many years of experience that sets should last at least two weeks. Then, by Tuesday that nail had fallen off along with two more. I do not do hands on labor for work. This is unacceptable. Now today, Friday, yet another nail has came off and it hasn't been a week. Beware. They are very nice but it's not worth me paying $112 for my daughter and I for my nails to be falling off in two days. I will never come here again and I suggest you don't either. Overall nice staff. I went here for the first time due to availability. Went for an acrylic fill, there are gaps on the side of my nails missing acrylic. I had one broken nail that had to be fixed and he glued a new tip on top of old acrylic so it is way too thick. The tool was too hot and painful, even after letting them know. Nothing like having your finger tips burn for an hour due to shaving off your cuticles. The paint ended up being uneven and they have you air dry your hand in front of a crappy small fan (no lights). It was not expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will never go back. read more

I get my nails done here all the time. She makes them thin (acrylic) like I want them. Last a long time no chips I only go in because the growth. I get gel on my feet and it lasts 2 months. They are less expensive than other places. I don't usually make an appointment but she mostly works me in between other clients. read more

Worst mani and pedi I have ever had. Very nice people, but the worst professionals I have ever had do my nails. The lady who did my manicure said that a regular polish could last only a couple of days. I was astonished as I have done that before and never ever has it lasted only a few days. Well, I got home and a couple of hours later, two hand nails were chipped. The following day, three toe nails chipped, two hand nails almost gone and two others with chips. Never again! read more

This is the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. Ever. When you walk in you'll be greeted with soft, Zen like music. The proprietors are also soft spoken. The gentleman did a fabulous job on my pedicure. My feet and legs are so relaxed! A point off only because the chair wasn't super comfy. And, it's my first pedicure here. I'll need to see how it holds up over the next few weeks. Definitely give this place a try! read more

This place has been my go to for a couple years now. Most of the time it's pretty good and decent for the price. Lin is the best tech there. Within the last couple months, they hired someone who is awful & it seems I get stuck with her when I go. The pedi is crappy & the mani is worse. I get a basic mani with no color & the paint job is horrible. I didn't know you could screw up clear polish but she did. There are a lot of bubbles and the entire nail isn't even painted. I will be finding something else close to my place. Edit- not even 6 hours & now my toenails are chipped. read more

I am beyond dissapointed with my nails. I came in with a specific look I wanted, even showed the girl a pic of what i wanted, and what i got was horrible. I got acrylics with a gel coat, short coffin style in a soft american color. They were very uneven, misshaped, and even missing color in spots ( a few the edges were not even touched ). I explained to the nail tech that my job requires a certain look and I paid $35 for something that looks horrible. Im going to have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Not only did she do a horrible job, they were very under staffed. She kept switching between two other customers and myself ( the other nail tech was also apparently doing a horrible job, the customer was complaining and my nail tech would stop midway on my nails to fix her issues ) I highly do NOT recommend this nail salon!!! read more

I got a pedicure and a full set put on my nails. For the pedicure it was great! I have very ticklish feet and I didnt pull away like I typically do when my feet are touched. It's been almost a week and the color hasn't chipped at all. However, I did get a matte top coat and it quickly looked shiny as if it was a regular top coat. Also, something I didnt like was that the techs kept bouncing back and forth because they were understaffed and kept on taking walk-ins, on top of their steady flow of appointments. For my nails. The tech, who I believe is Lin, was very rushed. She did not do my nails well at all. They started chipping from the base on day one. They're crooked. She did not check to see if they were even. And she did not buff them down properly. I would definitely get a pedicure there again but am definitely getting my fill somewhere else. read more

I had my nails done there a few weeks ago with the gel polish and it looked perfect for over a month! They provide a great massage with pedicures as well! I highly recommend. read more

This place is clean, which is obviously a huge bonus, but the staff and services leave something to be desired. Yesterday, I went in for the first time to get a pedicure. They are advertised as $20 however they charged me $3 extra to scrape my feet. I have been to quite a few salons around Tucson and no where have I been charged extra to perform a basic pedicure service. This extra cost is not posted anywhere. On top of the that, the woman who did my nails was unfriendly and rude. I will not take my business to Precious Nails ever again. read more
