I brought an 8 year old cabinet door there with food stains and what looked like tire tread marks (I have teenagers !) and a guy who's name I forget but looks like Idris Elba pointed the store's machine at it and furrowed his brow like it's sport to him , concentrating trying to find the best spot on the wood . I was hoping to be somewhere close not holding out much hope of matching the cabinet 100%. I got home and tried it out and ... wow, it matched. . . . And then there's a guy who speaks Spanish like he's chewing peanut butter but nonetheless tries to do it and treats each customer like they're important, looking at them in the eyes, shaking with BOTH hands. I don't speak Spanish well but appreciated his interactions because it sets an example to me to try and use my High School Spanish and bridge gaps everywhere I go. . . . And then there's the older guy (a relative term, I realize) and his demeanor is gold. There's a saying when you have a hammer everything starts looking like a nail and .....
