Behr paint the best paint on the planet!

INTRODUCING: EMI "the Epitome of exceptional Customer Service." MY STORY: Today I was headed to the dreaded "Land of Returns" where at many stores the grumpies live disguised as both consumers and Customer Service Reps. Usually-no one is jumping for joy... usually. SURPRISED: To my ultimate surprise I was met with the most outstanding Customer Service Representative. Her name is EMI, She enthusiastically and energetically sorted out my returns so efficiently I didn't realize I was done. But wait! There's more I needed help placing a special order for an almond colored Lutron switch and I couldn't find the number through the app. Emi, researched, set up and placed the order for me. This kind of quality service is rare these days and you, my fellow consumers know exactly what I'm talking about. The other cashiers were also head-above-shoulders excellent, however, this is my story and I hope that you too get to experience the outstanding professionalism of Emi at the Whitestone Home Depot. HONORABLE MENTION: Kathy in the paint department will surprise and impress you with her in depth knowledge of paint, accessories and equipment. She is an Army Vetran and that translates to knowing how and choosing to get a job done and doing it well. You will appreciate her expertise and sense of humor. p.s. We also got along because we're both Behr fans, Behr Paint Fans that is. Check out the new EASY TO USE SPOUT. I'm not just saying it's easy, it really is!

Ed was a great help in the Garden Center at The Cedar Park location! Super friendly and efficient! I will definitely be back. Thanks again Ed!

    Second Duplicate charge!

Long story short, we went in to get flooring and have them install. They over charged us because they had someone who didnt know what he was doing, accept my debit card, run it and then provide the numbers over the phone to someone else... which resulted in a double charge equalling over $16,000! We had to spend many MANY hours with home depot and our bank, on the phone, getting hung up on and lied too. They refunded one amount of $8k, but kept saying we werent charged the other $8k... then they said they did see the other charge but told us it was already refunded! The double charge, put us in the negative, exceeded our limit and got us a bunch of NSF fees at the bank and bounced check fees. We had to work on that with the bank and with each bill company we had paid. My husband had to take time off work to try and get this resolved, he also had to call customer support MANY MANY times, and they would never call him back. Finally, they said they do see we were not refunded, after having held our $8K for over a month and they are claiming we will be paid it back by the 13th. So we haven't been able to hire any new contractors, our flooring which was supposed to be done in November is now not going to get done until January, and Home Depot, doesn't care. They have done nothing to fix the issue or make it right with us. They washed their hands of the issue from the beginning by sending us back to the bank over and over... we had to open a BBB Complaint and a double charge bank ticket which could take up to 120 days. Home Depot, has not been adequately helpful or empathetic during this situation and I will be making a YouTube video to warn others. This has been a complete mess.

I'll admit, I'm kind of mixed about this store. On the plus side, I was able to find someone to help me locate an item I was looking for, and the service in general seems friendly enough. That said, this store is weirdly laid out, with areas such as plumbing and lighting sharing isles. Also, the parking/drive up situation is absurdly crowded and cramped! If you come into this section of the lot and people are busy loading up lumber or bricks, enter from the far corner, closer to Whitestone. Otherwise you might get trapped between two contractors' trucks!

My new mower .. Big rear wheels, front wheel drive, deck washout connection, bag, mulch, side discharge .. Works great !!!

Bringing them up another star !!! I've made several purchases over the last few days and they have been giving me a veterans discount based off the veterans mark on my drivers license. I've had trouble in the past getting one as I wasn't active, retired, or disabled and didn't have one of those ID's. I'd rather shop here than Lowe's, but my Lowe's veterans discount is tied into my Lowe's card.

10 OUT OF 10!!!...will wander again. :-D…read more Absolutely blown away. Hill Country Water Gardens isn't just a nursery...it's a full-blown botanical mini-adventure. It's the kind of place where you come for a plant and end up staying for the vibes. Think of it as a garden center meets a peaceful mini outdoor museum. Everything is beautifully organized by plant type, making it easy to find what you're looking for...or, more likely, making it easy to get joyfully distracted while you wander. There are cozy benches for daydreaming, koi ponds full of personality, colorful lily pads that pop out and wave at you, and the kind of friendly staff that actually makes you want to ask questions. Inspiration? It's everywhere. From the water features, to the whimsical sculptures, to lush displays that make you rethink your whole gardening vision. There are restrooms if nature calls, and there are plenty of delightful garden goodies to buy/take home. It's rare to find a place that feeds your inner gardener, your creative soul, and your serotonin all at once...but somehow, this place pulls it off. I'm so glad it exists.

Outstanding service and value. Wondering why we didn't do this years ago…read more Miles Click was exceptionally helpful.

This fancy-pants "nursery" in North Austin offers financing for your project (or partners with…read moresomeone who does). That should tell you: it's looking for customers with fat wallets. I asked if they were a native plant nursery on the phone and the salesman responded "we guarantee all our plants, so we wouldn't be doing that for plants that won't grow well here." NOTE: That is not an affirmative answer--it's an evasion. Selection is limited to medium to large containers, and well-established trees in MASSIVE containers (those certainly require delivery, I'm thinking). No seedlings or small containers, that I could see. This was a huge disappointment, since I was led to believe I was going to a native plant nursery, and that I would be offered assistance and advice. Neither turned out to be true. This nursery really wants you to buy into letting THEM do the work for your "project," from design to installation to maintenance. If you've got unlimited cash to burn and you want to pay them to maintain their work, go for it! This doesn't feel like a place where you can come as a gardening novice and get advice and ideas--what you're going to get (assuming that someone decides to speak to you while you're there--someone did speak to me in fact, to tell me nicely to move out of the way) is an upsell--or a brush-off, if you're deemed too small-fry to waste their time with you. Of course this impression is formed by a few minutes on the phone where the SALESMAN (not gardener, not plant expert) encouraged me to bring in photos of my yard so they could help with the design, followed by an excited trip to the nursery, and discovering that what's here is mostly large containers, lots of very large trees (get three large trees for only $10,000!), and lots of (I think) non-natives. Don't come here if you want to learn how to do things yourself. If you want full sized trees to plop into the ground and someone to do the work of maintaining them, or you really like the idea of financing an instantly landscaped yard without having to do anything but open your wallet or going into substantial debt--then Moon Valley may be just the place for you.
