It's planting season--and that means it's finally time to make the front of the house look respectable again and replace everything killed off during two Icepocalypses. I went to a couple different nurseries, but Leaf Landscape Supply ended up having everything I needed. The selection was incredible, whether you are looking for younger or more mature plants, and there was such a vibrant, colorful selection of flowers as well. The whole setup was easy to navigate and everything that was on my recommended landscaping list--they had it! Anthony was the true star and beyond helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and I could trust that he was really making sure to help me select the correct plants I needed for my space and my needs. Excellent customer service, excellent plants and trees. Can't say enough good things about this nursery. Most affordable in town and have been repeat buyer for years. The plants are extremely healthy and they have an awesome variety. Super knowledgeable staff that clearly love their job. My projects have included privacy hedges, landscaping our front yard with drift roses and Japanese boxwood, antique roses etc. I have to be careful visiting since I always find too many things I want that weren't on my initial shopping list lol. I like coming here because, well, I have a plant problem and I can get my fix here, close to home, and avoid a big, box store. The staff are always helpful and cool, and supportive of my habit. Prices are a bit higher than a huge chain, but that's to be expected. read more

Probably one of the rudest staffs I have ever encountered, especially Monica. If you are looking for a place that will not assist you or answer your questions and talk to you like a toddler this is the right place. I find the staff lazy and unwilling to help answer basic questions. Like "what is the height range?" The labeling is so poor and inaccurate that I constantly had to use an app to tell me what I am looking at. They do not post prices so you constantly have to encounter the unhelpful staff to get cost. Too many other options I would recommend staying far away from this place. read more

I really didn't know what I wanted for my flower beds and know next to nothing about landscaping so I'm extremely grateful that I went to Leaf landscape supply where a gentleman named Anthony helped me out. Great, no spectacular selection of plants! Two locations. One north one south. It can be a little challenging at the north location to find someone to help you. My recommendation is to stop at the front desk and ask ahead of time. It may be a good idea to grab a cart as well. There are a couple of extremely knowledgeable people on staff. This company rates a 10 on customer service. I have bought from them several times and they helped me find what I needed whether it be in store or on the computer. They worked diligently to get their gift card setup for me. Friendly friendly staff. I can't say enough about this company. First off... parked, went to back to look at plants... around multiple employees, no one said hello or acknowledged me... Went into store to pay for plants & wandered around their sparse store & guy comes up to me & said, "Ma'am do you have a mask?" I said, "hold these plants & I will put one on." At this point I walked around a bit more, but I was getting more & more annoyed... I know, I know, you can say why wasn't I wearing a stupid mask in the first place? Whatever- Customer service is big to me... I should have been acknowledged outside, therefore, I put my plants on a shelf & walked out. As a new business to that area y'all better get it together. Back up to Red Barn nursery I go.... they have great customer service! I dont care how far I have to drive. read more

I just received some of the most horrible service here. I tried to stop by to purchase a agave and the sales associate was extremely rude and wouldn't assist at all with the sales. I ran outside to take photos of the size pot I wanted because no price tags and no one was offering help. I showed her the picture and she said "okay" and ignored me and continued filing paperwork. I asked if they usually don't tell prices or help at all- and she says they're usually whole sale and they are too busy to. I would take your business elsewhere. I also noticed I was the only person of color there and ONLY person they refused to help and never approached. I could tell I was making them extremely uncomfortable so I would avoid this spot. I've been here numerous times and the pricing and selection are both some of the best in town. The customer service has been top notch.......until today. The young man behind the counter has zero concern for customers or the business that pays him. I was there to buy another cactus to replace one that we lost in the freeze. I've spent hundreds of dollars here on numerous occasions. I approached the employee and kindly asked him if he had a second for a quick question. I showed him a pic of my steel planter and asked for a recommendation or suggestion for a cactus thad would not grow to large for the planter. That was my only question, I didn't ask him to leave his computer and walk outside, I didn't ask for any design tips. His reply "We don't do that here. That is design. We sell plants. People come here with a list of plants they want and we sell them. We don't do design." I asked for a suggestion or recommendation....that is all. He continued to say "I could recommend hundreds of plants. We don't do that here." I was shocked and left immediately. I took my money elsewhere. You sir have cost you business money from my family and friends due to your terrible attitude. Go back to being a wholesaler and/or give your employees some training in customer service and common manners. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience at Leaf Landscape Supply yesterday and thought they deserved more than the two stars they have on here. The selection was great, the prices were fair and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One kind employee in particular(I didn't catch her name) spent a good ten minutes going over pictures of the area I was going to put my plants and giving me recommendations and suggestions.
