Needed service for my Stihl string trimmer…read more Came in, met Ira the Stihl whisperer and ordered some parts. Parts arrived in a few days. Ira requested that I bring my device in for a check-up. Gave my trimmer a thorough check (set the valves, checked compression checked grease level etc.). Ira expertly installed some of the parts I ordered but after the inspection Ira determined that not all of the parts I ordered were needed. Cost for inspection, parts installation and parts I ordered but didn't use? 0 dollars! Other small engine repair places would have no doubt charged a pretty penny for the inspection and parts installation and probably the parts I didn't need- when was the last time someone in the repair business told you didn't need to spend money on a repair? Refreshing to meet someone in the service industry that is more than competent, candid and honest.

A young man put me on hold for 30 minutes and never came back to let me know if he had anything that would fit what I was looking for. He just never came back. Let me repeat: HE NEVER CAME BACK. I called back after 30 minutes and the lady who answered put me on hold, but came back within a few minutes to say: "He said that nothing we have fits." Why he left me hanging for 30 minutes was unacceptable.

It is clean. It is bright. It is inviting. It has a lot of wonderful plants in the nursery, although time is of the essence because fall is coming, so buy your plants now. There are a lot of people to help inside to find your home improvement needs. They have a beautiful appliance section, including refrigerators, bathroom, sinks, even floor rugs. You can have your keys made there or you can rent a carpet cleaner. They have automatic checkout, which is very convenient. The store is big and it is clean and it is well stocked. The prices are very good. They give a 10% military discount! This is also a great place to recycle. I highly recommend this store

I could be wrong, but I have noticed some of the big chain businesses in Pflugerville are a little bit smaller compared to most of the big cities in Texas. My experience here the first time was smooth and fast. My wife and I came here for some Christmas decorations. Needless to say when we shop together we have the same type of buying taste most of the time. The service of the front desk is pretty fast when busy or slow. All the staff have greeted me with a smile and ask how I am doing as I walk into the store and when I am shopping around. As another elite Yelper stated in their review this store stays stocked and has a great selection to choose from and value of their deals/sales for the products are not bad at all. Parking here isn't too bad at all. Getting into and out of the parking lot is a bit challenging due to the Stone Hill shopping center's layout of back to back intersections. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experiences here and I look forward to many more.

When we arrived to the checkout area, we could hear that the employees behind the registers were super friendly despite the craziness in the store, but we opted to do the self checkout in order to save time in the line. The self checkout machine was also easy to operate. We don't go into Michael's often but it's a pain free experience every time and so far this store has kept it that way
