After some wrangling, the store agreed to return the product to supplier. Problem is who is going to remove the damaged light and reinstall the replacement light? Texas Bright said that it was not their responsibility for any removal nor re-installation of a replacement light. Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars. I will never set foot in their establishment again and I intend to inform our decorator. The staff exhibit an attitude and customer service is minimal at best.
