Update: The assistant manager, Vance, reached out to me and asked what happened with my experience…read moreand if I would come in to give him a chance to assist. He was extremely helpful and we ended up purchasing a back door from him. Vance also took the time to discuss the process Tri-Supply uses to produce/order doors. Because they do construction in-house, it makes getting your a door a month shorter than if you purchase through Lowe's. We do plan to use Tri-Supply if we purchase a front door as well.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Tri Supply to anyone for any reason. Our experience with them…read morewas an absolute nightmare from start to finish, and it's astounding to me that a company can function with this level of incompetence and carelessness. We purchased a $1,300 custom back door from Tri Supply because our home was brand new, and the builder had already used Tri Supply for the existing doors. They had all the specifications and exact measurements, so this should have been a simple transaction. We met with Catherine, who placed the order for us since we wanted to replace our full-length glass back door with one that could accommodate a dog door. The first door arrived a few weeks later. After taking apart our original door, removing all the hardware, and preparing to install the new one, we discovered it was a foot too short. A glaring but forgivable mistake. Catherine apologized, admitted the error, and assured us she would fix it. The incorrect door was picked up the next day, and we waited another week and a half for the replacement. When it arrived, it looked correct, so we once again went through the painstaking process of removing and reinstalling hardware on a nine-foot solid door--only to discover that this one was 3/16 of an inch too wide, making it impossible to fit. Handling and rehanging a massive, heavy door like that is no small task, and the level of frustration we felt cannot be overstated. I am a disabled veteran with back issues so this was a tall order, quite literally. We reached out to Catherine again, stayed polite and patient, and asked for someone to come measure the door properly. Instead, we were told to measure it ourselves, which we reluctantly did. Tri Supply then instructed us to leave the door on our front porch for pickup. It sat there for five days before they finally retrieved it, despite multiple calls from us. Another week and a half passed before the next door arrived. By this point, we were beyond exhausted with the ordeal. This door finally seemed to fit--but it was damaged. It had scratches, scrapes, scuffs, and even footprints on it, as if it had been dragged across concrete and treated with complete disregard. This was the final insult in a process defined by delays, negligence, and incompetence. While the door eventually fit, the entire experience was an infuriating lesson in how a company can fail its customers at every step. Tri Supply demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and care for both their products and their customers. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Only consider them if you have no other options and are prepared for weeks of frustration, repeated mistakes, and careless handling of your property.

I needed an electrician. I sent a request through Yelp and got 4 replies. Home and Office Power…read moreSolutions wasn't the lowest but fair. Honestly I was waiting on the lowest but it didn't work out. I took the morning off for the repair and not to waste time I followed up with Caleb at Home and Office Power Solutions because the second lowest couldn't come out until later. Glad I did. Lessons learned, the lowest isn't always the right choice. Actually, Caleb was more responsive than the others before the repair. This was plus #1. Plus #2 was Caleb's availability and punctuality. #3 Caleb actually diagnosed the problem even before he got to the job site and once here resolved the problem quickly and explained clearly the issue. #4 Caleb turned out to cost the same as the second lowest so in the end I scored but not alone. Glad to have Caleb on my team moving forward. Lastly, #5 Caleb's customer service skills are top notch; polite, thoughtful and sincere.

Caleb from Home and Office Power Solutions was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and helpful…read morewhen giving us a quote and during installation. His quote was way below all the other quotes we got (almost 2k under). Caleb was on time, very respectful and friendly, and took the time to do the job without having to cut big holes in the sheet rock. The other guys wanted to cut big holes to have easy access. We are so glad we found Caleb on yelp! Thank you Caleb for a job well done, we are so happy with the work you did for us! We highly recommend Caleb and Home and Office Power Solutions!!!!

Still top notch service from Amos, on all aspects of our dealings. Scheduling is fast and…read moreefficient, and more importantly, accurate. Our electrician, Garrett, called first thing the morning of our appointment, and gave an arrival time that was spot on. All the work was done quickly and efficiently, paid the invoice on the spot, and had all questions answered. Price was fair and reasonable, no surprises at the "last minute". Still highly recommended!

I have a Generac home Generator that crashed on me over two months ago during our last electric…read moreoutage in Killeen Tx. The yearly service contract was also up for renewal. The serviceman was new, Carlos was his name. He did not seem to know how to repair the Generator, and was on the phone talking to someone at Generac for help. He was told to break the fan out to get to the part that needed replacement. The unit was under extended warranty. This guy could not seem to fix the generator we asked for a new generator since this one had broken down twice within the first two years. Carlos contacted Generic and started the process to get a new generator, he all but promised we would get a new generator, but it took over 2.5 months to get an answer. Generac decided this generator should be fix. Carlos came back out and fixed the generator in 3 hours. Now if the generator could be fixed in 3 hours, 2.5 months later, why couldn't it be fixed back then? I lost all confidence with this company. And frankly I was surprised Carlos could actually fix the Generator. Time will tell. I am looking for a new company to do my yearly service contract. Also a big problem was that they would not provide the paperwork as to what the serviceman did until I asked for it. So I had lost confidence with Amos Electric a long time ago.
