Made two trips to find what we wanted. Which was fine. Walkers stock changes weekly. Found a Samsung 30 cu ft ,stainless. Beautiful unit. Cost $1399 with an additional over mfg warranty of one year. Got the unit delivered the next day by John. The unit cycled for the mandated 12 hours. No ice or water in the interior pitcher. Sent a message about it to the store. Got a call back the same day. John came today to check the unit. Well the valve was reversed, so no water was flowing. After a quick spray of the kitchen, a brief mopping session, the ice maker was cycling and the interior pitcher was filling up. We were in love with the fridge regardless, now with the ice and water-- it's just....... Perfect Good place to do business. Family Local Accommodating.

The shop was easy to find, the hours are great. You'll find several types of glass samples on display in the showroom, glass cuts, colors and textures that I hadn't even imagined. There is a friendly cat in the showroom area, in case you're a cat person. It's ok if he walks out the door with you, he knows his way around. When I dropped off the template, one pane of glass had already been cut based on my written description & a follow-up phone call, they were a perfect match! My glass panes were cut to order, completed in about a week, and came out perfectly. My next order will be for a few sheets of plexiglass, you know I'll be calling Temple Glass & Mirror first! We had a few delays because the city had zoned out homesite where we could not build in front of our driveway so we had to build in the backyard. Dustin and his crew did an amazing job! Reasonably priced, custom is custom....whatever you need them for a carport or patio! It looks like it was built with our house! It is esthetically pleasing, and adds some shade to this area. The sun beats down on our back patio and now it doesn't. They came out on a Monday and prepped for the posts, set the posts and cement Tuesday, practically had it finished Thursday...finished trim friday before lunch. Highly impressed and satisfied with the turnout for having to have it in our backyard. The materials are strong quality steel, you get to choose trim and roof panels, and overall quality workmanship.

I ordered custom interior shutters from Custom Draperies by Lydia, who in turn ordered them through…read moremanufacturer, Metro Blind in Shade. I placed my order in mid-June 2010. As of September 18, 2010, only three pieces from my order (less than half of what I ordered) have been installed and delivered. The list of issues with this order. is long: there were production problems, a lost/misplaced order, and, finally, an inability by the manufacturer to expedite the delivery of my shutters due to rain and the Labor Day weekend. Two times I've been contacted by Custom Draperies by Lydia's supplier (Metro Blind and Shade) to confirm installation only to find out 24 hours before the scheduled installation that the complete shutter order is STILL not ready. Obviously the supplier used by Custom Draperies by Lydia is lacking in quality control as this was noticed after I was told that everything was ready to be installed this week. I have spent several thousand dollars on these custom shutters and this has been, by far, the worst service I've ever received from any company in any industry. Case in point: two days ago I was contacted by "Jay" @ Metro Blind and Shade (Custom Draperies by Lydia's supplier) and informed that there was a mis-match in the paint color on my shutters and that they were working to get the issue resolved and would be back in touch ASAP to reschedule the installation. 48 hours have gone by without a word from either Metro Blind and Shade or their local agent, Custom Draperies by Lydia. I will never, ever do business with either firm again and I will never recommend Custom Draperies by Lydia or their supplier (Metro Blind and Shade) to any family, friends or colleges.
