We needed a storage shed in our backyard but living in an HOA, were limited to 7' total height. After looking at several options online, we drove to Moore Liberty Buildings to look at their sheds on display. They have great options for building on your site. These are wood frame construction with shingled roofs. Different window configurations are also available. They can match the paint and shingles to your house. Their "HOA" shed met the height limit, so we went with an 8'x12'. We had them build on our concrete slab. They had a 2 man crew install the shed in one (long) day and they did a great job. You could tell that these guys knew what they were doing and cared about the details. Communication with the owners and project manager was also great. They represent Leland sheds and this review is about Leland: -- Because Leland asked for a review: We've had our Leland shed for 6 months or so now. Been through some wind, hail, rain, sun. It's very solid. I'm happy. But, let's give a hypothetical. You need a new driveway. You get bids, check references. You do your best to tie yourself to a reputable company that takes it's contracted parameters serious. The crew comes out and installs the driveway and you come home and it is impressive. Best driveway in the neighborhood. They leave and, boom, there is a one foot gap between the garage and concrete. You check your contract and it's correct. It has the exact number of feet you wanted from the street to the garage, but... They figured, meh - close enough. Screw him. Now, back to Leland. I contracted for 8 foot walls. 96 inches. What I got was 93.75 inches (from the floor to the top of the wall sill.) There is no way to store 8 foot sheets of plywood against the side walls. I am not happy. But, not only are the walls inches short, but they installed the sill plate tie-downs incorrectly which effectively makes the walls 93.25 inches. Even if the walls were 96 inches, the incorrectly installed tie-downs would gouge into the plywood stored there. I have complained to them about a half dozen other things, mostly inside finishing "holidays" - meaning quality escapes. Minor observations mostly. My husband purchased a shed as a gift for me for Mother's Day. We have another shed and expected the same amazing customer service we received with that one. My husband was in a rush to get me something here before Mother's Day, so he didn't want to have anything custom built since even the sheds on the lot would take weeks to be delivered. He has explained to me Over and over that Mr. Moore was amazing but, we have had nothing but issues since the day the shed was delivered. I'm still unable to use the almost $5,000 building and the company ( Lelands ) pretty much refuses to switch out the shed, and thinks $250 is worth the trouble they are causing. My husband has sent an email to Mr.Moore to try to get some assistance in the matter but has yet to hear back and it's been weeks. Here is a break down of the issue at hand. Our shed was damaged on delivery. The roof was torn and the upgraded flooring was damaged and no where near what was expected for the lovey up charge we paid. Instead of getting the matter taken care of in a timely manor, emails and phone calls were not returned and we had to wait weeks to have the issues taken care of. Putting the other work we had set for the building, along with actual use on hold. The solution to fix the flooring was to place another layer on top of the current floor. We agreed thinking the work would be up to par for an almost $5,000 shed. We were mistaken. They left awful gaps, tried to makeshift floor pieces and didn't even attempt to make the new flooring mesh with the door. When we asked the installer why it looked as bad as it did he said he wasn't sent with what he needed. So once again we are in the middle of a fight with what to do regarding this almost $5,000 purchase that's now become more of a pain then it's worth. We purchased a 45' X 36' custom building from this company. They are still putting in both the garage doors. (We ordered doors 4 months ago and one of them was wrong. It's gonna be another 17 weeks to get the right one). The beginning of the process was okay although the drawings we were given for HOA approval looked like they were drawn by an elementary school student. It is clear Nathan is still learning but it's been tough to have to be part of his process. It takes a lot of effort to get return calls and answers to questions. There have been a few mistakes in his planning that could have been extremely costly had the concrete guy (O'Connor Concrete) and installers not detected the issues before it was too late. (These are both 3rd party companies that have been awesome. Central Texas Metal Buildings is the supplier and installer. If it weren't for them this job would have gone totally sideways). Actually it appears Moore doesn't do anything but act as a dealer for large custom buildings like ours, which means my husband has had to act like the general contractor dealing with all the trades and cutting separate checks directly to them. It's been 1.5 weeks and Nathan has been out here once. The product looks quality but there are some open questions about daylight we can see through where the ceiling meets the walls. This is where we are building the 2nd story loft for more storage so it could be an issue. Our building is about 20' tall and will have a masonry front. (RV Garage) There was also a screw up with the rock to be used for the front. I wouldn't say they were horrible but for a custom built building for $80K+ we expected a little better. read more

Ok guys, after some hard core research in the shed game in Austin/Liberty Hill/ Cedar Park /Leander area I found that all these companies are about the same in terms of shed models and delivery/ finance options . The difference is the sales man or woman that you get. I was given 4 different quotes for the same shed and this place was very expensive compared to the other places and the up sell never ceased. I found that all places will deliver and they all offer the same models and all have the same financing/cash options . I was able to save thousands and get a better shed then what I was quoted with this company. If you need a shed do your research and do your price checking. It just may save you BiG TIME! Bought our 3 car Metal Garage with work shop in Feb. 2013, Liberty Buildings was using Eagle Carports at the time. Do not buy anything that has to do with Eagle Carports, the roof leaks and they do not want to fix it! They have a 30 day warranty, we explained that we have been in a dought, so the few times it rained we called to let them know that the roof leaks. They came twice and replaced some screws and ran the water hose on the roof. We have had record amounts of rain fall this year, the roof still leaks. For 2 yrs we have been trying to get this fixed, we can not insulate the building or put the bathroom in. We got an estimate from another company and were told that the roof was put on incorrectly. Don Bebee who sold us the garage will not pay to fix the roof, we would have to pay another $4200 to have it not leak. Don sold us the building and I think Don should pay to fix the building. I would not recommend anyone buying from this company or Eagle Carports (they have hundreds of complaints with the BBB). read more
