    I am so glad I didn't spend $3000 more for an "entry level" Marquis, when what I got what is basically a brand new Jacuzzi. I really liked the idea of having a "new" hot tub with a multi-year warranty, but I just could not convince myself in the end, that it was worth the difference in price. It wasn't. I am 100% satisfied with the product and service I received from Keith and company. I would recommend others take this route. P.S. i know there was an earlier review that complained about head rests. The head rests in our Jacuzzi where brand new when it arrived at my house.

    So I came to this business by referral and I am happy to report Backyard Oasis is a top notch family owned business that sells used spas that look and run well and can save you quite a bit of money. I bought the spa from Keith and later his son William delivered it. The cover for spa that I ordered would come later and in a specific color but they delivered with a loaner cover until my cover arrived. A week later, as agreed, they installed the new cover. The used spa runs like a top and they "water tested" the spa a couple days before delivery. I appreciate that they take a few days to test the used or reconditioned spa they sell before they deliver it. This way if there is a problem they will have caught it and fixed it before the customer takes delivery. So I highly recommend this company they can save you money and I had a great experience. Tom

Did he really need two years to compose his thoughts. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that it just fell through grill! In response to his comments: 1. The freezer never worked and Flo grills replaced it with another freezer under warranty that didn't work as well. There was never a third freezer installed, that is a lie 2. The overall workmanship of the projects was excellent and during the specification phase I was proposed equipments to populate the two areas and they were selected in concert with the Flo Grills staff. At no time did I reject a robust ice maker and even to this day I would accept a replacement at "my cost" In closing I reached out to Flo Grills many times but never got a response until this rebuttal review two (2) years after the initial review. In the future Chris you ought to be more about providing a better follow up service and communicate in a manner that better serves your clientele instead of being obtuse on every level. Service and Quality leads to repeat clientele and higher revenues and quality reviews

I stated I moved and provided my new address but the representative only updated the address for ONE (1) of my six (6) items. On Monday the mounts were delivered to the old address, I called customer service and they re-shipped them. I asked about the TVs and he confirmed two (2) of the TVs had the old address listed. He stated he would fix it. I get an email the following day (Tuesday) stating the delivery address couldn't be updated because it wasn't being delivered via a list of certain carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) so I called back. Customer service was no help! They wouldn't let me pick up my order in store and pretty much told me they couldn't do anything and to call back again tomorrow as the address can be updated upon pick up. I told the guy no, it is their mistake and I have called every day this week and spent over 40 minutes each time talking to them to get this resolved with no resolution and that they should call me back on the number I called from when the TVs are picked up. The representative agreed, but I never got a call on Wednesday. I called back Wednesday and they were still no help saying they can't change the address because of delivery (which by the way the TVs weren't even picked up until Friday morning according to Roadie (delivery company). I go into Best Buy (Round Rock, TX) on Thursday. The person there said I should have never purchased it via phone call because their customer service sucks (preach!!!) and go a supervisor for me. The supervisor (Hayli?) was also no help and essentially sold me two additional TVs. I addressed my concerns of the two (2) TVs being delivered to an address I no longer had access to and she didn't seem concerned saying that would be something I could report to lost/stolen. The other phone number listed on the account did get a voicemail Thursday afternoon stating they were able to update the address. I had no faith! And wouldn't you know Friday morning I get a text from the Roadie (delivery company) that they are on the way. I look up the address and it's the WRONG ADDRESS!!! I text the guy and he called me. He seemed semi willing to drive to my new address until he realized it was "three times the distance" and told me to contact Roadie. He had no contact info for Roadie for me to call. I found a number in my email and called it. After being on hold for 30 minutes it disconnected me. I tried again; after 30 minutes disconnected again. I kept texting the driver while on hold but after an hour he gave up and returned my TVs back to Best Buy. This whole thing was a shit show! I have learned I will never place an order via phone call again. I will always go in or do it online. And that is a huge if because I am so pissed at Best Buy. The one and only bright thing from this was Dave and Joe and who installed the TVs for me.

Out of the 5 companies I submitted a request to, they were the 2nd ones I reached out to but the last ones to reach out back to me (excluding the auto-generated "thank you" text which the other pool companies sent as well). Lisa from the office called me Wednesday at 5:38 PM and said she could have a tech come out the next day to give me a quote. Jose came out Thursday around noon. He was super nice and professional. He said he would get me 3 different quotes for the 3 type of packages they offer by the end of the day or the next day (Friday) in the morning at the latest. By Friday at 4:25 PM, I had yet to receive anything so I called and spoke to Lisa and she said they'll send it over shortly. They sent 2 quotes (not 3) at 4:40 PM. Monday morning at 10 AM, I called to discuss the quotes for further clarification, especially since the links weren't working. Lisa said she's going to call Jose and call me right back. She never did. Tuesday morning at 8:28 AM, almost a week after I had initially reached out, I called saying they never called me back and asked to speak to a manager. She put me on the phone with Jose and he was a totally different person than the guy that came out to the house. He kept interrupting me and talking over me. He was rude saying I didn't know anything about pools (that might be true but this is not my first house with a pool and that's not something you'd say to a prospective client), and making excuses for their lack of responsiveness. If they're this bad when they're trying to earn my business, I can't imagine how bad they are once they do earn it. Reading some of their other reviews, I should've just never reached out to begin with. TLDR: Unresponsive, unprofessional/rude, overpromise/underdeliver. Ended up going with a different pool company that responded right away and was able to get me on the schedule immediately.
