The helmet arrived in perfect condition and even though I haven't worn it for more than a few minutes, I am very pleased with it. ***FREIGHT SCAM*** I bought a $30 bottle of fork oil Paid $60 for NEXT DAY service. Tracking shows that it was shipped UPS ground (eta was 3 working days), not NEXT DAY. I even called UPS to confirm which shipping method Powersports used, which was GROUND, because their customer service told me that it was shipped with the Next Day or expedited service I called Powersports again in case they mistakingly shipped Ground instead of NEXT DAY, and their Supervisor told me that the $60 fee for Next Day service doesnt mean that they they actually ship with Next Day service. Meaning, they knowingly shipped it UPS GROUND, even though I paid an extra $60 for shipping. Are you kidding me? No refund on shipping, no "sorry for the misunderstanding". Very poor business who will only return 50 percent of payment if you return an item. Never opened an item and returned it. They said it was installed and used which was not true. Talked to the owner and he said that's the way it is. They also have a return policy you can't return an item after 30 days. So if it gets delayed and not the right item your stuck with it. This is probably the worst company I have ever bought and or ordered from. I ordered my Cobra Neighbor Haters March 27th, they did not not process till Tuesday April 2nd, shipped out and across town till April 7th then finally left Texas for Puyallup Washington. Recieved at end of day April 8th. I should have read the reviews about this company prior to any purchase. Other places people ordered same product, shipped out same day or next and received within 24 to 48 hours. This RIP OFF Company should be investigated by the Attorney Generals Office. I highly recommend to stay clear of this place. First, the box was labeled wrong so I received the incorrect parts than what I ordered. Then when I returned the box and weeks went by and I did not receive my credit I called Power SPort to have Ariel inform me that the box was in the back and they needed to go through it and make sure all the parts were there. Several more weeks went by and again no credit. Now Ariel claims they never got the box! Even though UPS tracking states that Karl at Power Sport signed for the box and that they received it 3 days after I shipped it!! Power Sport did not care about the factual proof provided by the UPS. PowerSport stated that they would open up a claim with UPS. That's it after that. PS never contacted me to let me know the status of my package and has not refunded my $409.22. I ordered nerf bars for my 2000 ds650 through Amazon and the listing said it fits my exact year and model, when it came I went to put it on and the mounting brackets they sent were not even close to fitting, clearly the wrong parts, so I shipped it back in original packaging and they refunded me 50% saying it's been used and not in oem packaging. and 50% means I was out over 100$ because they sent the wrong parts. then started the back and forth with customer service which is a joke because they wouldn't acknowledge the fact they sent the wrong parts, they just kept saying it's damaged and not in original packaging. which the damage they claim was a black smudge like from rubbing on the black box it came in. Unfortunately there isn't a rating for 0 stars. Where could I start. I bought a pirelli Diablo rosso 2 tire on Amazon from this store. I had the tire installed rode for less then a mile and 2 big bubbles emerged. I contacted them as soon as I found out. I sent pictures and photos. After waiting 24 hours per message to get a response I was told it was covered and will be replaced. (It took over a week to get approved) at first they didn't believe it came defected and then they didn't believe the tire they sold me was the tire I was showing them. Over 15 pics on one tire. I had to pay 30$ to put on the tire 30$ to take off . And 35$ to send to them. Before sending to them I talk to someone on the phone confirming I can receive my money back because of the horrible customer service and I just didn't want another tire or there business. I sent it then the manager called me after having it for 2 weeks at this point I'm 5 months in with them (at this point I was forced to buy a new tire else where) CHAD. The manager called me asked me what happend and then called me a liar and proceeded to tell me he didn't care how I felt or that I conducted business with them. They lied to me called me a liar didn't help very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM I spent 150 on the tire around there I'm not over 220$ into a defected tire. Wow, probably the worst rating I've ever seen on yelp, wish I would of thought to look before Trying to purchase from them. Ordered an exhaust, tuner, and backrest from them, prices seemed fair considering they were the only company I could find who said they had the exhaust in stock. Their order page was confusing, 3 days later it showed me ready to ship, processing, and already had shipped. I decided to call them to see what was going on. Talked to one of the CSRs named Troy. He said they emailed me a waiver that I needed to fill out in order to ship the exhaust to California. Ok, understandable, even if their website states nothing about this, only that the buyer is responsible for knowing the laws in California, the exhaust was going on a flat track bike. I also double check on the phone that they actually have the exhaust there, and I'm told yes, it's in your pile of stuff, waiting for the waiver to be sent in. Great. Their customer service manager Matt D. writes me back telling me he has the form and will ship asap. Two days later, still no updates or tracking. I call and ask to speak to their manager, Matt. Nope, won't let me. Troy tells me that my processing time has restarted as they were waiting for this waiver, he can't give me a date for shipping, just says in a few days. I'm kinda irked at this point, poor service and sounds disorganized. The same Matt that multiple yelpers have named on here, not surprising. Monday, I call back to see what is going on and either tell them to ship that day or to forget it. Troy puts me on hold for roughly 10 minutes, comes back and says he has "bad news" They shipped the exhaust to another customer that ordered after me. Seriously??? I say well is it still there under their "processing" time. He says no, that it has shipped. I'm kinda doubting it, but I've had it with them. I tell them to cancel the order. I sent them a follow up email telling them how they need to fix their processing system and website to better inform their customer. According to yelp, it looks like they could care less. I ended up ordering an exhaust and some other parts from 3 different companies. All of them ordered on Friday, shipped on Friday, and will be delivered on Monday. No processing time, no BS, and as it turns out, better prices.
