I came here for a bike night meetup -- all the staff were really nice and helpful. I ended up getting some very protective gloves, air filter, helmet cleaner and fender eliminator kit. Erin was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is pretty professional -- they aren't the over friendly/fake type but they aren't snobs either. Like most local bike shops, they're not a huge location -- but they can order whatever you need at a good price. I'd come here more often if I didn't live all the way in Buda. Horrible CS and even worse management who lie to hurt their customers. Not only is their shipping atrociously slow (11 days to ship and 18 days to deliver - far outside of the times for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail as noted on their website)... Not only do they not take any responsibility for delays and blame 'outside warehouses' when the customer inquires about the delay... Not only do they try to force customers to pay return shipping and restock fees when the customer finally requests a return/refund because their item arrived far too late to be of use... Not only do they stonewall the customer when they request a full refund... but then, after 20 days of the customer trying to resolve via email, when the customer finally is so tired that they submit a charge back with their credit card due to hugely delayed shipping and refusal to accept a full return without return shipping or restock fees... then they have the GALL to claim IN WRITING that the customer never contacted them to try to resolve the matter in the first place !!! Blatantly lying to a credit card company when there is a long chain of emails that says otherwise. I sent these emails to my CC provider and they immediately saw what was happening and credited me. It's unfortunate I can't rate this experience less than 1 star. I ordered a NEW, Shoei GT Air II helmet from Amazon that was fulfilled by Moto Mummy. I open the Shoei GT Air II box and much to my surprise it contained an obviously used, badly damaged Arai Corsair helmet, a tinted, damaged fake face shield that was not even attached (they slapped some hardware for installation in a separate bag), and had the gall to slap a Shoei GT-Air II sticker on the shield trying to pass it off as an authentic Shoei pin-lock system. Most blatant fraud I have ever experienced from Amazon. This reseller should be banned from the site. I mean really, did they think they were going to get away with this? I'm done with Amazon. Please read before you order from this company !!!! I can even rate this company even with 1 star !! but i have no choice I called to place an order for my bike of guardrails. I spoke to an Andi and was very specific I did not want to order something wrong because dont want to go through returning so she suggested the part number. I order it and sure enough its the wrong one! I call her and she said to send it back and sent a return label and said she would check on the correct part for me. A week goes by I just told her to refund the money and they did a partial refund.I called and was given the run around with her and Andrew and finally I get the manager Arron who supposedly after an escalated conversation said she was the owner. I explained that I should not get charged for an error that Andi made I ordered what she said was the part for my bike. Unbelievably enough she said that I order the part after me explaining that I ordered what Andi said I needed. People this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered. Ordered in stock products on 5/29 They shipped 6/4 UPS lost both packages Motomummy refused to reship or refund on 6/11 and suggested I call back on 6/14 On 6/14 I requested a refund or reshipment. I was told nothing would be happening until UPS completed their investigation. On 6/15 I called ups and was told a lost package claim had been completed for one of the two packages and the second was in process with a likely identical outcome. UPS instructed me to contact the seller for a refund or reshipment. The missing packages are the property of the shipper. What becomes of them should have no impact on me. Owner of business Corey Young stated that he will review the recordings of phone conversations I had with his staff, specifically his wife, who singlehandedly removed any desire I had to give this company any benefit of any doubt. I was never informed these calls are recorded and I reside in one of many states requiring two-party consent. This is a unprofessional business that should be avoided. I have shared this story with local motorcyclists who have, unsurprisingly, told me this is on par with what they have heard from other riders already. I have opened a PayPal dispute. I guess I learned my lesson (to avoid this business despite their low prices) the hard way. I hope this review saves others from similar agony read more

Good Online place to get your sprotbile (sportbike) accessories! A good selection with great online prices compared to other online places. Free shipping to boot! I would of gave them 5 stars but I gave them 3 because I had placed an order with them for brake lines and they hadn't shipped so I emailed them and they (MM) were speedy with their response stating that the break lines had to be custom cut before being shipped. MM should of emailed me to let me know of the extra wait. Other than that the rest of the service was great. edited: 8/26/08 Their customer service is a bit off. I had to email them 3x to get a response and they'd rather have you email them than call. Not to mention they didn't take back a brand new pair of stainless steel breaklines that I wanted to return. They told me that "the SS lines are custom cut for your moto so we cant take that back." Purchased a battery from them according to the CCA's and it turned out that they made a mistake on their chart. I needed a 360 cca battery, but they sent me a 300 cca battery. Because of the pandemic and hurting businesses, I decided not to get upset and give them the benefit of the doubt. Being honest, they did offer a small discount on the next battery as soon as the other was returned. I declined the small discount because I wanted to help them out and do my fair share by paying full price. Upon returning the battery, it got held up at UPS for whatever reason. Someone had to get a hold of someone else and get it straightened out, but it was beyond my control. After calling Motomummy several times and following up, they could not give me any dates or any real information. Went almost a full month with no battery and no refund and a bunch of calls chasing them. I finally get a voice mail a few days ago saying that they received my battery. When I call them, the employee said that he just received the battery "today". Not sure how that was possible if I had gotten the phone call a few days prior, but it didn't matter. After the long wait and the runaround, I was a bit upset and decided to take the new battery but it would have to be at a really good discount. But to no avail. The new guy I spoke to gave ZERO discount. It really shows that they don't care to make things right with customers. In my honest opinion, places like this one need to go OUT of business. Ordered a M4 Carbon exhaust for my 2021 CBR1000rr ABS...turns out that the exhaust does not fit an ABS model for whatever reason...tried to return it and get my money back but they insisted that I can't because it was a 'special ordered part made special for my bike'. Customer service told me that I should of gotten an email saying that this part was a 'special ordered part', that was never the case. Online stated that they had '23' in stock and was going to take a few weeks to ship. Not only did their return policy state "We cannot accept returns or exchanges on an item that was specifically made for you. If you placed an order for an item that was a special ordered item, you should have received an email from us letting you know it is being made for you', I NEVER received an email stating that, so how would I have known...especially if you said there is 23 in stock? smh.... read more

I would not recommend this coming to any of my fellow riders! The customer service is terrible!!! We placed an order on the 27th... Savannah said if we paid for the order the same day and paid extra for 2 day shipping we would have the item by Thursday... as of today... only a shipping label has been created. When I talked to Erin today... she couldn't give me any information on my order. She told me she couldn't refund the $75 bucks we paid for 2 day shipping and wouldn't be able to do anything for 5-7 pending a UPS claim. First, they post a BlackFriday deal with discounts on parts and some free adjusters. I place an order with my office address and i got a reply from Corey, that they cannot ship to my office address since their "software" finds it as residential. They have to ship to my residential address. I tried to explain him that his software may have wrongly concluded that my office address is residential. I also provided him references from ups website & google. I even explained him the reasons why i do not want my home (billing) as the shipping address. UPS/USPS messed up the door (even though there are only 4 apt's within the complex) many time. Hence my office address is much safer & reliable. Fedex/USPS/UPS comes to my office twice a day (even without us calling them). And, motomummy say, their software for address verification complains it is a residential address? Am in the payment industry, and i understand what address verification softwares/plugins are for and sometimes they are not updated and that is when you call in a customer and go through security questions for verification. He wouldnt work with me on that. He then suggested, i checkout through google checkout or paypal. Cool, i did a re-order via google checkout and again they cancelled it. And, now they say "security reason" I posted on their forum, a honest feedback on why they should not have cancelled my first order, but appreciated their good customer support & interaction. They took it personal, showed off their huge ego, and deleted my account/post and cancelled my 2nd order. They have good prices and were friendly, but when I tried to cancel an order I had made 6 minutes prior that was in error I was told I could not cancel it. They were polite, but the fact that I'm now on the hook for $284 (or having to pay a $28 restocking fee plus shipping for a return) for a mistake I quickly tried to correct just doesn't seem fair to the customer. I would not recommend ordering parts from this website. I ordered a fender eliminator for my ZX10R and didn't receive it so I emailed them. After I emailed them they told me that they didn't have it in stock and that they were waiting for the one that I ordered to come in. I emailed them back and told them that either I got my part or I need a refund so I can get it elsewhere. I saw an email come through stating that the order had been shipped and they have me a tracking number. I then tried to track my item and it could not be tracked. After a week of games I then called them and told them that I wanted a refund and I will get my merchandise elsewhere. Well, I took it elsewhere and I should receive my part within a couple of days ( free shipping). If you get excited as much as I do when you order a part for your bike than I would not recommend that you use this site. Things are ok, until you have a problem where the owners are wrong So, how do I put this? Oh yeah, I spend money on my bikes and spare absolutely no expense considering your entire life depends on the operation of just two wheels and some really tiny brakes with a lot of stopping power; thus, cheap isn't my game, I pay to play. I am no stranger to spending money with MotoMummy either, CapitalOne and my bank account can vouch for that. That being said I only buy quality parts designed to fit and this leads me to the last experience I'll ever have with Motomummy and take my business elsewhere over, I am really not kidding here, a $15 banjo bolt. I bought a fully race prepped CBR1000RR and the only modification I wanted was to install dual brake lines, which as you all know requires a double banjo bolt. This bike also has a Brembo Radial Master Cylinder part number XA7G710, to reference this isn't the standard $300 master cylinder but the $2,000 master cylinder. I procured the brake lines, from MotoMummy, and then was sold the double banjo bolt, which they said was from Spiegler. I went home to install it, using the washers provided with the brake line kit. Upon installation and using recommended torque values, yes I torque everything to spec, I realized the bolt thread length was too long. Measured using my dial calipers, which have an NIST certification, the bolt thread depth was 1.85cm and the washers provided were 1mm thick. Given the Goodrich banjo fittings were 8mm thick and the "Spiegler" bolt thread depth was too long, it would require 2mm thick washers to, maybe, fit properly, but it would have still been in question. Fast forward, I contacted MotoMummy and went to their store, which is a 1 hour and 22 minute drive for me, a long trip and a waste of diesel fuel in my CTD truck, but I needed this working ASAP so I made the trip and this is where everything fell apart. The actual business owner did everything in his power to ensure he was always right because, as some have discovered, he is never wrong, narcissism at its absolute finest. I was told to simply "cut the bolt" to make it fit. Well, ok, sure, maybe some people will but given my background in engineering and knowing about this thing called "Standards", for which bolt manufactures follow, I declined such insane advice and asked he just procure the Brembo double banjo bolt or the pro-bolt equivalent (FYI, Goodrich also sells a double banjo bolt too), I was willing to just pay for another bolt and trash the old one, NEVER asked for anything free. The business owner consistently declined and stated these are just "universal" and "everyone" HAS to cut the bolt. Now, I will say this, he at least pulled out a bunch of other banjo bolts (from Spiegler he said), none of which would have fit to begin with anyways. So, instead of just losing my cool, told him to keep the cheap aluminum bolt and left. Now, I have ordered a BF Goodridch double banjo bolt, a Brembo Double Banjo bolt, a pro-bolt double banjo bolt, and then ordered 3 other random, generic, double banjo bolts. All of these bolts followed exact specification with 1.1cm thread depth and fit PERFECTLY with absolutely no modification. In fact, I was told by all manufacturers, paraphrasing here, "Cutting the bolt is not an approved modification and could result in undesired operation all the way to catastrophic failure of the braking system. Because banjo fittings can vary in thickness by about 1-2mm, it is best to have different washers available, varying in thickness, to ensure proper fit". Last, but not least, I contacted Spiegler and requested their bolt specifications. The guy was ULTRA helpful and even advised they don't actually manufacture their bolts, they just "come in a box". So, nothing against Spiegler, but those aren't your bolts, you're just putting your name on them. However, I was told they ONLY make ONE size of bolt and the other bolts MotoMummy was presenting to me could NOT have been Spiegler bolts. Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention, the owner was arrogant to say that no one would provide me specifications on the bolts. Well, how about this, not only does Pro-bolt provide their specifications on their website, everyone else does too and are also incredibly willing to email you back within 24 hours with their engineered bolt specifications, all of which follow ASTM specifications, go figure. Oh yeah, one more thing, the pro-bolt wasn't a "$40 bolt" like you said, it was only $4 more than your cheap aluminum bolt. Also, those "special washers" you talked about are not "special" at all, in fact, every other vendor says they just use the same ID and OD washer, but vary the thickness from 1mm to 2mm, no "stacking" of washers is ever required to make something fit. Its a shame because I did enjoy working with some of the people there who helped me get the gear and parts I needed; however, I judge no one by how they behave when the times are g read more
