What a great gun shop. They've got a little bit of everything. AK's, AR's, 1911's, 2011's, CZ, Glock, Dan Wesson, and even some real high end guns you've never heard of. The staff? Very knowledgeable and experienced. Five stars, all the way!! read more

I purchased an 11-87 shotgun they had posted. 1) I got a fantastic deal. 2) The communication was great 3) The shipping was fast. I could not be any more pleased. Do not hesitate to give them your business. read more

Nice store where the employees greet you when you walk in the door and are eager to help with any questions.Have bought a couple guns in the last year from Brady at Guns warehouse and his customer service was over the top! read more

Great customer service. Good selection and better pricing. Definitely worth the stop.

My husband purchased his first gun after his gun fanatic coworkers took him to a range out in Lockhart to go shooting during SXSW. Afterwards, he pulled the trigger (ha!) on his own purchase and had the purchase for item shipped to this place of business, where they were very helpful and efficient in getting his delivery worked on, background check and more done in a swift and easy transaction. I came along to peruse and it can be daunting since I have not been around guns before but the folks that work the counter were extremely welcoming. I got to check out what they had on shelves, behind the cases, and even offered me a flamethrower to examine and hold. Not a good purchase these days with gas being $4! I also inquired on the fun hello Kitty decal when we first rolled up with made my husband laugh when we parked up front and I pointed it out. I made sure to ask the associates what was the story behind that and they regaled me with the tale. :) Very Texan but good folks. Also very knowledgeable about outdoor gun ranges that we would be interested in if we wanted to go somewhere up north and giving up insider tips as newbies to the scene. :) Very impressed and definitely great in service. read more

Went in today to get a part for a gun that I haven't been able to find anywhere local. I had the pleasure of dealing with Leo, he was nothing but helpful and informative, and made the whole experience more pleasurable. I highly recommend going to the shop before searching online or other local. The selection of firearms, accessories, ammunition is outstanding. This is one of my new go to firearm/gun stores. highly recommend this place for all your firearm needs. Great value for your buck! This review was written by my husband ! :) read more

One of those local gun stores that sells stuff at higher prices than online. Just looked around very small place. I always wanna support the small places but not a big store prices. read more

Another great experience with my selection of a Colt revolver from the guys at Guns Warehouse. Retiring to Georgetown from Victoria in 2025, and looking forward to being closer to my chosen go-to firearms store, Guns Warehouse. Hopefully my retirement firearms allowance will keep up with my firearms collecting hobby enthousiasms. Thanks again guys! James Solomon Victoria read more

A lot of 1 star reviews on here I see are talking about this business scamming buyers who are trying to buy guns from them online. They do NOT sell online. You have to purchase in-store and most of the people are going to a fraudulent site and then blaming MGH. Go on their website, they clearly state this (mygunswarehouse.com). Bought a gun here in 2020 and it was an easy process and the staff was great. A business shouldn't suffer from bad reviews because the customer was too stupid to check which website they were buying from. Scroll to the bottom of their website and you'll see that it's true. Unless you really had a bad experience here, please consider deleting your 1 star review if you went to a scam site. And no, I do not work here but this is a solid store with good people. read more

These guys are terrific. Knowledgable. Very friendly. Patient. They don't oversell. They seem to want you as a long term customer. My next purchase will be through them. read more

The ignorant people who left 1 star reviews bought online from a DIFFERENT company at Gunswarehouse.net Guns Warehouse in Cedar Park, Texas does not sell guns online as their website at mygunswarehouse.com clearly states in bold red on their home page. Guns Warehouse in Cedar Park, Texas is an awesome store with over 1,000 firearms in stock, the best inventory in the area by far, only had great experiences since I've shopped there for last 6 years. read more

This was one of the best purchasing experiences I've ever had in a gun store. Their selection and prices beat all the other stores in about a 100 mile area, so it was worth the drive. I called ahead to confirm stock and they answered the phone quickly and they were helpful and knowledgeable. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and treated better than any other gun shop I've ever been in - and that's saying a lot as a woman in a male dominated situation. They helped find the accessories I needed, were super efficient with the background check, and had me out the door in record time, and they're really nice guys. I will definitely shop there again and recommend this place to friends. read more

Very professional & knowledgeable staff. Great selection of firearms and accessories!

One of the best selections even considering it's a small shop. I've gotten to know the guys who work here, and all are solid good people.

AVOID THESE CRIMINALS. I can only believe that any positive review here is fake. These people are not only disorganized and incompetent, they will not refund money when an order is cancelled. I'm currently filing charges through my bank and Texas authorities. read more

These guys are literally the best! Very knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch. Russ and Ross are two guys that will go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Beware of a scam company that uses a similar name as then. These guys do not sell online and they DO NOT accept zelle or Venmo as payment. A++++++++++ read more

Talk about a scam! I transferred money to them for a new handgun. I never received the gun, my money was taken, and they stopped responding to me. I feel very foolish for having sent them money. Please don't do an online purchase from them unless you want to be stolen from. the Zelle names involved in the transfer were Vilma and Cynthia. Sadly, because this involved a fraudulent money transfer, the FBI are now involved. And I was officially scammed by them. Please don't get scammed the way I did. read more

I've been coming here since March 2020, I'm new again, to guns and you know why! I can't say enough good things about this place, very free with information and recommendations. I've gone from nothing to 5 guns (that I love like my own kids) and a carry license. Ross is a rock star! It's nice having a gun guru and a place that I feel at home. read more

This establishment is dishonest. Buyer beware. I will not do business here. I was fooled on a price and that's on me. But that doesn't excuse being quoted an incorrect price read more

Was looking to buy a new Ruger SFAR and checking prices online. Guns Warehouse is 30 minutes from my home and when I called to confirm availability and price it made more sense to just avoid the hassles with online order/shipping/transfers and pick it up at the store. Everyone there was very friendly and I was in and out with my new rifle in 30 minutes. Good availability. Competitive pricing. I'll be back. read more

Just changed this from a 5 star to a 1 star after my last two visits. The experienced staff member that really carried that place as far as knowledge goes is no longer there and the née young guy "hasn't heard of" any of the guns I ask about and then tells me he can't sell to me all of the sudden. So I drove 10 miles down the road to saddle rock and grabbed a p365x no problem read more

I love the variety of guns available here. They have everything from a huge inventory of new & used Revolvers to the most modern hand guns and long guns and even some ammunition and accessories too. Have used them for a new purchase, accessories and training. Every time in has been good, staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Recommend!

The inventory issues I initially experienced have since ended and were due to the pandemic. The store we extremely well-stocked, with a good assortment of ammo. The staff was busy, but no customers were neglected. I had a few questions about a shotgun I was considering, got a full demo and rundown from one of the staff that owns one. I ended but getting it and a pistol. Overall great experience and I will be coming back. read more

The atmosphere in this shop every time I walk in feels like going on a vacation. Employees love talking shop and the best choices for your interests. These guys have the items I want every time that you can't get from any other local gun shop in Austin, Round Rock, and Pflugerville. I've bought many items from this store and when I wasn't satisfied with one product they were still willing to let me trade/buy another one! My fiancé and I have been thinking about picking up some new carry guns. Staff was very helpful with showing us comparable firearms but also listening to what we wanted and were looking for. Top notch gunstore!! They have the best selection of firearms in the area!! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. This is the best gunstore to visit if you have a hankering for a new toy! Go see for yourself! Guns Warehouse does not put their inventory on the web as they do not sell online. So don't confuse this amazing store with the scam website gunswarehouse.net. The staff at Guns Warehouse are too amazing to be slandered by all the one star reviews ignorant people have left which should have went to the scam site gunswarehouse.net. Craig is THE MAN! Dude is always a pleasure to deal with. The rest of the crew here is great also. Definitely the friendliest FFL I've been to in Austin, and I've been to all of them. These dudes are just straight up cool. The most impressive things about this store are the big selection of AR parts, and their assortment of niche and hard-to-find handguns. They know what to buy, and they know what to keep in stock. They always have the guns I am looking for, and I don't mind driving 25+ minutes to come in. I would let these dudes babysit my kids. Thanks again. read more

One 3/8/2022, I wrote a negative review of Guns Warehouse. They contacted me today, explained why my interaction had been unsatisfactory, and asked me to return so they could make things right. I did return today (3/11/2022), and Russ, the owner, offered me a generous and completely satisfactory resolution. I don't see how to edit my previous comments, but I found Guns Warehouse committed to my satisfaction, and I've upped my rating from two stars to five. read more

Staff is very rude. Did a background check and it went through. Had to wait 4 weeks for them to get the gun i wanted. By the time they recieved the gun i wanted my 30 day grace period expired by 3 days so i had to do another background check. So i did and it got delayed. The sales clerk said i could put a down payment to hold the gun and as i was in the process a older gentleman said i couldnt since my background was delayed. I went down the road to academy did a background check and got cleared in 30 mins and also got the same glock 19 gen 4 for 100 cheaper. This place is a rip off. Stay away. Staff are very rude as well and i wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to have to deal with these peple to get ripped off. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Professional, excellent customer service, and very good inventory. I was a first time gun buyer. Upon my first visit to the store, they took the time to talk me through the purchasing process, and were very knowledgeable. I left without purchasing. They did a great job and asked, "well when you are ready, please stop buy and see if we can help you with anything." Service like this is becoming a thing of the past. Nice job gentleman. I retuned a few months later. Not only was the customer service exemplary, got a excellent deal and I left with a smile. I am very much looking forward to my next visit , and they will certainly be my "go to" vendor moving forward. Thank you goes out to the team. Very pleased. read more

Very positive first experience! As anyone who has shopped around several gun stores knows, you'll eventually experience a few abrasive personalities behind some store counters. Not the case with the staff here; everyone was pleasant and willing to answer whatever questions you had. Stopped in looking for a two-point sling setup and they had everything I needed from the M-Lok QD adapter and QD sling. The guy helping me even went out of his way to set it all up for me in-store, which was nice. I decided to browse a bit further and noticed the pricing was very competitive on most of the items in the displays. And on that note, there are a lot of firearms available given the overall footprint of the store. One thing to be aware of is that there is a 3% charge if you choose to use a credit card. I get why they feel inclined to do it, but you will want to factor that into the cost of your purchase if you're looking for those credit card rewards points. read more
