I came here based on all the quality reviews of their customers. To be honest, I'm not a very knowledgeable gun enthusiast , so I took what I knew and incorporated their good advice to find the perfect purchase. I decided on a gun that is great for home defense and for concealed carry. The conversation then moves towards ammunition and accessories which they were also very helpful with. However, before I could purchase a firearm, I had to fill out a form online which is for a background check. Sometimes you get clearance pretty quickly within a matter of minutes, but in some cases, such as mine, I had to wait at least a day or more. Nonetheless, I was still able to purchase it and pick it up later. So whether you are a gun enthusiast or a novice like myself, they can walk you through whatever your needs are. We came here about 20 mins before closing on a Saturday and Stacey was here to help us, I wanted to purchase a 9mm for a concealed carry class we have upcoming and she was the best! She was extremely patient and took out a number of guns and let me hold them and handle them with seeing how it fit in my hand and how comfortable I would be cocking each pistol. She spent about an hour with us and provided so much information about local women's shooting club, other tips and tricks and her own experiences especially in regards to gun safety and women enabling themselves by protecting themselves. It was amazing, and we are a fan! I am going to sign up for the shooting club she recommended and they also do training classes up in Liberty Hill I believe. She even said once I shot my gun enough to break it in, we can bring it there and they will show us how to break it down and clean it. Just a very nice genuine person, I know as a woman...it can be intimidating going into a gun shop and she feels the same way to so she provides an excellent level of customer service because of that and you can tell because they are developing a very loyal customer base...ourselves included now. read more

Once in a while they may need to reboot a computer, or reset their printer, but these sort of minor inconveniences pale in comparison to the otherwise excellent service they provide. Everyone there was super nice, and my 9 year old son was completely comfortable. Very knowledgeable about what they carry and were helping me decide on a hunting rifle for my son. This is not like most gun stores where they don't want to help you, and they are angry at you for walking in. We felt right at home, and it was a great experience. I am having a few items shipped there for FFL transfers, and honestly I thought the pricing online I received was the best possible as I shopped around. I was wrong. I should have just bought it here, it actually would have been $37.00 cheaper because I wouldn't have had to pay for shipping or the FFL fees.
