I never write bad reviews (I know everyone…read moresays that, but I really mean it) but I feel SOOO Strongly about how TERRIBLE this place is I had to let others know. I found this place a little over a year ago cause most places in Austin won't work on my chinese scooter, but they would. I guess you can say "work" I am not sure they know how a scooter works to be quite honest with you. I brought it in because of it not starting. So they change the fuse and charge me ALOT of money for a measly changing of a fuse..but then it dies AGAIN. So I bring it back. They just can't seem to figure out what is wrong with it. I spent 2 months and bringing it in 4 times... WHICH THEY CHARGED ME EVERY TIME!! EVEN THOUGH THEY WOULDN'T"T FIX ANYTHING AND SAID THEY COULDN'T"T FIGURE IT OUT!! Seriously..charge me for not knowing what was wrong. On top of them being completely incompetent at fixing it..they were RUDE. They raised their voice several times in frustration because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. YOU ARE THE MECHANIC, NOT ME!! My scooter died again the day after I picked it up from them again, so I found a different place who could tell right away what it was and fixed it. Just don't go here. EVER!!

Ducati Austin let me down. Had a recall on my V4r. I texted their customer correspondence bot on…read moretheir web page which ordinarily met with a pretty quick response in the past. This time no one replied. Several more texts, and nothing. I sent an email to Service, and still nothing. This I admit, was unusual. So I ultimately emailed again and cc'd one of the owners. That response was quick with a referral to their service department to schedule the recall work. The service department never replied. Finally I called and they said they had to order the parts and they would call me when the parts arrived. That never happened. So, I decided that this response probably was indicative of the level of work they would have performed.. I took the bike to Plano at European Cycle Sports after they responded right away, had the part in stock and took me the following week. Great service and great team. I purchased a new 2025 Desert X while I was there and they even delivered it to me. Could not ask for better service. I'm done with Ducati Austin.

He was able to get the fuel pump working again and then went through the entire bike to make sure everything was in good shape and ready to ride. He was thorough, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and clearly knows motorcycles. Having him come directly to the house made the whole process incredibly convenient. The bike is running great again. I'll definitely be calling Bryce the next time I need anything done.
