Now, same old story about shipping, lost in shipping, hasn't been shipped yet, yada, yada , yada. Three weeks later and still no hubcap. I give up. AND, the boots he replaced were wrong cheap boots that look terrible and deformed. I recommend you drive a bit farther and get quality work done and told the truth when you ask questions.
