I debated about whether to leave 1, 2, or 3 stars. On the plus side, they responded quickly to my follow-up inquiries, and they did issue me a refund when I eventually demanded it. On the negative side, they did not send me any proactive updates on the order, and of course, I never got what I wanted. Looking back, I suspect that this business is legit, but is just a drop shipper, placing orders from somewhere upstream perhaps in Asia. It may work out some of the time, but if you can get what you want via Amazon or whatever, that is probably preferable.

I purchased a King sized bed and when I took my bed home to put it together I noticed one of the slacks were shorter than the others and couldn't reach the hole on the other side of the bed. I called multiple times and it took them over 2 months to get me a replacement slack. When I picked up the new slack, it was the same as the slack that was too short. So I called back to get help and they are asking me to take pictures up close and far away of the slacks and email them as if I'm asking them for an entirely new bed. I'm asking for just 1 slack to be replaced and they are making me jump through hoops to get that. I will honestly say they have good prices on their furniture, but their service is terrible.

Called back again on Nov 7th and said parts had just been ordered and it would be a week. Called back today, Nov 21st and it is still not ready. They told me a technician forgot to order a part and that they ordered it yesterday and it will be ready next week. Kevin, the manager was very sarcastic, telling me they have 100's of tools to be fixed and he's sorry he didn't make mine a priority or give me a call informing me of the delay. Stay away from them if you need a tool repaired, it may be months before they get to it and they wont let you know of any delays.
