They (owner Dane Jackson) refused to back it for a quality swap-out, and lied to me at the counter, and said that he would have to contact a product REP, as an excuse to refuse to help a long time customer. They actually have a 15 day written complaint system, unknown to the customer (not displayed), and do NOT have a company built on trust, do NOT believe in quality products or doing things the right way every time, as they (family owners Jim Jackson, Dane Jackson) mention on their website. Stay away from this place.

When my business permanently closed due to forced retirement in May 2024, all gas tanks returned. Found over-billing for #8 gas tanks (nitrous oxide, oxygen) that we never had. We had #13 tanks from 2009-2024 but billed rent for #21 tanks; # tanks billed increased over time; more than $7000 over-billed over 18 yrs. We only had storage tanks holders for #13 tanks! Attempted direct communication assuming honest mistake- poor response to phone calls, letters, email. Owner David denied then attacked asking for even more payment from us for 8 tanks that do not exist. Review of our invoices, delivery sheets proved one nitrous oxide tank error and start of when total # oxygen tanks started increasing. David agreed on nitrous oxide error but no reimbursement, no response until invoices received 10/9/2024 for monthly tank rentals June-Sept for #8 tanks we never had. Charges even includes the one nitrous oxide tank that David admitted error on. Ongoing nightmare even to stop billing for ghost tanks. Do not get ripped off like my company! Just AVOID!

Apparently he couldn't be bothered to read two whole sentences of email and only read the one half of the word "hardie" and I was supposed to understand that he had disregarded the rest of it. Listen: Maybe if you are a builder or something that is going to buy 2000 board feet they will give you the time of day. But even then I wouldn't want to support their dishonesty. As an individual: Avoid!
